So far our experience has been great, but only second visit. The office manager and doctor are nice, informative and professional. They always offer something to drink and have coffee available in the waiting area. The waiting area has a modern minimalistic look to it. They could use a splash of color. :-) Overall, a good environment and I would recommend them to anyone who needs medication for severe anxiety or depression.

Dr. Z is a phenomenal resource. I have been seeing him for quite a few years, and through the ups and downs of life he has been there, supportive and very professional. His front desk staff are incredibly friendly and always very professional.

I have made more progress, learned more about my condition, and gained more hope in the last 2 years with Dr. Zawadzki than in my first 30 years of psychiatric treatment combined. He listens! He treats you like an individual! Then he considers all options and shares his thought processes with you. He thinks outside of the box and is on the cutting edge of new mental health treatment options. The office staff does so much more than answer phones; they all feel like part of my team of health advocates. They offer both competent professionalism and compassion, which is rare in health care these days. I cannot recommend Lighthouse Health enough.

never was even able to get into the office. i scheduled an appointment online and they called me and informed me that the appointment i scheduled was only a half hour and that a full hour appointment was required for new patients. okay, fine, so i scheduled an appointment about two weeks out that they told me was available. i got a voicemail a week prior to the appointment i scheduled at 5 pm (when they close) saying that the appointment i had scheduled was no longer available as the doctor wouldn't be in and that they could fit me in the day before the appointment i had scheduled at 4:30 pm. when i tried to call the office back to confirm the 4:30 pm appointment (literally 10 mins after they called me) the office was closed for the day and then closed for the holiday and the weekend. called them this morning to try to confirm the 4:30 pm appointment only to be told it had been booked and that i wouldnt be able to see the doctor until a week out. i get that dr z is probably very busy seeing many patients, but why tell me an appointment is available only to call me a week later and tell me it's no longer available? it absolutely should not be this difficult to get help with mental health especially considering what they charge.

I’ve been going to Lighthouse Health and seeing Dr. Z for a few years now... I only have positive things to say. Tamie and Nicole behind the desk are so amazing. They run that office flawlessly. Dr. Z really knows his stuff and cares about his patients. They really are the best!
