I've been seeing Dr. Rasul for two years. He has helped guide me through the most difficult of times with PTSD and depression. Who I am today is the person I want to be for my daughter. Dr. Rasul and his team care deeply about their patients' health and quality of life. I'm grateful for everything they've done for my family and I.

Dorothy Cherry-Mycue

The staff is great, the doctor doesn’t listen. I told him he needed to help me with my PTSD, but since I was disagnosed as bipolar previously; he wouldn’t help me. He just said he would up my lithium. I went to a psychiatrist who listens. She said the bipolar symptoms were from a panic episode that would last days. I would have strange symptoms due to not sleeping well because the adrenaline. When I tried to explain this to this doctor (who I saw first before the woman) he wouldn’t even listen when I was trying to explain that part. If I had been going to see him when I had appendicitis surgery and sprained my ankle a week later, I would have had to be hospitalized again because I’m not bipolar! My new psychiatrist kept me out of the hospital with the proper medications, that this doctor said I didn’t need.

PILL MILL ALERT! Dr. Imtiaz Rasul, MD prescribes addictive drugs that end in withdrawal while ignoring his patient's request to provide accurate medical records and diagnosis. He asks for all payment up front and WILL NOT refund you if you are not satisfied with his services. AVOID AT ALL COST! I am in the process of reporting him to the Florida medical board for his medical malpractice.

If you want to be called a liar, belittled, and feel like you don't know the symptoms of things you've been diagnosed with for years, and make you cry then this is the psychiatrist for you! I have ZERO good things to say about this man. I feel bad for his patients and anyone who works for him. I called the office after my first appointment saying I wasn't coming back and they even pointed me to a different psychiatrist. Makes me wonder how many people have done done the same thing.

Ava Jordan

I have adult ADD, and Dr Rasul has treated me promptly and allows me to work in a high-pressure environment without loss of my trademark laser focus. Thank you!

Katie Grant

I have been a patient here for about two years now. And I couldn't say one bad thing about this office. The staff are absolutely lovely people extremely informative. They always call and email with apointment reminders. Dr.Rasul is an excellent phychiatrist very helpful and caring. I always have a pleasant visit at Dr.Rasuls office.

Jacinda Smith

I am not sure why I am seeing these reviews stating that he was an insensitive person. My first appointment was today and he took very good care of me and actually listened and helped me get to the root of my problem even though I was reluctant to talk about anything. I love the fact that he cared about me as a person and I felt like I was more than just a patient with Dr. Rasul.

Brian Smith

Hes very nice and listens to your problems. Not like my other doctors that wouldn't help with certain issues. Helped me learn a few things about myself also. I would recommend him to anybody needing help to get their life back on the right path!

Worst experience I've ever had in a doctor's office. The doctor was so rude and condescending. Completely dismissed my concerns about the side effects of medications. When I told him my son had a side effect to his ADHD medication, he told me it wasn't a legitimate side effect and actually looked it up on his phone, made me read it and state that I did not see that side effect on the list. I got up and left before the appointment was over because he was so rude.

Joni Ricketts

Great with children and listens

Aja Boyd

Worst experience with a doctor I’ve ever had. Talked down to me. Made very quick assumptions leading to a quick prescription. Barely got to know me was in and out in 10-15 minutes. Obviously in it for the check and not interested in the patient at the core. Cut me off a few times. Very condescending. Please ignore the few good reviews and pay strict attention to those saying the same things I am. Very rude. Slight language barrier, which wouldn’t be an issue if he weren’t so impatient when I asked him to repeat himself. I have my issues, that’s obvious, but he definitely did some gaslighting. I am an educated individual. I’m not going to allow someone to lead me to believe that my problem is bigger than it is.

Kara H

Dr Rasul and his staff are awesome! I’ve been seeing him for a while and would recommend him to anyone! Front desk staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful! Thank you guys!

Anjeza Kokomani

I have been going to Dr Rasul for 2 years or so and I am very happy and satisfied. He is always patient and listens carefully. He is very easy to talk to and his whole staff is awesome and they make me feel like home.

Janis Marks-Kirkman

I've been very happy with Dr. Rasul and his office staff.

