Beach House saved my life ! I was extremely nervous when I arrived as it was the only rehab that I had been to and I had no idea what to expect. That all turned around very quickly as I met some great people, who made me feel so welcomed comfortable and loved. The BH staff is awesome, they TRULY care about their clients and they have so much knowledge that they share with each and everyone of them. I am so thankful for EVERYONE at the BH for helping me get my life back.

At the lowest, most broken time of my life, I made the call to Beach House!!! That moment was one of the single best decisions I've ever made. Scared, afraid and sick, I made the journey to Florida. When I arrived my life began to change, everyone on staff did nothing but reassure me, pray with me, love me, and help me through my recovery. I will never be able to thank everyone at Beach House enough for teaching me the tools I needed to live a free, healthy, and happy beyond measure life!! Learning to live and laugh again with other people in the same situation was amazing, to know you are not the only one in the world with an addiction was freeing also. The friends I made while there will be a part of my life forever. Beach House is truely Love and Connection.

My husband recently was treated there in June 2019 . Came home worst than when he went in. After they get your money, gain your TRUST, you're nobody.following up with the client and family is zero. Mr. Ivy and Monica communication skills are terrible. Don't trust this place. I really needed to talk with someone about his condition, never to this day received it.

My daughter attended Beach House Center for Recovery this May & June. The treatment she received there was amazing. The therapist called me twice weekly to update me on her progress and I was able to speak directly with the therapist and my daughter on many occasions. Her Therapist Diana was great. She helped my daughter tremendously and also helped me. The Assistant Director of Admissions, Alex Novello was also so helpful guiding her through the admissions process. Alex and Diana really cared about my daughter and with this help she is now drug free. She started the halfway house and IOP program now and is doing well. Thank you for being there when we needed you.

I have been to quite a few treatment centers this place was a horrible experience and should be shut down. They hold you against your will... Majority of the staff was extremely unprofessional they would not let me call anyone, answer my mothers phone calls or even return them she had no idea what was going on, they might as well have barb wire fences... When I finally talked to my therapist she was extremely rude and unprofessional but she said she set up my discharge paper work to leave(which was a 7 day process)when I went to leave the next day they had no paper work done and I had a flight at 12 pm they sent me in circles to talk to multiple people none of them would help me they were trying to get me to miss my flight and also lost my passport I would not go there if it was the last place on Earth do not waste your money here!!

I completed my treatment at beach house through may 18th-August 4th; and had an incredible experience. Beach house was the very first opportunity I've had in ten years to obtain any real form of treatment, and to have had the chance to do it here was an absolute blessing. A big shout out to Alex Novello, who is the assistant director of admissions, he not only spoke with me many times before coming to let me know what to expect, what I'd need to bring, and tell me about the program. He also spoke with my mother, and sister any time they called to check on me and showed them nothing but love, kindness and patience. Dianna and jim were my therapists from inpatient through iop and they are both top notch. Each of them cared deeply for my long term sobriety; as did the support staff and each and every tech. I was one of the first clients to stay at beach houses new iop5 housing, which is beautiful itself and sits on a piece of property overlooking the water. Housing staff director brenden cared deeply for the safety of each patient at housing, as did the tech staff on premises. The entire program start to finish was incredible, and I sit here today writing this review free from opiates for the first time in my adult life. That would have never happened without the help and care of each and every staff member at the beach house facility. I would recommend highly to any addict or family member seeking help for a loved one. There is actual magic in the air of this place that does not exist in many places.

I am a blessed and grateful recovering addict named Larry from New Jersey. My experience with Beach House was nothing short of a miracle from beginning to end. As many of you reading this can probably relate, I was in a bad place in active addiction. I couldn't stop! I tried everything including suboxone and I couldn't stop! The disease of addiction drove me to try and commit suicide using my drug of choice. But, by the grace of God it didn't work. And that's when I received the phone call that saved my life. A good friend of mine, Danny Mills who is one of the councilors that answer the help line, called me out of no where to tell me I had a spot at the Beach House! He then proceeded to stay in constant contact with me for the next 24 hours till I made it from Jersey to the rehab. I need to mention that I have been to rehab before. But nothing compares to the experience I had at the Beach House. Everyone from the owner Glen to the people serving the food treated me with respect and love. Like a "real person"! The councilors were amazing. The techs were mostly in recovery and could relate. For me, it was a spiritual and informative process. It was exactly what I needed at the time. I now have a strong foundation for my recovery. I have faith that God can, has and will see me through. I now have hope for a future with the woman I love and our children. This is what I found at the Beach House. And I highly recommend to anyone that is having a problem with the disease of addiction to get to the Beach House as soon as you can!

