I suppose I have to give them one star to even write a review. DO NOT USE this facility. It has taken years for my sisters and I to get my mom to agree to see a therapist for her anxiety. Her anxiety that keeps her home and away from associating with the public. Today was the THIRD time that she was taken to this facility and asked to reschedule after waiting over an hour for her appointment. She's proclaimed she isn't returning and done with the theropy business. Thanks a bunch Florida Therapy.

The black lady at the desk is not doing her job. I rescheduled an appointment. She did not put it in the computer. They keep settingthese appointments and when i get there i have to go back home because they're always doing something wrong. You got to be on time. I have to come all the way there through traffic for no damn reason.

Impossible to get on the phone. Worst service ever been trying to get someone on the phone 2 + days. I recommend any other therapy your insurance will cover.

This office is Unprofessional, neglectful, fraudulent, and severely lacks care for patients. My therapist left months ago so the office was suppose to match all of her patients with other therapists. It took over 6 weeks to place me with someone else in their practice but I still didn’t get a call to set up an appointment. After 4 weeks and no counselor, I asked for my records. They didn’t return calls about them and refused my records to me multiple times. I finally reached the director and had to argue for my records which were ready several days later. So After two months without care, I finally had my records in hand!!! By then my mom went into the hospital, she was hospitalized for almost two months and passed away so I haven’t been able to find someone else for 4 months! Don’t trust this place with your mental health! My counselor was good and is the only reason I stayed so long!

I use FTS for therapy and psychiatry. My therapy experience has been really great! My psychologist is attentive and good at being compassionate without coddling, I feel like I've made some solid progress with her and leave each session with action items to improve my outlook and actions. I'd give her 5 stars for sure! The missing star is because my psychiatry experience has been somewhat disappointing. I already have my medications worked out after a few years of trial and error, so I just need the check in and refill, but if I were still in that adjustment stage I don't think I would be doing too well. I've seen a few different doctors and I don't love that inconsistency.

was appointed a therapist. he quit before his third session. the replacement took WEEKS to get in contact with me. the number she gave only had a busy signal. I called every day with promises of them calling me back, but to no avail. finally when they did call back, they said they were looking for someone who could see me. that was on July 1st. it is now the 17th. no contact. they also scheduled me for an appointment without consulting me, and when they called to confirm it, i advised i did not set up that time, and would have to pick a new one, the only available slot was 3 months from that date. I also went in to see about getting assistance with ADHD. they said they could do diagnoses, and i would see a doctor about getting medicinal assistance. however, when i showed up, they advised that they do not do diagnosis. they still wanted to charge me for that though. no help. non what-so-ever.

Not a fan. Does more harm than good. My Dr. Is great but others there leave a bad taste in your mouth. Miriam is the only good thing. Avoid Dr V. That's all.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of others time. I will not reschedule or consider referring anyone to this facility. Worst customer service experience, I hate to say but African Americans give professionalism a bad rep, thanks to this office!

Don't be 10 minutes late cause they WILL NOT see you. Even if you are crying your eyes out because your mother died and you need someone to talk to.

I had a horrible experience. Went to my appointment on time, the receptionist came to the desk 15 minutes later and stated that I was in the wrong building. Walked over to the other building and the doctor wouldn't see my son. I told them what happened and asked them to call the office next door(same facility- they work together) and made me miss two hours of work for nothing and refused to see my son because we were "5 minutes late". Pitiful!!!!!!! Sorry communication and poor customer service. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I had an amazing therapist 5 stars ♡ She left on baby leave. I made an appointment with a new therapist and this women never showed up! SO forget this.

Careless disregard for the patients. Patients are rushed through and out. The Staff are great, yet they are given less respect by the owners than the patients are; high stress to make the administrators money... Patients are currency. Providers are at least double-booked; against CMS guidelines... This place will fire People on their birthdays, not tell them they were fired, especially after a long holiday. Fire them because they spend too much time with patients; the severely mentally ill patients. Communication is non existent. Non medical people override clinical decisions. The patients are left without providers enough to get adequate and timely refills on Medications that should not be stopped abruptly... Turnover of providers is intense. Money centered V. Patient centered. A travesty. The Care and Care providers are EXCELLENT, yet they are fired and harassed for providing quality patient care at the cost of making the administrators money....

This place is a joke..if u need help I advise u go anywhere but Florida thearpy...I had scheduled appointments that I receive a call 30 mins before time saying they cancelled my appointmentent..they have sent meds to a different location then told then calls me an leave vm telling me to go pick up meds..if I could give them no stars I would. The staff is just as rude as they service...I WILL no longer ask for thearpy..

Missed one appointment (they don't call to remind you) and Dr Mhatre won't refill my anti anxiety medicine. Falling apart. Very bad timing as I was in school and a sick family member just moved in. Called the office manager,twice, no return call.

Black female at desk scheduled appoint and when I called back to confirm, she told me that it had been scheduled incorrectly as a 15 minute visit when it should have been a 30 minute visit. Now all slots are full and it must be pushed back 2 weeks, to the next earliest appointment. Imagine if I'd driven a hour to appt and then got turned away...Thankful that I called to confirm. By the time the intake assessment & evaluation are done, they'll be no reason to speak with a counselor. My teenager will be in a new phase of life...smh

My therapist is sometimes up to 20 minutes late for appointments and talks about things that are irrelevant to my disorder.