Lucy Diamond

I've had nothing but great experiences with this doctor. He listens to my issues and goes over the medications with me. He never rushes me and makes sure I understand everything before I leave.

april talbert

Worst psychiatrist...his advice is to just up the medicine he don't answer questions or do anything

Alessandra Doby

I’m going to be calling tricare to tell them to take him off the listing, very rude doctor. I see he cuts most people off and is just gross in general. Anybody apart of this should be ashamed.

Aderyn Du

I had an unpleasant experience with his staff. My insurance had changed, and I forgot until the end of the appointment. However, they made me pre-pay, so that involved a refund. When I asked the receptionist about it, she sighed and rolled her eyes like it was the hardest thing in the world. It took her less than 5 minutes to fix, with coaching from the other receptionist, who told me so helpfully, "You need to tell us when your insurance changes. That's all we ask of you." One, I just did. Two, I'm unlikely to switch insurance again any time soon. Three, that was extremely condescending. Four, they admitted that normally they would have already asked for my insurance card. I was not impressed with getting a lecture over a refund that took 3 minutes. Clearly they don't know what happens when you make your clients feel like they are inconvenient to you - they stop being your clients.

Cassidy Camino

I feel like he takes his time and really listens! Thanks Dr. Rasul!

Interrupted me and did not listen. Stated that I cannot have a master's degree, and be a professional and have ADD. Medical experts in the field would disagree. He needs to read Dr. J. Ratey's work or Sari Solden's book "Women with ADD" - He told me to make lists, and get a better secretary?! 15 min - biggest waste of a copy and I knew it in the first 5 minutes when he would interrupt me! Was 30 min behind - people who arrived after me were seen ahead of me were in the office 5 min or less. I was told it was because he wanted to give me plenty of time as a new patient.

dupser j

The receptionist was friendly and understood my request of getting a psychiatric evaluation with Dr. Rasul and told me I could get a copy after visit. Hang on because here is what really happened. The session began with a series of questions (all of which were answered in new patient paperwork) about what I am there for and discussed current medications. I informed him that I needed the evaluation we were currently engaging in. Dr. Rasul refused to grant me an evaluation unless I came back for another appointment. He began to speak to me in a demeaning manner and told me I have to come back to get what I made appointment for and he said he refuses to do an evaluation. When asked why, he said that I knew what to do about me. He said current medications were no good without even discussing my unstable mental stability and symptoms. Dr. Rasul became rude and displayed body language of offense. He continued to berate my request and then he said I knew better. I asked when I could get copy of meeting and he said 4 to 6 weeks. When I asked why not sooner, he would not answer at all. I got up and left his office. Them when up at front desk was told it would cost me $30 for paperwork. Dr. Rasul does not tend to needs/requests, not empathetic towards patients, rude, aggressive and baiting patients into more appointments. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR IF YOU WANT ACCURATE AND EFFICIENT CARE. He is not a good doctor at all.

Kathy Lucas

This moron Doctor told me to file a police report for lost prescription.. 1. No one could pick it up without a ID in my name 14 years I've taken this med I have PTSD He spends 5 minutes with you and writes a script So I'm notifying Medicare and Tricare I'm sure he's billed more minutes then that Last week a African American woman told him he was racist.. I'm as well going to the board of meds I can't just stop this medication. Terrible unethical behavior

James Novak

The staff is nice, easy to talk to, and always prepared for patients as they come in. Comfortable and clean waiting room. Probably the nicest drs. Office I’ve ever been to.

Angela

Doctor is professional and straight to the point. They have reminder text messages that I really like. Office is very clean and staff is helpful.

Kristen H.

Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Jessica Thiel

Terrible attitude from staff. I made an appointment for my husband online for 3pm. They called me while I was at work the same day and I said he had an appointment with a dr for him, not realizing it was the same office because they asked me if I was interested in an appointment and I already had one with them. I called several offices the day prior and thoight it was one of them. When my husband gets there the Dr isnt even there. They have no record of him in their system or in the place next door they said to check. The ladies at the office told my husband 'it wasnt there fualt, I called THEM at their busy hour, and maybe I messed up by calling so many doctors.' I have the confirmation text AND I got a link to review his appointment....so how was his appointment not in their system?? Dont advertise on ZocDoc if you cant commit to the appointments you offer and dont be rude to already distraught patients over them trying to find help.

