This practice had accidentally faxed disability paperwork, after, I had stopped treatment; and are trying to bill me for it, still. Trying to get anyone to resolve the billing issue has been impossible. Everything is automated and it has been impossible to speak to live people; and when you do, they can’t help you! I’m still trying to resolve this.

I recently started seeing Dr. Patel and she has changed my life with her professional help and guidance. I can finally say that I feel myself again and I would recommend her to ANYONE seeking honest psychiatric care and medication management. I recommend her for both adults and children.

Dr. Patel is the best Pdoc I have ever seen. She listens to the problems you are having and does her best to root it out. Many I have seen just write prescriptions and send you on your way. She takes time to understand you and help you. Go see her

I called to scheduled a new patient appointment in the Snellville office. The receptionist who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional.

Poor communication and they have a habit of prescribing medications that are difficult to obtain regardless if you need them or not. I hope they realize the health risks posed by suddenly not taking medication your body is used to and going through withdrawal symptoms that are often times worse than the condition you went to see them for initially

I’m at my wits end with this place. I’ve switched over doctors a few times at this office who’ve been somewhat negligent with my information. I.e.: when I tell you that I have a history with an eating disorder and body dysmorphia, it’s not appreciated when you repeatedly mention my weight and how I look. This has happened twice since I’ve been going to this facility. It’s always a struggle to even get anyone to answer the phone to schedule an appointment (and the patient portal won’t allow you to schedule online), making me have issues with receiving my medication on time. For a facility devoted to mental health, they do a poor job of showing it in my experience. I’d go to another office if it weren’t for the fact that they also charge fees for transferring paperwork. If you can help it, go somewhere else. Anywhere else. They don’t care about what you’re facing.

I very much like Dr. Melieste but the front desks staff has been incompetent at times. You cannot get through on the phone when you try to call and the person that answers the phone and checks you in seems like she can’t be bothered. It has just began to happen with recent hires. However the doctors are great and I enjoy talking to them.

"Professionals" should be removed from the name of the Snellville office. The office is staff is totally UNPROFESSIONAL and it's very difficult to get thru to speak to a person over the phone, particularly regarding medical records. I had to call a different location (which answered immediately) to get a message to this office. Also, the counselor my husband saw was a disappointment as well. After a number of bi-weekly sessions of my husband spilling out his painful life story, one day he went in and the computer system was down. This same counselor did not even know his name nor could he remember anything about my husband. It really set him back treatment wise to know he was just a number and the therapy he thought he was receiving was not genuine. Recommend to anyone seeking help to perhaps try another office if you're looking for a more "professional" experience.

THIS PLACE SUCKS , THE DOCTOR IS ALWAYS LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS EVERY TIME

Great doctors! However, don't expect anyone to answer the phone, call you back, or do what they say they will do. I would recommend finding another mental health provider.

Tevin Scott

The staff at the front desk were very unprofessional. They were loud and cracking jokes while several patients were sitting in the waiting area. I did however have a good experience with the therapist.

Dr Meliste is an amazing Dr. Him and his team in Snellville have made a huge impact on my mental health. I’m so thankful. If you need mental health services he definitely is the best dr in the metro atlanta area.

Esther is amazing. She is intelligent, highly knowledgeable on medication, has a great "bedside" manner, is easy to talk to, and kind. The best psych in Gwinnett.

I have been a patient here for past 8 years. Dr. Melieste and his PA Maryam are WONDERFUL. The staff has changed since GBH bought the practice. I showed up to my scheduled appointment only to be told by Tiffany, Front Office Lead, that my appointment was cancelled and that "someone" had called me. I told her I never received a call or I would not have battled horrific holiday traffic to come in. She did not apologize, just stared at me with a look of "whatever" on her face. I then asked to be rescheduled a week later. I had an issue with lapse in my health coverage due to spouse's mental health issues and tried to get assistance from Tiffany. Tiffany was NASTY, LOUD(patients can hear raised voices), RUDE, INSENSITIVE and UNCOOPERATIVE. After 8 years of being a patient there, I wanted to leave but showed up, paid Self Pay rate as I love Dr. Melieste and Maryam. Tiffany checked me in, she was abrupt, rolling her eyes, making snide comments and jokes to other staff about me as they kept looking back at me. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. If Dr. Melieste leaves, so will I. I work in healthcare and have managed multiprovider practices. I would NEVER HIRE someone with that attitude to serve patients.

I have been a patient of Dr.Melieste for 15 years. I feel like he has always taken the time to listen and explained in terms I understand what my diagnosis means and proper treatment. Has helped me to live a normal happy life.

Wonderful professional establishment . I love this place. ❤continue doing it !

Everything about my visit here completely rubbed me the wrong way. In order to be seen by Dr. Paul, he *requires* a drug test before he sees you. It’s to make sure there aren’t any reactions with medications prescribed.. but that’s why it’s asked on your paperwork. I felt that was very intrusive and inappropriate to be required. Once I saw Dr. Paul, he came off very condescending and completely disinterested in the appointment. He asked me nothing about myself or my symptoms. I have anxiety, depression, and ADHD. He asked me to basically “pick one”. He wanted me to narrow down the worst 1 (which is difficult seeing as they seem to all be interconnected). He then prescribed me something that treats 1/3 of my issues. It seemed as if he wasn’t taking me seriously, as if I was exaggerating. I’m already on medication and wanted to move from my general doctor to a specialist... I felt spoken down to and disrespected by his demeanor. I knew from the moment this appointment began that I wasn’t coming back.

We have had a great experience with Dr. Karen NGuyen in the Snellville office. She is very personable and always treats us kindly. I would definitely recommend her.

This is the most unprofessionally run office of any I have been to. Let's start by saying good luck on getting them to answer the phones and dont waste your time leaving a message and hoping for a callback. That's just the beginning. Dr Paul routinely shows up late to the office and even when in the office will see you when he chooses even if that's 20 or 30 min after your scheduled time. The business side is no better! I had to cancel an apt due to the Dr not being able to see me at my scheduled time. He was sitting at his desk doing nothing which was confirmed by staff! I needed a prescription which I had to call in due to the Dr not seeing me from the previous visit. I was charged $25 for a phone call to get this accomplished. They have ridiculous fees for everything and I won't waste my time or money any longer with this office.
