Some of the staff is very kind, some act rude. The entire office is very much disorganized. They can’t keep appointments straight. They never seem like they know what to do next; it is like a guessing game.

Orange City office has at least 30 min. Wait. Have waited up to n hour. Sanford office runs much smoother. Always prefer driving the extra 15 min. For a much better experience.

In a total of about 7 years of treatment with these doctors, i finally gave up with them. My main issue is anxiety. i got prescribed dangerous anti psychotic drugs for bipolar disorder that almost made me end up in a hospital. i have never ever been diagnosed with having any type of bypolar issues. Dr. Josette Romain is not a psychiatrist. Her husband, Dr. Adly Thebaud MD is the lone psychiatrist but he does not see any patients. They claim he does medical research only. Dr. Romain will see a patient once or twice and then she will send all of the future appointments to a nurse, ARNP. A patient will never really see a real psychiatrist. This medical practice will also never give their patients refills for medication for more than a month because they want all their patients to have to schedule an appointment monthly. If you are a parent, be very careful with who you let play psychiatrist with your loved one.