Brandi Harrison

I personally believe Dr. Rasul and his staff deserve more than 5 stars. I have been a patient for a little over a year and they have been nothing but great, caring, hardworking, and professional. They do whatever they can, and try to go above and beyond to meet your expectations. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone struggling. Dr. Rasul is very interested in what's going on in your daily life and makes sure your medication is dispensed correctly and cuts your dosage down when needed. I would recommend him to anyone..! Thank you guys for all your hard work!!

Thurman Davis

I enjoy visiting Doctor Rasul’s office monthly. His staff are professional and courteous. Doctor Rasul is professional, very knowledgeable, and personable. He has worked with me to ensure I am feeling my best on a daily basis. I recommend him to anyone looking for high quality care.

Mitch

DO NOT GO HERE!! "Dr" Rasul is rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and a PILL MILL. I had ran out of my pills because he only writes a one month prescription at a time, and he said he would not let me get another refill. I would have been off my meds for a full week! He makes you go every month even though I've been taking the same meds and dose for over a year. I asked if I could go less often because of cost, he said ok every other month is fine then purposefully only wrote me a prescription for one month so I would have to go back in a month anyway. I have to tell him every time the dose I am on and the meds I take. I told him the meds caused xyz known and common side effects, he denied they were side effects and insisted it was just my depression causing it, the meds say on them the side effects I just described!! Completely incompetent and rude, he just wants your monthly subscription,. If you talk too much he starts to ignore you and gets even ruder. DO NOT GO HERE! ANYWHERE else has got to be better. I switched doctors and now I don't have to go every single month for no reason. I think he literally made my condition worse having to deal with him..

Emilee Ojala

Awesome Dr. And friendly staff. E-mail and text reminders are helpful.

This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. We went to Dr. Rasul for medication management for our daughter after we relocated on military orders. He spent no time getting to know her or her long time history with mental health. He was not interested in consulting with her previous psychiatrist of two years who was able to get her condition stable. He was extremely short and cut me off every time I tried to answer his questions. For an initial appointment that was supposed to last an hour and a half to truly get to know our situation, it lasted 20 min. He was rude to both me and my daughter and made her feel extremely uncomfortable. He should not be practicing with kids. Also, his office was very dirty. Do not go here especially if you have military insurance.

Penney Davis

Staff is great but the dr is horrible. Doesn't listen . All he wants to do is prescribe meds. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!!

Elke Davalos

The staff is wonderful and always ready to help. Dr. Rasul always takes the time to really see how you are doing. I’ve been a Patient for 3 years and I won’t change my insurance if I can’t come and see Dr. Rasul.

Sara Frazier

Staff was extremely pleasant, Dr. has zero bedside manner. First time meeting him walked away feeling worse than I had been! Very Disappointing!

Tristan Hyams

Just avoid, absolute joke. Wife made an appointment, struggling with anxiety/panic attacks and, potentially, a case of undiagnosed ADD. Wife's concerns were immediately dismissed from the doctor, declared no treatments necessary, after a mere 10 minutes. Wife is a school teacher who took time off (out of pocket) to see this Doctor. After 2.5 years of dealing with these issues privately to seek help, I finally convinced her to meet with a professional, only to have this happen... as if it isn't hard enough to visit a doctor regarding mental health to begin with. I called in myself, to complain about my wife's treatment, specifically how seriously unprofessional they had treated my wife, just in an effort to get an apology for my wife over the phone. Hung up on by the office manager. Don't waste your time or money here, find somewhere else to go.

Chad Carter

I have been coming here for over a year now and this is the best office I have experienced ever! Since 1998 I have been going to doctors, Dr. Rasul is the first one that has ever put me on medication that really works. He got it right the first time. I would highly recommend for anyone in need of treatment to come here over any other place in town!

Christian Herud

Dr Rasul has been incredibly helpful his staff is very nice. Not a bad thing to say about them at all.

Ali Forbes

He is a wonderful Doctor. I have been seeing him for over 2 years. He has patience and is very kind. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Crystal Morris

Dr. Rasul has been a truly amazing doctor. He is very knowledgeable and has really helped me. His staff are very friendly and the text/email reminders are great! I do recommend this office based on the quality of care I have received

Kenneth Charles

This is a great place. They are very good about sending appointment reminders that are helpful but not annoying. Dr. Rasul is very attentative and makes you feel comfortable in the fact that he has your best interest in mind. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The waiting area is very clean and there are 2 separate areas 1 side you can sit with your kids while they play in the play area and/or watch cartoons on a nice flat screen tv. The adult side of the waiting area is nice. Always a chill calm but uplifting atmosphere. There are magazines, literature and a nice tv to entertain you while you wait. The wait- the wait is never too long. They are very prompt and do a great job scheduling appointments because unlike most doctor visits you won't be stuck there all day waiting to be seen. The restroom area is clean. One last thing they have a small refrigerator full of small sodas and waters for all the patients in the lobby. Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of coming to see Dr. Rasul he is truly a great doctor.

