This place is sick. I just had to ask for adderall and they gave it to me. Then they doubled the dose. Just by asking! Haha wooooo!!!!!

I had very high expectations for this place after I decided to participate in one of their Clinical Trials (which I do not recommend, because I still have no idea what medications they were giving me. They wouldn't tell me and I had very, very bad side effects.) When I decided to go over to the psychiatriy area, I never got that much help to be honest. I would go to my appointments and explain how I was feeling, yet nobody seemed to want to diagnose me. They just threw out what I might have and kinda left me with multiple things that I may or may not have. I went back when I had another emergency and had another nurse practitioner that actually wanted to diagnose me, but he was leaving the practice in a few days. The staff, when it comes to checking you out and calling, are very bland and make you feel as if you're bothering them when you call. They don't take any insurance, so you have to pay a ton out of pocket and hope your insurance will compensate you somehow. I was also charged no-show fees for cancellation an appointment because of an emergency. I was also given some attitude for calling and asking to get my medical records ready because I couldn't and didn't want to go there anymore. For wanting to help people like they claim, there was just a bunch of things that made me feel not welcome or not taken seriously. I'm going to see someone at Miredian Behavioral Health Care soon and already have high hopes. They also hiked up their prices. Again, if they were all about helping people, they'd put forth more effort into making sure the mentally I'll could come and see someone without many worries. It's really a shame because I feel like this place could have so much potential.

This was the best experience I ever had with doctors. I was skeptical because when I called to make the appointment they guided me to a nurse practitioner, as opposed to a doctor. I was also worried because it is a private pay only facility that they were going to take my money and not help me (as has happened so many times in the past). Once I got there I just felt like they actually cared, the front desk staff immediately asked me who I was and what time my appointment was, and when they looked in the file they had from filling out the initial appointment review they immediately gave me the packet I needed to fill out (only a few pages) then as soon as I sat down to fill it out Ashley called me (by the correct pronunciation of my name) to get my vitals and weight. After that I returned to the nice waiting area, which had a place for children to play, and finished filling out my 3 page of form. My appointment was at 2:15, I got there at 1:45, and after I had finished everything the nurse practitioner called me in. This is where I thought I was going to be evaluated for 10 minutes and sent on my way with the same meds I’ve always taken... Heather spent close to an hour and a half with me... talking about everything going on in my life, getting to know me, and evaluating me as every doctor should do with a new patient. She was the kindest sweetest doctor, and I really felt like she actually cared about me. At the end she did continue me on the medication I regularly take, but she also went out of her way to put me on a new medicine to help with some other issues I’ve been dealing with. She was the best. Let me reiterate, Heather was the best mental health professional I’ve ever spoken to. They didn’t ask for money until after I finished my hour and a half evaluation, and only after they prescribed me my normal medication and a new medication to help with my current issues. So for anyone worried about wasting money on them, please don’t be scared. This is a real doctors office with professionals at every level from the front desk to the doctors that evaluate you. I can’t sing the praises of Ms. Heather enough. What a wonderful woman that actually cares. I was literally blown away by how amazing this doctor was. I can’t thank her enough for how good of an experience I had. I honestly look forward to my next appointment.

Thankful for this office and their staff. Have been extremely pleased with everything from the front office staff to the doctor's care.

I saw both Heather Sarkis and Dr Merrill. They both never helped me with any of my issues but actually made them worse. Heather is not a licensed psychiatrist but she claims to be one and prescribes medicine that doesn’t actually help you at all. Dr Merrill never helped me cope with my problems but just talked to you for a hour about nonsense. They both are a disgrace to psychiatrists and psychologists and should not be allowed to practice. They chose to blame me for not taking the terrible medicine they prescribed that slowed down my appetite instead of their terrible choices of medicine for me. Terrible place for mental health.

Dr. Solomon is a great doctor and she really cares about you and how you are feeling. She explains everything about the medication and your health problem. She makes sure you know that you can contact her if you have any problems at all. Great staff

Great office and friendly staff!!

Exceptional care facility. I had been dealing with anxiety for years until I went to Sarkis. The receptionist I dealt with, Elizabeth Sapp was super nice and welcoming everytime I called or came up there. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me and many others. A true blessing from above!!!

Bad experience here. Tried 2 different doctors and had the same situations occur. Major lack of transparency in the patient/doctor relationship. First of all, I was never told what my diagnosis was. I had to drag it out of my doctor 6 months into treatment. Secondly, I was prescribed medicine without being told what it was for. Later I found out they gave me an off label prescription for a medicine that had no connection to my diagnosis. After 7 months of being on one certain medicine (with absolutely no effect) the doctor just increased the dosage and prescribed more medicine on top of it instead of admitting that the medication wasn’t right for me. Both doctors were condescending and treated me as if I was a kid. Definitely not what I’m looking for in a doctor. Front staff are really nice, so I’m giving the review an extra star. Other than that, definitely wouldn’t reccomend this practice to anyone looking for true help.

The Dr I saw harped on my weight nonstop.Dr Solomon didn’t see me as a person, just someone who was overweight. If she’d have quit pushing the scale she would have seen the depressed patient in front of her. But she didn’t. Maybe she should have gone into bariatric medicine. Or become a personal trainer. And stayed away from vulnerable depressed and anxious people.

Dr. Sarkis saved my life! I had severe, treatment-resistant major depressive disorder. An ARNP, 2 Seattle psychiatrists, and 2 highly-qualified therapists had previously done all they could for me and I was still extremely sick. Dr. Sarkis took his time to fully understand my circumstance and promptly sent me next door to Sarkis Clinical Trials to go on their esketamine studies. Now, for the past 6 months, I’ve been the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been in my entire life. :) Please note that they do NOT take any in-network insurance, but they are up-front about their costs and it is worth every single penny!
