I’ve never been so depressed and had this many issues and need help and this doctor office basically told me to kick rocks . Left the office in tears and not one person that worked there had sympathy or seemed to care . How are you in a practice like This not caring for the patients mental health shame on you

Not impressed. I went due to my child’s failed sleep study and ADHD follow up. The NP was nice but told me she could not read the sleep study. Changed my child’s medication to something new and exspensive. Suggest some blood test that was to be done later. Followed ok tlwith the doctor who did not read the chart, did not know why I was there, had not looked at the sleep study which I had to go another copy of, suggested this special test that he did not have the supplies to do, changed my kids medication again, and then told me he does not really see pediatrics. And yes they charged me a lot for both visits. He did have the office call me to tell me the sleep study was abnormal and refered me else where. Waste of my money!

Munjal refused to see me because of my inability to pay the full costs of a missed appointment. Additionally he refused to refill my prescriptions until I’m able to see him. I suffer deep depression and anxieties. I could not pay in full because I’m retired and live on SS benefits with other doctors bills pending. So now I’ve fallen back into my darkness because he’s holyne hostage for $25. I would not recommend him for anything

I have been trying to get in touch with my provider Mwangi Dorcas since last Tuesday September 4th! The office Manager who is rude unprofessional and discriminatory and sarcastic will not give my doctor my messages and will not allow me to ma an appointment! My provider and I have an awesome relationship and I would like to continue to see her. Dr. Dorcas please give me a call when you receive this message! Thank you!

Dr.Shroff is a good Dr. if you can get pass his very unprofessional front in staff. I have spoken to at least 2 of the front desk people and they are something. They could you a class on how to address patients needs. Every time I have to call here my anxiety goes to an all time high. Once while explaining the issue I had with a very condescending tone I was told if I was not happy with the service there are serveral other Doctor in the area. Wow I was stunned being a business owner myself I would never want a staff member to voice that to a client. After explaining to her that I was very much aware of that. However it the scheduling department not the Dr. that I have an issue with. She pull it together together. I requested a call back by the doctor. She stated that was not possible. So I hope he reads this review and I don’t have to ever have an appt. but I’m sure he has lost big time with the type of staff he has. Very sad that they hold these type of positions when dealing with these type of patients. Very disappointed Missy you are to old for this job. You are a bitter old white lady. Get trained in empathy you surly lack it. The other Smarty mouth Lucy or something you sound younger but surly a little fire cracker maybe you worked with Missy to long. You guys truly need to think about the impact you have on Dr. Shroff Business. Very sad. Good dr if you can get pass his front office.

Dr Shroff is wonderful, caring and a great psychiatrist. He helped the staff at Ridgeview pull me through a very dark time and has continued to work with me since. He is very busy and as is the nature of psychiatry, does get backed up from time to time, but he and his staff are great!