Jesse Flynn

A relative went to this dr & was quickly reduced down on an anxiety medication she has taken for years. When her anxiety continued to escalate (since she didn’t have the meds she needed) the dr refused to continue any treatment of her at all. She ended up in the hospital w chest pains. Steer clear

David Wilcox

The staff headed by Bree is outstanding.

Zach

The kind receptionist would make a better psychiatrist than this pretentious joke on account of her people skills. Anyone who wishes to be treated like cattle should look no further, Dr. Rasul is the pill-miller for you!

Christie Edmondson

I have been seeing Dr. Rasul for about 2 years now and he has really helped me cope with depression and anxiety! My appointments are always on time which I love! I would recommend Dr. R if you are needing to seek help! I am surprised by some of the reviews saying he doesn't listen or care...I have always been treated with respect and he answers all my silly/crazy questions and I don't feel rushed at all! The staff is great also! :)

Senay Dragon

Barely speaks english (to the point it causes miscommunications), does not take well to suggestions, will not admit when he doesn't know how to further help you, and constantly interrupts when you are trying to answer his questions. By far the worst psychiatrist I have ever seen. His staff is wonderful though and deserve better. ONLY see him if you are in urgent need of a quick refill on a prescription. That's it.

A.J. Hernandez

Imtiaz Rasul is the rudest doctor I have ever interacted with. He asked me questions and then interrupted me as I tried to answer, to ask the question again, then I would answer the question exactly how I had previously been answering it. He has no bedside manner. He did not introduce himself, he did not shake my hand, he did not even ask my name. I explained to him what I was there for and he was responding in such a way as to demonstrate that he either did not understand, or was not listening to me. I told him "I think we're having a miscommunication issue here, I don't need you to prescribe me anything," he then became even more agitated and rude. He will not let you speak. He will cut you off when answering because he is not listening to your answers. Even his staff knows that he is rude because they seem apologetic when I told them about my experience with him. It appears that they hear the same thing from many patients, because they nodded their heads in agreement. One member of his staff who attempted to help me, despite his incompetence was fired! (Probably for another reason). I told her what I was there for and she understood immediately, whereas he did not understand (or pretended not to understand) even after I explained it to him numerous times. And he is the "MD." ??? This guy is a joke. I went into his office in a good mood, and left angry because of his nasty attitude and impolite bedside manner. I have never seen a doctor and left their office angry. Don't waste your time with this rude doctor.

Dan Nevins

Dr. Rasul has been a huge help!

Lindsey Mcclary

Fantastic, friendly staff all across the board! I’ve been coming here for close to 3 years and have had many positive results in my life because of the services provided.

Jenny

This is a terrible office and doctor. Don't make appointments with these people. They book 4 or more people at the same appointment times for speed follow ups which puts everyone behind and you won't be really listened to. Not to mention that they always have the news on the tv in the waiting that is full of horrible news.....does that make any sense for a dr that treats people for anxiety and depression!?!?!?

Allison Burns

This place is a pill-mill. After I was a patient for a few months I had sought out a second opinion. When I shared this, the psychiatrist seemed bothered that I had done so rather than being supportive that I was trying to better my condition. When I was explaining my symptoms were worsening and I asked if we could consider other medications or doses (ANYTHING) to help me he kept telling me I should look elsewhere for help and eventually raised his voice and said "NO, I KNOW EVERYTHING". This psychiatrist wasn't there to listen or assist me with my problems or even try looking for better resources. If you're looking for a simple refill, go here. Otherwise, take his advice and seek help elsewhere for help.

Mary Head

Great office location and support staff! Always friendly and helpful. Dr Rasul is very knowledgeable. First doctor I have ever been to that cared about side effects of the previous medication I was on! Great office And doctor. Very fast wait time! If you are in need of a great new doctor I highly recommend him!

