Since the new management it’s been really crazy there. I use to get calls and reminders for appointments now they don’t and they won’t wave no show fees. Appointments are over a month out so with a busy schedule you need that reminder. Also the new system the left hand doesn’t talk to the right and there is completely separate numbers to reach people. It’s confusing. Mental health shouldn’t be this hard. Also I have dual insurance and they constantly mess my bill up. Dr stein himself is great but the new management of his office is the worst I have ever encountered. They use to have a wonderful front desk lady. Who was a local Hawaiian. She was kind caring and helpful. These new people in the front are rude short and not helpful at all. Sadly have to find another Dr. love stein can’t deal with the headache of the staff. And constantly having to pay fees and co pays I don’t owe.
