My insurance company says I do not have to pay a copay because I have a MRA account to pay for my medical charges, but PPS refuses to bill my insurance and makes me pay up front anyway. They was doing it to everyone that walked through the door. They also refuse to call my insurance company to verify this. The doctor was okay in my opinion. Update: called them and they fixed this problem for me finally! They deserve another 2 stars.

Dr. Aziz at PPS is a horrible doctor. Don't recommend at all. He sees so many patient's he can't keep treatment plan straight. No patient doctor relationship seeing him is like standing in line at DMV takes forever to get in with him once you do it's in and out . The front desk was nice. There other doctor's in the PPS practice which I'm sure are great but I only saw Dr. Aziz.

I give the doctors at this practice 5+ stars, they are wonderful! Their office staff, negative stars. I don't know how they haven't been sued yet. I see three doctors at their practice all of whom I love! I've been a patient for over a year and the doctors are great attentive and incredibly helpful! The office staff however, is absolutely a joke. There is one person that is actually helpful there and listened to me, but of course there's only so much she can do. They double charged me over $280 in May after saying my card was 'declined' which was not, it went through and I sent the billing department my bank statement clearly showing the charge and they have still yet to reimburse me. IN FACT, they now tell me that my balance is over $600, and my account is suspended until I pay it. I am constantly there and they know my face and every time I go to an appointment I have to explain this, EVERY TIME, to the same freaking people! Every single time I'm there they say I have a balance however I paid in full every single time how do I have a balance? Their office staff is a scam and it's embarrassing for these Physicians who are absolutely wonderful. They NEVER will call you back, in fact I've left so many voicemails it's not even funny. I have sat in that office for over 4 hours because they refused to let me see my doctor's for my SCHEDULED appointment. Of course, I am about to run out of my meds, which you cannot just stop taking, but they don't care. They won't even schedule an appointment for me until I talk to the office manager, Sherry who I have been trying to resolve this with for 9 months now. I've left her dozens of voicemails with no return call. She even called me a liar, saying I never informed their staff since their were no notes...and thats my fault your staff hasn't done their job? It disgusts me how they do this to patients and if this doesn't get resolved ASAP, I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Waiting periods can be long but it's understandable if the doctors are trying to give each patient their undivided attention. I haven't encountered anyone that lacks compassion, most clerks have been extremely nice and understanding. My doctor is also very personable and easy to talk to.

The staff at this practice are the absolute worst. Never ever EVER return a phone call. My latest problem is I have been trying to get someone to help me for 4 weeks in regards to a problem with a prescription my doctor here wrote, and cannot get an answer. The support is terrible. I have had appointments with my doctor here where even she expressed her frustration with the staff. They do not communicate with her when a patient has a prescription issue. Go somewhere, anywhere, that is not PPS!

The front office people were always rude, and were somewhat bad at putting down appointment times i set with them. Now the main doctor there was alright but the rest were somewhat rude, and always cut you off along with constantly coming off like they don't care how you feel. Basically they just want your $200 when you come in they act like they are listening for a couple mins then hand you a script then that's it. I would never go back there and never recommend this place to anyone only if your a Muslim because that's all who work there has well.

Absolutely amazing office! The staff is so personable.. We feel so welcome every time we walk through the doors there. As parents of two little ones, we often bring our 7 month old and 5 year old.. the girls at the front desk know them by name and literally come out into the waiting room and PLAY with our children! They always go above and beyond to work around our schedules and what does and doesn’t work for us! I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

I take my young child to see a psychologist for therapy (Dr. Query) and a psychiatrist (Dr. Aziz) for our diagnosis treatment/medication. After years of trying so many therapists, including Children's Hospital, we finally found a group who isn't just tossing out random diagnosis and trying to write a new rx for us within 5 mins of the visit. I lost hope after many bad experiences with other doctors. These guys are very committed and compassionate about helping their clients and that is especially important to me considering this is for my young child.

The providers here are amazing. The atmosphere is soothing and the provider I worked with was awesome in helping me figure out where I needed to start in feeling better. Insurance also covers most of the cost so my bill is so small that I was not worried about the co-pay.

The only reason they get these stars is because of Dr. Aziz. He's direct and to the point. But the staff is horrendous. On more than one occasion I ask to see Dr. Aziz and I walk into the office to discover I've been scheduled with some NP or something when I SPECIFICALLY asked for Dr. Aziz. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in they say i have a balance and/or copay when my insurance has clearly said i don't. I'm in school and there's a note saying that, even if I don't come for 4 months, not to terminate my account because I live elsewhere. But they've tried to terminate it on multiple occasions. I've had panic attacks AT THE FRIGGIN PSYCHIATRISTS because of these people. My doctor actually expressed frustration and apologized on their behalf. If it weren't for Dr. Aziz, I'd be gone.

I take my mom to see a doctor here. He prescribes so much medicine that the pharmacist was concerned for my mom and wouldn't fill it. He also runs extremely late with his appointments. I'm not sure why he can't be scheduled accordingly.