Jaimee Dick

Absolutely the worst psychiatrist I have ever seen. He refills medications even if you don't need them. The appointment is long enough for him to refill the medications and then you are out the door and he is on to the next patient. He says one thing and does the other. I have gone through withdrawals on my depression medication TWICE with this doctor. When I called for help they said I had to come in to see the doctor and I went into the office and was there no more than 15 minutes with two refills on old prescriptions mind you and in tears and frustrated. He wanted me to go back on the same medication I was withdrawing from even though I followed his instructions on tapering. The best part is he said "my body will tell me how to taper off the medication." What a joke, he is the doctor and is suppose to be there to help patients in need and all he seems to care about is the money he makes on a 10-15 minute session. If there were zero stars I would have gone with that. He isn't worth one star. If you need a psychiatrist to prescribe pills you don't need then this is the doctor for you! Find a doctor who is genuinely concerned about you and will listen to you, Imitaz Rasul is NOT that kind of doctor!

Bobby Fredeking

Michael Esposito

this man is a thief my wife went in on A referral and they took 270,00 and no constellation or med for her adhd or her nightmares so beware there were no service render at all

Derek Driver

Great doctor, really cares about you and your health. Thanks alot.

Celeste Adams

Cheryl Byers

I feel so much better since I've been coming here! The doctor is wonderful and really wants to help you get better.

Teresa Strickland

Awful. The office staff are unorganized and charge incorrectly. The doctor is rude and talks down to people. My child dreaded going there because he was awful to him. They have about 4-5. Appts all scheduled at the same time so whoever gets there first goes first. If you’re not the first one you end up waiting until the end of the hour. Very quick to prescribe meds. He moves you in and out. It is worth the wait to see a doctor that actually cares. Do not go here.

Diana Colomer

Timmy Manning

Very good Doctor and staff. Definitely would recommend to anyone. I've never had a single issue.

Kelly Thompson

My experience with Dr.rasul is awesome, he is an outstanding psychiatrist. He always ask how you are doing and doesn't let what your telling him fly in one ear or the other. He takes his time and listens to what you are saying. He's exceptional in his work and very smart! His staff are some of the sweetest people I've met in a doctors office. I will never change drs, and always recommend this office. They have helped me overcome a huge obstacle in my life: ) Thank you!

Shelley Sweat

**Notice the majority of 5 star ratings are from prople whose only review is this one, and most of them were not here when I originally posted my review. That should tell you something. I just ask that you seriously consider all the negatives before trusting your mental health care to this jerk.** I wish I could rate zero stars or even negative. Obviously, most, if not all, of the positive reviews have been posted by fake accounts or friends of Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde. Stay away from this quack! All the negative reviews are right. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the office staff I dealt with were wonderful. I hope they are looking for employment elsewhere. I wish I had thought to read reviews before taking my daughter to see this egomaniac. This guy does not need to be around people with mental health issues, especially adolescents! I should have trusted my instincts and left before sitting down in front of his giant and imposing desk because he gave the very distinct impression that he was disgusted by both my daughter and me (we are both overweight). I've seen the look before, but I set aside my doubts because my daughter was almost out of her prescription and I knew I couldn't get her in to see anyone else before they ran out. He had her step on the scale and then proceeded to repeat her weight throughout the "new patient" visit. He wove her weight into the meeting at least seven times. She's fifteen, already suffering from panic and anxiety attacks as well as depression. This is not how to help one conquer any of those conditions. He asked what the root of her issues is. Each time I started to answer, he cut me off and asked the same question. He kept doing this until I said, "Her weight?" That's when he finally nodded I responded that her weight was a symptom, not a root, and of course, I was shot down. He then said to me, and I quote, "You've destroyed her life." He repeated this no fewer than five times during the rest of our meeting. I still cannot believe this guy is a doctor. This was the most belittling experience either of us has ever had. This "doctor" does not listen. He makes up his mind what the problem is before even finishing his q&a and then interrogates until he gets the answer that agrees with his prognosis. He is arrogant and condescending and acts as though he thinks the M.O.M. behind parents' names has been obtained by fools. Avoid this guy at all costs. I'm reporting him to my insurance and the Psychiatric Board. I don't want him hurting others. I see why he doesn't allow reviews on his website.

Brooke Barnhill

Love this place, it’s great for A busy person like myself, they will spend as much or as little time with you as you need and scheduling is always great.