Tyrell Oneill

This place has forever changed my life! I have faith in my sobriety and I didn’t have that before I came here! I have so much gratitude for this place! If anyone is looking to get clean and change you life for the better I STRONGLY encourage you come to beach house! You won’t regret it.

I could not thank Beach House enough for my experience. There are large groups and process, smaller, groups daily so you really have an opportunity to work through how you got to this point. I had a one on one session with my therapist weekly as well as a session that included my husband. My family was informed every step of the way. My insurance made things a little confusing for a bit but Beach House worked to remedy that problem. We went to the ocean twice a day. Nothing beats meditating on the beach at sunrise! The employees that made it a great experience are too many to mention. So many of them have been in revovery long term sp when they telI you that they know what you're going through.... they really do. I am now 120 days sober and absolutely believe I couldn't have done it without Beach House.

Megan Crouse

Beware!! They only want your money!!

Brenda Tighe

Never had been to a recovery facility before so felt trapped and scared at times. However was a great experience. The staff was wonderful and truly cares. So does the owner. As with any business with many employees there can be some that do not represent the best interest of the facility. Very clean, food could be better. It is what you make of it and overall an awesome program that works if you want it to.

Carlie Shooster

I owe so much to this place. I am a single mom and couldn't get it together. I was on the verge of loosing my son along with the rest of my family if i couldn't make it work this last time. Not only were the accommodations first class but the staff was by far the most loving and caring I have ever seen. They showed they truly cared if I lived a happy life and i'm happy to say I learned how to be happy with the help of this place and these people.

Glenn Hanson

By far best treatment ive ever been to ive been addicted to opiates for 10 yrs been to multiple places to get help and Beach House is the only place i feel gave me a fighting chance

I came from Louisiana so I was farther from home than I've ever been. First time flying. Yes I was scared to death. I was alone. I knew no one. But very quickly people took to me. The clients I mean. I thought it was gonna be a miserable experience but it turned out to be the most eye opening experience of my entire life. I never thought is become friends with so many addicts lol. Most of them are family for life. The techs for the most part kept me on my toes. Especially SAL!!!!! My therapist Natalie was also amazing and I'll never be able to thank her enough for the emotional support. The tools she gave me. I'm forever grateful. I have no complaints. I mean how many rehabs have massage therapy, chiropractors, on site gym, underground pool, 24 hour nurses on staff, and 3 big meals a day including a snack. Not to mention the snacks stocked in the units. Tempurpedic mattresses. Beach trips. And miss shawnas spirituality groups. I love everyone I met and I'm forever grateful for having received the opportunity to go to beach house.

Love & Connection goes a long way. They made me feel LOVED from the first time i spoke to them until the last day I left. They gave me the tools needed to deal with life on life's terms. I recommend this recovery center to anyone. 5 Star Recovery Center!!!!

Maribel Ortiz

Stay away from this faculty. It’s horrible. If you want your loved one to beheld against their own will this is the place that will do it. If you want your loved one safe then please do not go to this place. It is all about how much they can charge your insurance. That’s why they try to keep you against your will to continue charging your insurance. Don’t think twice to go to Beach House.

Justin Rodriguez

Beach House is the best treatment center!!!

Chris Galate

Jared and Kevin were amazing guys that looked out for me, most the staff was great and they really cared. for a person who had no coping skills and didn't know how to live without using, Beach House taught me how to live sober. I will be forever grateful!

Liz Dodds

Therapist was really good sherri awsome most of staff where cool melvin, stacy very helpful shawna from meditation wow but alot of it was repetitive alot of false advertising most meetings could use a revamping if i had 2 do ot again ahhh nahhhhh not here.

Jonathan Oliver

Toni Davis

The founder of this place tortured me and the director of nursing falsified medical records and Baker Acted me for no reason. Do not send anyone here. This place was a torture chamber. Glenn Cohen should have never been on campus and was there screaming in a clients face one morning. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.

