Maybe I'll update the rating after I actually get some care from him. My appointment was an hour ago and I'm still in the waiting room. I'm not impressed, by any means. Edit: I was finally seen over an hour after my appointment. The staff even suggested giving me a referral to someone else since it waa taking so long! He was cocky and arrogant. He needs to work in a field that doesn't involve care for individuals.

The only reason I am not giving zero is because there is no option for zero. Worst experience with a dr I have ever had. Accused me of doing drugs and interrogated me. Even though I had my blood work done a month ago and was clean and do not use drugs. Dr was very abusive when all I went in for was to get help for my depression and anxiety. Dr sent me into a panic attack after leaving the office. Worst experience ever.

Dr. Arias rocks! He makes you smile even when having a bad day. The first time I met him I knew I made the right choice. Finding a good doctor is quite difficult. It seems most only care about the money and not the patient. The medication he has put me on has changed my life. No other doctor even thought of it. I recommend everyone I know to Dr. Arias. Give him a try, after the first visit you will see why everyone loves him. Oh, and the office staff are the best! I have never met anyone there that didn't look like they loved their job. They are always smiling and know you by name as soon as you walk in. Some even remember your voice if you call, without giving a name. They are all compassionate, caring and makes going to the doctor fun and worth it. He will help you too. Don't wait for another day to pass, call now and set up an appointment.

Great doctor. Been seeing him since 2008! Great bedside manner and actually listens to what u have to say. Clean and professional! Doesn't rush you out. Very professional and has greatly helped with my depression and high anxiety! Great staff that actually remembers your name when you walk through the door! Best doctor I've ever had. They make you feel important and show their concern for your health! I highly recommend Dr Aries and his staff!

Excellent Doctor! Takes times to listen to your individual needs not just a script writer which is very important to me. He’s a lifesaver in my case found medical issues that are not even in his field of study. I may have a long way to go but Dr. Arias was definitely the best choice I ever made as a Doctor.

WORSE PSYCHIATRIST DOCTOR I'VE EVER SEEN! I SUFFER FROM AND BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH DEPRESSION, PTSD, ANXIETY, AND PANIC ATTACKS AND DUE TO A MEDICATION I'M ON & HAVE TO TAKE THIS DICTDO WAS WRITING ME SCRIPTS THAT IF I WOULD HAVE TOOK ALONG WITH MY OTHER MEDICATION I HAVE TO TAKE DAILY I WOULD BE DEAD DUE TO THE RIDICULOUS MLGS, QUANTITY OF THE MEDS TO TAKE A DAY THAT THIS DOCTOR PRESCRIBED ME WOULD HAVE KILLED ME PERIOD AND IT WAS ALL BECAUSE HE DIDN'T WANT TO WRITE ME A SCRIPT FOR ME LIKE A KLONOPIN OR VALIUM OR 1 OF THESE THAT I'VE BEEN PRESCRIBED FOR BEING ON THE MEDS I HAVE TO TAKE DAILY WHEN I HAVE BEEN PERSCRPRES IN MY PAST FOR YEARS DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT'S A NEEDFUL MED I HAVE TO TAKE AND NEED TO AN ORDER TO HEKO ME WHEN I HAVE A PANIC ATTACK (WHICH I HAVE CURRENTLY THE LEAST ONCE OR TWICE A DAY;SOME DAYS ARE WORSE AND I GET AN INCREASE IN MY PANIC ATTACKS) AND THIS DOCTOR PRESCRIBED ME ENOUGH TO KULL A HORSE INSTEAD OF A PILL THAT'S BEEN PROVEN THAT IT HELPS ME;HE RATHER KILL SOMEONE INSTEAD OF HELPING THE PATIENT WITH THE MEDS THAT THEY KNOW HAVE HELPED. I HAVE EACH SCRIPT AND ALL HE'S PRESCRIBED ME AND I DON'T THINK THAT THUT DOCTOR SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO BE A PSYCHIATRIST WHEN HE KNOWS BEST NOT TO PRESCRIBE SOMEONE WHO TAKES THE SAME MEDS I TAKE DAILY OR IN THE SAME FAMILY SHOULD NECER BE MIXED OR ALLOWED TO BECAUSE THE PILLS HE PRESCRIBED AND THE MLG AND ALL WOULD KILL SOMEONE!!! EXTREMELY RUDE BEDSIDE MANNER!!!

I can only give you my experience from the Ft. Myers location. I'm not sure of there other ones. But my experience was horrible. First off the first time I went there was fine. It seems like we have an epidemic problem with Mental Health. And mostly I found there to be a lot of adolescents not so many adults. And their of course were people in all ranges of issues. They printed out my two appointments 1st with the Psychiatrist which Mike said I'd really like her and the next with a therapist which I was told she was good as well. Went there on 10/7/19 and was brought back to take my vitals. Was then told I was going to see some guy which last name I didn't care for and said "Wait I'm suppose to see this Doctor" he stated that there was some scheduling issues I'm like No I told Mike I have issues with Male Doctors. So he runs around to try to see if he can get me into see her. He said how about today at 1:30 I'm like No I have another appointment. I asked what nationality he was and he said should it matter I said "oh yes it matters to me" with that they told me that Mike would call me back. Nothing for hours I call on hold for over 10 minutes just to be told he's with another patient he'll call you back. Hours go by again I called again on hold for another 8 minutes...he tells me a whole different story that my doctor that I was suppose to see was out all last week. So with out telling me this he's got an attitude this time and schedules me with another doctor for today at 10/8. The more I thought about it the more I realized this place is so out of control and disorganized do I really want to go here. I'm thinking No so I found another place more of a family practice that deals with mental health. So I would not recommend this place to anyone over 50. They mostly deal with children and Drug issues not a calm place to me anyway to be..I have to update this because I was suppose to have a therapy appointment on 10/21 thank God I called they cancelled it with out letting me know. Really?????

Dr. Arias is a great physician. He knows his stuff and is rite on target. His staff is super friendly and they make you feel part of a family. You are never alone and what a comforting feeling. Dr Arias has a friendly soft approach and he listens too you and is concerened. Ive been with his ofc for over 10 years and trust him in my geriactric years. Rose the ofc manager is a sweety I hope she stays. I want to say thank you guys because you deserve the praise.