Amber Griggs

If I could rate this less than 1 Star, I would. I have only ever written 1 other review in my entire life, so that should show just how negative of an experience I had. Front desk is great, but Dr. Rasul was unprofessional, insulting, and subpar to say the least. He made me feel very uncomfortable on multiple occasions, and as someone who does have quite a bit of medical as well as psychology/psychiatry experience, I question his judgment in his treatment plans. I had my medical records just released to another provider, and they didn’t even have the correct/current prescriptions in my notes. I have to go in and pay $80 just to tell him to correct my notes and re-send. Do not go here!

Toyya P Walker

I visited this condescending arrogant poor excuse for a professional recently to get evaluated to extend my leave from work due to depression and grief (my daughter, who is 14 years old, lost her father suddenly) This "doctor" kept cutting me off when asked to answer questions, he drudged up all kinds of hurt and pain that I spent years of therapy to be comfortable with to live my life. Then said take the meds and go back to work. I stated to him that I came to him to get help not to be given meds and sent on my way. I explained to him that I am on HRT and the meds do not work with the hormones. He insisted that they have nothing to do with each other when my surgeon told me they did. This quack got a quick 100 plus bucks from my insurance I will never ever go back or recommend this person to anyone. He speaks broken english and had a nerve to look down on me for what happened to me as if I asked for the mistreatment i suffered in my teens. This person is unbelievable! He had no intention on helping me and judged me from the moment I walked in the door. I waited for almost 30 mins for this waste of time and space! DO NOT GO HERE

Shera K Crandall

Michelle Lindo

All my life I've seen different doctors who prescribed medication after medication, or just asked me what I wanted. Dr. Raul was referred to me by , at the time, a highly respected primary care physician. It's now been well over a year seeing this psychiatrist who is the only one who has given me a proper diagnosis, and the right medications. I now for the first time can live a normal life filled with balance and hope, I have kept my job at at corporate salon for 2 years, that was unheard of my entire career of 17 years doing hair, I'm able to save money and make good choices for my family, thanks to Dr. Rasul. By the way, if your looking for a doctor to help you get medication your just addicted to , or to get u your fix, warning,! Do not go to this doctor. He cares for people therefore uses his knowledge to prescribe what u need, not want u think u need and want. (To those with negative reviews).. I know, I used to b that person.

Christopher Combs

First experience with an actual Psychiatrist, I have always seen therapists but not one that was an actual MD. I walked in, sat down, and was utterly shocked at how quick he jumped to a diagnosis. I could not even explain all my symptoms or the way I felt when I was experiencing symptoms. I was diagnosed with being mildly bi-polar. I disagreed and his response was "its just going to take some time to cope and get out of denial." With in his defense would be an appropriate response if he had taken more then 5 minutes to diagnose a mental illness. Nothing I spoke of regarded any indication of being bipolar. Just please make sure you are firmly speaking of all your symptoms before he starts throwing drugs at you to take. Something as minor as anxiety can be misdiagnosed to being bipolar like myself. I followed up with a different Psychiatrist and that my friends was indeed what his diagnosis was,, anxiety.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. The doctor was 30 minutes late. He was very rude and judgmental despite only knowing me for a few minutes.

Passion Ellis

Dr. Razul is a great Psychiatrist. He does not push medications, and he does his best to prescribe as little medication as possible or necessary. As needed, he increases medication very slowly, to ensure the proper time frame to reach the therapeutic dose.

Value Jeff

I saw Imtiaz Rasul and it was horrible. He was very sarcastic, rude, and pretentious. Not how you expect a "professional" to act. Do NOT see him, I would strongly recommend finding someone else.

Mike Cummings

I was Dr. Rasuls first patient I've been with him for 5-6 years now and have never had an issue or complaint! They work with me on my busy schedule and the entire team is always so nice and always willing to work with me on my appointments! Even when I miss them lol! Thank you guys for everything talk do! Best place in all of Florida!

Btissame Chebli

I have never been happy until I've seen dr Imtiaz ....He is a wonderful doctor and have a lot of experience.