Amy Schmitt

I'm glad I read the reviews before I went. I was scheduled to fly out Monday morning. I talked to James on the phone last night and he booked it for me. Said it was only going to be $183. I opened my email and it was $483. He texted me and asked me how I was doing this morning. I told him good, but I have decided not to come and went ahead and cancelled my flight. He then called me and told me I had other underlying problems that I need to deal with. I told him I already cancelled the flight and he said, "Well, I will never do that again. Next time you want help you can book your own flight." I told him I have a sponsor and am going to talk to her. He said "That sponsor isn't going to help you. That's like putting a band-aid on a broken back." After listening to him for a few minutes I hung up. He then texted me, " I truly don't know what else can happen in your life for you to take this opportunity and it scares me bc now I know there's nothing I can say to you. Only advice to you now is quit bsn you don't have time to waste, we live once. Call me when you want to get on a flight and make this reality you already approved." What I'm really concerned about is that he asked me for my social security last night. Don't know why he needed it, but I gave it to him.

Laurie Mallory

The entire staff was awesome. I really loved Monique, Ashley, and Connor. I wish I could have stayed the entire time, but unfortunately was medically discharged.

I sing nothing but praises for this rehab. I was there in January of 2017. Beside the incredible facility, food and view the staff was amazing. From the moment I made the initial call to my discharge 30 days later every single person was in tune to MY individual needs. I gained valuable tools that I still use 608 days later. I have been living clean and sober from a methamphetamine addiction since. Not once have I relapse and at this point I feel confident i never will. I recommend The Beach House to anyone who is wanting to get sober.

Stepany Fontanini

I was one of the first few people to be able to experience this beautiful place when it first opened. I had never been to rehab before and I was nervous but they made me feel so welcome and comfortable there! I felt like I had created a family there. They helped me through alot of my struggles and never felt judged. With the help of everything beach house taught me I can say I have 3 years clean and sober. I highly recommend this amazing rehab and program!! Thank you beach house!!

Donald Piper

Want to start with I'm glad I took the time to get sober best thing I could have done. The facility is not what they say it is the food sucks unless you like eating pasta two meals a day they dont care if you are allergic to sea food guess its a good thing I pay attention. The owner is an arogent person and as much as he says he care about you its really the dolor from are insurance company he wants I was in detox longer then needed because this fact never took a piss test till a little before I left then had one to two a day the tec that care for us are great people but the good ones get treated badly the cleaning crew is great they do what they can with what they Have the fly problem is nasty I have a farm and dont have that many and MOST of the daily speaker are good but then there are some that want to treat you like you are two most of the time if it was not for the friends I made there and the tecs that cared I dont believe I would have stayed I will not recommend anyone to go there

As a grateful employee , I can honesty attest to the quality care and compassion that each and every client receives at Beach House . I have the pleasure of working with the most dedicated, ethical, and passionate individuals who go above and beyond for each and every client. It’s a beautiful thing to see the amazing change in our clients on a daily basis ! The miracle does happen ! Thank you Beach House for being that place !! :)

It's impossible to leave and get your stuff back unless you finish the program or call 911 like I did. Disregard for your right as a self admitted patient to leave whenever you want.

Carlos Rodriguez

This place helped save my life, the staff is amazing and truly cares about each patient. I feel like a be person !

