Extremely long wait FOR A NEW PATIENT- I was advised on 5-23/16 that next available as new patient wouldn't be util mid-July 15th or 16th unless ER CANCELLATION---------When you call the business line, out of five times I tried, I only get an automated voice recording to leave a message. No human seems to answer any call to hear and rarely calls back! Needless to say, I feel I should be taken care of gently and compassionately regarding this industry and to be at upmost In discreetness. Unfortunately I feel sad to discover this very disappointed, needed severe help ASAP for several overwhelming life's happenings at once with a medicine from another Dr, that created an allergic, crazy hyper, amphetamine frenzy for weeks. SEEMS. AS THOUGH THERE ARE VERY FEW COMPASSIONATE PSYCH DRS HERE AT ALL. They are to OVER LOADED WITH PATIENTS.

I've been seeing Miller every few months for almost 6 years now, and I have disliked every minute of it. Scheduling an appointment is impossible and rescheduling is even more difficult. In 6 years I have NEVER been seen on time; Miller is always running late. The shortest waiting time I have ever experienced is 30 minutes and the longest over 2 hours. The waiting room is tiny, dim, and smells overwhelmingly like a hospital. Miller has an air of superiority about her, as if she feels she knows more about your mental state than you do. I feel like she never really listens to what I have to say and just tries to prescribe new medications every few months instead. Overall I would not recommend Miller as your psychiatrist or therapist. Your time and money is much better used elsewhere.

In January I scheduled an appt in March ( the earliest I could get). Then I received a call that there was a cancellation at the end of January. It was at 11:00 and I needed to come in that day at 10:45 to fill out paperwork which I did. Still sitting on the waiting room at 11:30, then 11:45, then noon I told them I was leaving. The answer I got was “she’s running late” Thanks for nothing. My time is valuable too. Poor office management, either the front end, back office or both. Not going back.

The doctors are well-equipped to help, but the front desk is absolutely atrocious about phone calls, whether reminders about appointments or returned calls from the client.

Jonda Peterman

I had a great experience there. They were very friendly and helpful.

I Have been a patient of this office for a long time. Before they moved the communication was great. It was easy to get ahold of a person on the phone to schedule or re-schedule an appointment or to call and ask questions. Now its a little bit of a hassle as you have to leave a message & wait for someone to call you back in 24hrs . Which is sometimes more than 24hrs . But the care I have received from Dr.miller has always been substantially better than any where else that I have been. I feel like she really listens & makes me feel comfortable to ask questions I have & answers all my questions about anything. I just wish they would return calls in a more timely manner.

Dr. Miller and her P.A. has been very understanding when it comes to many things, including needing to reschedule my appointment last minute due to disasters around the house the require my attention. Yes, their waiting room is a tad cramped to be honest, but I have never had issues with my call being taken. I generally wait right outside on the bench, while reading a book, and they come out to get you. If Dr. Miller or her P.A weren't so intensive, compassionate, and truly caring, I would give four stars due to waiting area, but I feel that would cause other people to miss out on a truly amazing experience in psychiatry.

The doctor and her staff, we have found to be excellent. Very professional and caring. Sara has been a godsend to us. I don't go there for the atmosphere, we go there for the professionalism. We feel the confidentiality is so secure.

Lavena Fisette

Dr. Miller is a caring and knowledgeable physician. She asks questions, gives feedback and gives me choices. Regarding any wait time mentioned by other reviewers, I gladly accept this. SHE SPENDS THE TIME PATIENT’S NEED. She doesn’t herd us in and out quickly, as most doctors these days do. I understand it may be inconvenient, but you’ll be grateful when you’re the one she’s taking time with.

Dr. Miller doesn’t call her patients . Sad I’ve NEVER had a Dr. that didn’t care about her patients enough to call !!

Joseph Robledo

The people here are very nice and take very good care of you and lets you express you feelings

Drew

Always running late. Extreamly impersonal. A slight attitude of superiority. Sets a 15min timer on her cell phone. Responds to text messages during sessions. Always ends with the exact same robotic verbatim salutation of "the best of luck to you." Basically acts like you're a waste of her time.

Courtney Hall

I had been treated at other facilities for many mental disorders, but Dr. Miller is simply the best.

Brandon Sandberg

So disappointing..., I've waiting for almost 3 months to be seen for depression. It took several calls to finally set up that appointment and then couldn't even get a return call to confirm my appointment and get directions. Guess they don't care...

The office has 10 chairs crowded into a small room with no ventilation. During my 2 1/2 hour wait, there were up to 14 people in the room waiting. The phone is NEVER answered and the staff returned 1 of 4 calls during a period of weeks and that was 5 days after call. Very poor business management. NOT a good first impression.

My son and daughter see Dr. Miller. She is very professional.