Harley Smith

Robert Selzer

This is office is entirely unprofessional. They advertise for "make an appointment for today" which is not available, but they do list appointments that are supposedly available the next day. However, the only means of setting up an appointment on their website, is through the zodoc system, or a phone number, which also connects you with zocdoc. So you set up an appointment for the next day, but it's not a real appointment. I set up an appointment for the following day. When I googled the actual office I got their real phone number. When I called the day of the appointment to confirm, I was informed that they knew nothing about the appointment, and that the doctor was out of the office until Tuesday of next week and no appointments were available until Thursday. This isn't just a zodoc problem. Clearly the Dr is paying for, "see a doctor toady" advertising, even when he is on vacation or already booked. The problem is compounded by them using a system which supposedly books you for an appointment for the next day, when you could have booked an appointment with a dr who was actually available to help you. This sort of false advertising to people in need of their services is unconscionable.

Enrique Kersey

The staff in the office is fantastic, they get me in and out. Keep me updated with any changes . And always accomidate by busy schedule.

My lovely world by lexi

Please people do not be fooled by the positive reviews this place has. I was referred by my primary care to him. I was looking for someone who would listen and control my anxiety/depression medications. I have always been nervous of going to see a psychiatrist because of the traumatic events I have been through it’s a hard first step. I went in for my first appt. this appt was supposed to be an hour long... it literally last about 30 mins the most. The entire time Dr. Rasul did nothing but ask me to tell him the events I’ve been through and every time I looked up to speak to him I would catch him looking at my chest the entire time! He literally wrote things and then proceeded to ask me about my sex life as well with my bf. He immediately told me even though I am already on anxiety and depression medication that he was going to prescribe me another depression medication to take on top of the one I am already on and told me that he was switching my other medication that I have taken since 2009 to something that was just inbelieveable to what my situation was. He does not listen and there is a slight language barrier, which would have been fine if he didn’t get mad every time I asked him to repeat. This man has literally scared me from even going to any psychiatrist now at all... all it seemed to be was worrying about making me take the prescriptions he wanted me to take. I told him I did not want to take them and would not accept them from him. He got mad and said okay have a nice day then. This man is nothing good at all. He is definitely in the wrong field and he is not a Dr. in my books. I would never recommend this man to anyone and feel completely sorry for all his patients. I should have read the reviews before going here... I have learned to start reading reviews after this. I am baffled and concerned for this office. Who knows what he treats his employees like. I left this place feeling the worst ever. I truly called my boyfriend right in the parking lot after leaving in complete shock of how uncomfortable and just crazy it was at this appt.

I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Imtiaz Rasul after reading many positive reviews online. I was able to schedule an appointment almost immediately, and I have returned every month since. The Dr. is very professional, answers all of my concerns/questions, and makes me feel comfortable every time. Also, Bre at the front desk is EXTREMELY nice and has customer service skills that are out of this world! 5 stars

Dr Rasul is a joke. He was rude, condescending, argued with me and interrupted me repeatedly. I have never met a doctor as heartless as this man. He gave me incorrect information about medication and would not listen to me. It was a complete waste of money and time and I will not be returning.

Great staff & Dr. Rasul is an attentive doctor has helped me tremendously!

I have seen Dr Rasul for approximately 4 years or better now. I think he is a good physician who manages his time well and his patients. I'm always in and out and never have to wait. Brie always greets me with a smile and how are you and chats with me a minute as she recognizes each and every one of her patients as they come in. The office is always a very clean and they have things for children to do as well while you wait.. anytime there has ever been an issue they have been very prompt in solving it . And because I have a very hectic work schedule they've always been very accommodating as far as moving my appointments if I need to reschedule. He helped me through a very hard time in my life. He has always checked on how my medication was and if we needed to adjust it. I have read some negative comments on this posting about him saying things about people's weight as well as not rewriting prescriptions and telling you you need a police report. As a nurse it is his job to address your weight if you are overweight. They can actually be penalized for not doing so. Another reason for looking into your weight gain is because some medications do you cause rapid weight gain or loss and as a physician prescribing those medications he has to keep on top of that .And as far as needing a police report for a prescription I'm assuming it must have been a controlled substance. And even with a police report a pharmacy may choose not to fill it as that too is there right by law. Doctors have no control over what laws are set in place in what pharmacies do and do not do. They simply have to follow the rules or they are sanctioned.. unfortunately a lot of this has been caused by insurance companies dictating patient care....

Wow this guy really takes the cake for the worst doctor I've ever had the misfortune of seeing. Condescending and rude with absolutely no concern or interest in the well being of his patients. PILL MILL. REPORTED.

