This psychiatrist attempted to diagnose me as having bipolar disorder without any evaluative methods when I was referred for depression. After being suggesting that we focus on antidepressants, he asked me to see another psychiatrist. If you get referred here from Auburn, look into alternatives....unless you have bipolar disorder, then you're set (apparently).

Great place, double checked when they had insurance incorrect and corrected before my first visit, they do not charge for tests not billed to insurance, Provider is great, all in all come here they are great.

This practice demonstrates the best of the best. The staff are all kind to me and the Doctor is very understanding and listens with the intent to treat me with compassion and honest feedback. I am thankful for Dr. K. and the staff.

The absolute worst customer service that I have EVER received! Rude and confrontational receptionist didn't want to help make the appointment. That's your job! I asked for a Manager and she kept hanging up after trying to argue on the phone. Sadly, the Manager was no help either. NO THANK YOU!

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel’s for over 15 years. He is an amazing and caring doctor. He has really helped me and my family tremendously! Ms Monique at the reception desk went far beyond excellent client service! She is a wonderfully kind person and has an uplifting attitude towards everyone! All together I give them an A-+++

Wanted to share a review of Dr. Kanneganti. I recently had a visit with him and was grateful I was placed with this group thus far. The staff made effort in Contacting me and, letting me know what to expect, and worked on accommodating an appointment with me. They we're friendly, and the doctor was friendly, listened to me and even asked questions regarding my situation, and helped me. Seemed very caring and understanding.

Dont go here! They had good workers there but they are all gone now. Dr Patel needs some of his own meds. I was dismissed for reasons the office staff even admitted they knew nothing of. Dr Patel gave me meds he said I shouldn't have had but he prescribed them. I'm thinking of calling the DEA on him for giving me meds he says I shouldn't have had. Dont go here. That's all I have to say.

Poor, unethical, quality of patient care. From the office manager Angie who never returns calls, to the staff that was recently released, on to a few of the newer staff members. They file your private insurance and get paid mightily, but parents struggle with getting their child's medicine sent over by Dr. Patel to the pharmacy for weeks at a time. Calls go unreturned, and even the pharmacy representatives themselves requests are not acknowledged. Very unacceptable as patient care providers. I will escalate the situation on yo out private insurance company , as well as a couple of other overseeing entities for medicinal ethics.
