Dr. cusack was my counselor before taking me and my ex husband on for marriage counseling. He told me multiple times that I should leave my husband and that he wanted to adopt me. He commented at least 3 different times that he would adopt me even though I have a wonderful father. Now after 3 1/2 years of seeing us together and me alone, he forgot my name and continuously called me Jennifer, which upset me very much. And because I took a break from seeing him, he completely waived confidentiality and decided to willingly come to court to testify for my husband against me. In my opinion, you should NEVER trust this guy, he is very creepy and crosses the line as a a mental health practitioner. If you want to see the awful texts he sent me, I would be happy to provide more information.

Dr Cusack has been a God sent to me and my Family. Dr Cusack has truly had a positive impact on my family's life. We don't know where we would be without his counseling, he is a caring humble individual who truly cares about his patients. He has and continues to help my family (son, wife, myself). I highly recommend Dr Cusack to your family for counseling that offers encouraging positive results that truly work for a better quality of life.

I have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Cusack. He listens well and has the ability to understand and make sense of the mess in your head. He applies every day life situations to your treatment and aides in solutions by making you think your thoughts. That has always been a trouble spot for me. Never could get my thoughts to come out. They stayed bunched up. I will always go back to him for treatment.