I wish I would have looked at these reviews the 1st visit he was more concerned about my sex history and practices than any thing else gave me the creeps I won't be back

Their bariatric evaluations are worthless, my insurance did not accept it, and they do nothing to fix it. I have to go and get another one done by a doctor who knows what they are doing. Waste of time an money.

I have been coming to this location for a while now, and have always been pleased with the service. The ladies at the front are great. They are more then willing to work with me and my changing schedule. They also send me text and emails to remind me of an upcoming appointment, which is super helpful to me. The doctor listens and is professional each visit. They have made it a comfortable and easy experience overall.

This doctors office has changed my life. I started this program over 2 years ago and I have to say the program has changed my life. I was very down in life and couldn’t hold a job very long. I recommend this office as they want to help you move forward with life and become successful. Addiction is the hardest disease to overcome and with the offices help I conquered my addiction. Thanks Dr. Rasul and the awesome office ladies in the front.

I have been a patient here for over a year and the Dr. and staff have been more than helpful with me. I always feel like they take care of my needs right then and there. The staff is so friendly and always in a great mood. The doctor always runs on time. I highly recommend this office!

Please do not listen to all the positive reviews. The office staff is nice, but the doctor is awful. Stay away from him! He is only in it for the money, which is obvious once you walk in the door and they decorate the place nicer than my house. He does not care at all about you or what you have to say. Barely listens to the point where you have to repeat yourself a few minutes later. Awful doctor, if you go to him be prepared to be very disappointed.

Never felt so belittled from a medical professional! Took my autistic son to see him, consistently for 3-6 months now. My son had a crisis, he stated he doesn't deal with crises, he doesn't speak with other entities for intervention for people like my son nor does he have other options as referral services for him! Asked me where were my son's biological parents and his blood mother? Yes he was really off considering we had just seen him a few weeks ago. Something is definitely off about this provider. Would not recommend because it seems as if he is all about money from his patients and not solutions. Prior to my son being seen, one of his patients got up and went to his office confronted him and cursed him out due the provider dropping the ball on his treatment. Being a medical professional myself, definitely all thumbs down on this provider!

I truly love this office. The staff is amazing, personable and all around helpful. He is not the type of doc that pushes things on you or does not care. He works with you and compromises while truly focusing on your goal to getting better. The new office (which is just right across from his old one) is set up very nice and......well, I cannot say enough about this place. Give them a call! GO! If you follow his orders, if you are honest - he will return the same respect.

This is the worst Psychiatrist I have every seen!! He didnt listen to me and talked over me for 5 min about what my "symptoms" were. After 5 min diagnosed me bi polar, depressed, and an addict!! He wrote me a few prescriptions and told me to come back in 2 weeks to tell me how they work out. I have anxiety, I AM NOT bi polar, depressed, nor an addict although I might be if I take all the drugs he gave me for problems I DO NOT HAVE!!! . NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Dr Rasul has been amazing. I have been coming here for years. They have always worked with me. If I miss an appointment then just show up they always work me in. Bri is one of the best receptionist/office managers I have ever encountered. She is professional, kind, and very efficient in all she does for me. Linsdey is new and she is already such a gem. I highly recommend checking out this office!!!

Dr. Rasul has been treating me for 5 years and is a caring, thoughtful and patient doctor. No matter how many people are in the waiting room he will listen to your concerns and address them as needed. I highly recommend him for both adults and children. He is extremely professional and will not prescribe medication that is not appropriate for the diagnosis. He is highly educated, is associated with various hospitals and his practice is a safe haven for those needing help.

Do not be fooled by the recent positive reviews as I am sure they are most definitely posed by fake accounts. I have seen Dr. Rasul for a few months now and he is the worse uneducated psychiatrist I've been to in all my years since diagnosis. In hindsight, he is very cold & cuts you off when you attempt to talk. He does not ask you questions which shows me he does not care. And he doesn't warn you about the side effects when prescribing new meds. The worst part is when I first wanted to switch meds, he told me to do research & pick one on our next appointment. Like really?! I had to wait a whole entire month without meds because this man didn't want to do his job! I insisted he go over the options with me, but it was like pulling teeth. He kept brushing me off. I'm convinced he does this for money. Then everytime I go, I'm in his office for only 5 minutes tops! Meanwhile I noticed he takes his time with "some" patients more than others. I'm concerned that he is indeed racist. Fore warning, he will waste your time & money! Save yourself & don't make the appointment. I stopped going because this bare minimal level of professionalism is absurd.
