I was laughed out of the office when I came in angry that they would not pick up the phone or provide my pharmacy with my prescription.

I've been visiting this office for nearly a year. The staff and Dr is always kind and accommodating to me. Never had a bad experience. It's wheelchair accessible and the offices are always clean.

Changed my whole career because of Dr.Ferraro, had several appointments over 2 years(some by call in and some by scheduled) while I was(and still am) at university. Most of the time the person that saw me talked about their day and all their problems and spent around 15 of the 45 minutes every time talking about my medical needs as far as my mental health was concerned(I have problems with anxiety and sleeping due to stress). The meds they had me on had no changes made and that was after 6 prescription changes, without counting the amount of times we bumped up the dosage on most of them. All it’s cost me is money and time and that’s without the fact that scheduling an appointment with them is a hassle. I’ve been patient for 2 years now as I’ve heard of his company’s work from my fellow students and also from professors but I have to say this place is a joke. No calls to let me know that I was able to show up for an appointment(without my consent) and because of that I missed 2 appointments back to back and have to pay $80 in late fees. This is just a summarization of my time there I won’t get into the rest. I will never be going back.

They pick and choose who they will accept as a patient without knowing much about them and without ever meeting them... and they don’t even give a reason why. I’m reporting them to my insurance. They think no psychiatrist is apparently better than them for your needs. Unethical and illegal.

They dont even want to give them one star. I was lied to. By staff and the Dr. They had me fooled. I gave them my trust and they lied. I told them to take me off all appointments that I was never comming back and they charged me for two more appointments, saying that I was a no show. I was going there to keep from having suicidal thoughts, to get help that I desperately needed. I guess I am just stupid, useless, and worthless. Not unworthy of their time and effort.

Wonderful office and environment. The 2 ladies up front, Ashley and C, are so delightful! Katie is wonderful and so proactive. I genuinely feel cared about.

I have been going here for while now....they are awesome. Dr. Ferraro got me on the right meds immediately. It made a huge difference in my life!! I would recommend him and his associates to everyone that's ever experienced issues with depression and mental health.

Definitely a joke. Was apparently “scheduled” for an appointment and when I had missed said appt they charged me but the thing is I’ve always been on a cancellation list. Their only answer seems to be that my voicemail is full so they can’t help me in reference to me not being able to answer(the simple answer is if I didn’t consent then why would you schedule me and charge me). when I can finally get around that arrogant excuse they hit me with”if you’d like you can schedule an appt with another Dr... like thats exactly what my problem was so the audacity to try it again to my face just shows they’re all about the money. Ridiculous to say they’re even for mental health in any way. Will definitely be spreading around.

Staff was very professional. I was very comfortable there. The Doctor was very concerned and empathetic. I felt that I was in the right place to deal with my problems.

Do NOT go to this doctors office if you have a schedule and need to be other places. He's a nice guy, but EVERY TIME you come for an appointment, he's only just taking the appointment before you at the time you were supposed to see I'm. They are always behind and if you have work, you're screwed. Options would to be to either take your patients at their scheduled time, lose clients, or get better at keeping on a schedule.

On my first visit I saw Dr. Ferraro, and thereafter have been seeing Katie Mann. Dr. Ferraro was okay, but I love Katie. She is just about the only practitioner I’ve been to that genuinely seems like she cares about me and my health. I have otherwise has good experience with the practice in general as far as scheduling and other admin things.