Caitlin Speck

Beach house was definitely an amazing experience for me and life changing !! It's honestly the best rehab place I've ever been to or even heard about !! Everyone that works there went thru a hardcore Hiring process to make sure they were actually gonna show compassion and actually care about the clients there and not jus there to get a paycheck ! A lot of them are also in recovery themselves so it's nice to have them around and they actually understand what we're going thru ! The main focus there is love & connection & I definitely felt that every single day I was there ! I made some amazing friendships there that I hope are gonna be lifelong friends ! The owner comes in every morning and does our 845-945 morning spiritual meeting . Which I thought was so awesome BC most places you go to you don't know the owner and never seen them before and you most likely don't even know their name but we knew ours and he knew all of us too . He'd call us by name when we'd see him or when raising our hands and he remembered all of our names . That meant a lot to me ! I'd definitely Recommend this rehab facility to anyone who is struggling with a drug or alcohol problem . They truly do care about you and your well being and do whatever they can to accommodate your needs . They go above and beyond for us . I appreciate all the techs and nursing staff and everyone else working there and being there for me . If they knew something was wrong with me or could jus tell something was wrong they'd always try to talk to you about it and give you advice . We got to go to the beach twice a day everyday ; once in the morning to watch the sunrise and then again at 4pm we went to play in the water and cool off, well as long as it wasn't raining lol . Also one day they took us putt putting ! Wednesday nights the first 15 people to sign up get to go to the outside AA meeting at the oasis club and on Saturday nights (I believe) the first 15 people to sign up got to be taken to church. So it wasn't like you felt trapped in there the whole time you were there ! We got to get out and about quite a bit and it was so much fun ! Thank you so much beach house for saving my life & for allowing me to have this amazing experience !! I will never forget my time there !! BEACH HOUSE FOR LIFE !!!

The Beach House provides excellent structure and guidance for the recovery process. Their magic ingredient however is LOVE! Everyone is extremely caring and invested in the clients recovery. The motto of connection being the opposite of addiction ring true in all they do.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Beach House has saved my life. For my whole life I have had serious problems with drugs and alcohol. Not only am I an addict but Bi Polar as well. This facility saved my life on both levels. Writing this I currently have 258 days sober, the longest period of time I have had in my life. I also am on a regulated medication regiment that actually is helping me. The facility, faculty, and resources available are top notch. I was scared to get on a plane and go 8 hours away from everything I knew. I was greeted at the airport with a gentlemen holding my name up, stayed in clean, nice, and comfortable housing. I was treated for dual diagnosis seeing a psychiatrist and was introduced to a new and sober way of life. They not only focus on keeping you sober during your stay there but employ an alumni staff that stays plugged in with clients that have completed the program. The coordinator Meghan P*****, is truly exceptional. She has helped me so much with resources and advice to not only help myself but how to be an advocate for others. Her experience, strength, and hope that she shares is magnetic and I can't be thankful enough for her. The gratitude that my family and I have for Beach House Center for Recovery cannot be matched. Please don't be swayed by those who slam every treatment center their family member has gone to. This place has EVERYTHING you need to start being sober and helps you after. If you or a loved one are struggling with addiction please reach out as soon as you can, they will help. If you are reading this just know you are worthy and help is always just a call away.

I just wanted to say that everyone was amazing and kind and, IMO truly cared about the "job" they were taking on. Prayers and blessing to you all.

Lisa Lewis

I was told my flight would be payed for. I payed out of pocket so I stayed in residential. A doctor, a tech, and two of case managers were fired. I just got a bill in the mail for 1,200.00 for the labs they drew when I got there. Testing for all kinds of things I didn’t even need tested. It was so unorganized!!! A man there had his credit card taken out of their property and used all over town. The only time I saw my case manager was to pay my credit card after asking for days. I had to have the nurse put in an order for visine, which I never received. All u do in groups is listen to everyone else talk. Aren’t I here for me? And u meet w your “therapist “ for 30 minutes a week.

This place is NOT what it seems. There's a whole lot of insanity that goes on outside of classes, including male staff members walking in on women while they are changing clothes. There's also a lot of promiscuity all over the grounds, usually by married residents while their spouse is patiently waiting for them at home.

I was very sick when I went to the Beach House and they helped me in everyway to get through my addiction and have succeeded.

Tracie Anderer

I am an employee of Beach House and I can honestly say that this is by far the best place that I have ever been employed. They owners listen and support in everything. They care about the condition of the patients in ALL aspects. I feel truly truly blessed to have this job and these employers. I love that they strive to do it right! If you are lucky enough to end up here for Treatment you will be grateful you did.