This is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a psychiatrist, and not just with the individual doctor but with the business as a whole. They no longer fill out paperwork or write letters for patients (they used to do it but charge $50 per request) even if the paperwork or letter is for a necessary accommodation. They said it placed an undue burden on them to get it done in a timely manner. Yeah, that’s kind of your job. They also charge $75 if you want access to your medical records now as opposed to in 30 days. My prescribing practitioner has forgotten to tell me important information about how to take my medication. I hit my insurance deductible and somehow their charge more than doubled for my next appointment, with no explanation. They’re terrible about returning phone calls. They’ve cancelled appointments I told them not to if they were going to charge me, so I still ended up with a $60 charge. They’ve frequently forgotten key information about why I take certain medications. Do not go to this place for a psychiatrist.

I don’t write reviews unless, it’s REALLY serious and I just want for every company to realize the duty and responsibility of being a mental health professional. It is a right to receive trauma informed care and to feel emotionally safe when visiting a place like this. It is a right of a patient to not be berated and made to feel like they’re an addict when they have NEVER in their life been one and have no family history and the doctor here is doing all the prescribing. I’m astounded, because as a therapist if I ever in my life treated my patients like this I would come hell or high water to rectify situations in which I made my clients feel less than. I truly hope that Dr. Razik, associates and others in this practice really take this as a learning opportunity, to self-reflect on the care being provided.

I would not even give them one star. They don't answer the phone when you try and call and will NOT return your call when you leave a message. If bypass the phone and go inside they still cannot answer a question. Worthless service!

The front desk is incompetent and rude except like one person. The doctors are very nice and I like them The billing department is unreachable and makes mistakes. I recommend my doctors fully I just can’t recommend someone to go there when it’s such a bad experience until you’re in front of the doctor.

Wonderful service. Dr. Aziz is great at seeing me whenever I have an emergency, and is very supportive. Therapy services are also excellent, and it is very convenient they have an on site pharmacy so I don't have to make a separate stop to get medication. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Dr. Montalvo is a very professional doctor, take his time with his patients and make sure that before you leave he took care of everything you need it. He is kind and really care about the well being of one of each of his patients. I will recommend him without a doubt. Best doctor in Osceola County. Also, he speak spanish.

From the second you walk thru the door Amy Dr. Torres receptionist greats you and makes you feel at home , I have been in the healthcare field for over 18 years and she sure knows costumer service & her multitasking skills are on point KUDDOS TO AMY THE VERY BEST .. Dr. Torres is the most caring , loving , humanitarian provider I have ever seen in my life ( and I have closely worked with many of them ) This man truly cares about his patients and gives you the time you surely need ( not like other drs who a patient is only a dollar sign ) I will fallow this exelent / caring team to the Moon if necessary . Proud to say that my doctor and staff is the very best !!

I LOVE my doctor. Have no problems with him at all. It's all the front desk. They have given me the wrong appt. Time multiple times and then try to blame it on me for missing my appt. They try to overcharge me everytime I come. They get an attitude whenever I ask then to recheck my insurance because I know I hit my deductible. They never return your calls. Only 2 desks are open typically open at a time, while the other people sit and chat. There are so many problems, that every time I come I expect a problem.

I have never experienced any problems with the front desk staff, in fact, they have gone out of their way to assist me recently when I needed assistance getting a prior authorization from completed. I also really like my Doctor. He takes time to listen to me and assists me when my medication needs adjustments.

I see multiple Doctors here and they are both wonderful! The front office always gets me in when there is an emergency. They are always accommodating if I need to change my appointment or need necessary paperwork filled out for my employer. They faught with my insurance company to have additional services and medications covered so I didn't have to. I will always recommend Professional Psychiatric Services to anyone who may need some extra help.

I have been with this doctor's office for over 7 yrs añd doc has always been great I have ran into a few problems with the front desk not scheduling me with my original Doctor but all around it is a great place and they have gotten better about Their Manners. We liked the doctor but hated the service by the front desk. The front desk advertises that doctors are accepting new patients but the initial consult was scheduled 4 weeks out; follow-up was 4 weeks out past that; and the third appt was an additional 6 weeks beyond that though there were some inconvenient timeslots open as close as 3 weeks out. Only being able to see the doctor once a month is pretty hard to understand. If a doctor has that few openings on the calendar then he/she should not be accepting new patients. I spoke with the doctor about the lack of availability and was told that the front desk takes names on the wait list but seems to rarely if ever contact them when there are openings. Again, pretty disappointing. Also the office had an issue with billing the insurance. Billing rep didn't return my call and the front desk didn't notify me about the insurance rejection until I showed up for the next appt. Took 15 minutes to sort out during which time they wouldn't allow my teenager to see the doctor until I paid in full and signed additional promissory notes to receive service that day... afterwards the front desk told me that our time with the doctor would likely be cut short since we were now 15 minutes past our scheduled appt time. Front desk folks kept excusing their behavior saying that was their policy and that they were helpless to change it. Matters are made worse because of the safety glass at the front desk requiring patients to raise their voice and speak to the front desk through a small opening in the glass. (Imagine the glass used at gas stations in bad neighborhoods and you'll get the idea.) I would recommend going elsewhere.

Called to let them know I was running behind and that I'm self employed in a voice mailbox I might add. I got a call back from the front desk right away and they said just come in when your done , so I did and when I got there I was told the Dr wouldn't see me and that I now had to pay a 60 no show fee. None of this was said when on the phone. Reviews of no one answering the phones is dead on. Sad part is there are at least 7 people behind the counter