I have had a horrible experience at beach house bc I was the only patient so far that not gotten any detox meds to come off of a 5 year heroine addiction they made me kick myself bc my blood pressure wasn't high enough. They also gave my sister one he'll of a time they told her to bring her meds with her to rehab. I understand it was a narcotic so they couldn't give it to her so they were going to substitute something for it and for a week and a day they kept telling her that it was going to be there the next day and finally the 85th day they tell her that her insurance doesn't cover it and the new meds take it week to affect. But my worst thing that has happened there was yes we left bc everything and anything was going wrong with us but what happened when we tried to leave. I came inside to ask a quick question and the detox counselor was there and she found out me and my sister were leaving and while I was walking out she says to me, " well I hope I don't see you in the obituary's." what kind of detox counselor should say that to someone she really needs to get into trouble about this it was out of hand and unprofetional to say that to a patient she should have tried to talk me out of leaving not say that.

Tony Coley

From the moment you arrive, you can tell these people care about you. The place is well-staffed, so therapists, techs and others have plenty of time to spend with each person. The techs are helpful and pleasant for the most part, which is good since they are the ones you interact with the most. All the therapist I met were skilled and caring. You have small "process" groups 5 days a week with your primary therapist, then 2 days with other therapists. You can go to the beach every morning to watch the sunrise, then again to the beach in the afternoon after all groups are done. The days I went to the beach for sunrise, my blood pressure and heart rate were significantly lower than on the days I didn't. Beach house is not like a vacation, and the accommodations are not luxurious. But it's very clean and well maintained, and the beds are comfortable. It's a treat to have maid service every day except the weekends. I believe management must run a tight ship, because I never encountered anyone who was not enthusiastic about helping with recovery. Everyone tries really hard. Oh, and the food is great. Not every meal, but you can look forward to steaks, crab legs, seafood, lamb, etc. etc. Plenty of snacks, too, and they're pretty good if you act quick! I thought so much of the place that I got my brother on a plane 2 days after I left. I think I will feel good and abstain from alcohol for a long time. My sincerest thanks to everyone at Beach House.

Please note, this service was not for me but for a family member I just made the arrangements. He's doing very well and it was a pleasure working with you from start to finish. Thank you

Heidi Merrill

The overall experience for my son was excellent!! They are the kindest staff and so knowledgeable about the whole program! If you are struggling Please call Beach House! Give them a chance, I’m sure you won’t regret it! The owner of this facility truely understands addiction. (My only comment to the owner is to please make it easier to add money to a clients card. Meaning make it easier to get in touch with who handles that. Maybe put it on the voice mail where to leave a message. Thank you)

Nick Haning

My experience at the Beach House was phenomenal. Everyone on staff was so loving and caring for our needs. I learned how to get clean and STAY clean through beach house. Such a beautiful facility and hard working staff that go through the same things we do which makes it a lot easier to open up to them and get help. If you truly want sobriety and need help. Call this place now. That one phone call can help change your life. I'm speaking from experience. Thank you beach house for your love and support while I was there. I'm proud to be apart of BH alumni and proud to say that I'm sober today because of God and Beach House. Much love to you guys! Thank you!

Tavia Harrell

I have zero complaints. Whole experience was awesome. The real journey begins after treatment. I’ve had a few stumbles which were turned into stepping stones toward an awesome recovery. I’m 7 months clean now and am living my best life thanks to beachhouse. I love y’all!

Daria Terrelli

I was a former employee and I am speaking from an honest perspective....they detox you for a few days, after your second day they push you to go to “groups” which is an A.A based meeting style group. And they don’t care if your still withdrawing, falling over, nodding out in groups...they just want you there so they can note it to your insurance. It’s all about money there and NO one besides the BHT’s honestly care about your well being. Maybe 2 or 3 therapist actually care. All the employees are miserable and over worked, which makes the community very stressed out. I have brought 3 clients to the VP’s office before and she basically closes the door in my face every time saying “ I don’t have time for this and please stop bringing them to my door”. I have heard the VP tell clients that their feelings don’t matter and curse the clients out. You’ll never find drugs or alcohol because the techs do make sure of keeping the place safe. But when it comes to therapy and finding out why you Have these problems..don’t waste your time going. The website has all these promises which I have never seen a client recieve. In actuality, You get phone calls for 15 minutes twice a week, THERE ARE NO JET SKIES...NO kayaks.... you don’t get cigarettes unless you have money...and you get one towel and wash cloth a week. The facility is a clean place because the house keepers are amazing. The doctors and nurses are all Inexperienced and if you have other health issues such as diabetes, heart problems or eating disorders I definitely would not recommend this place. Like I said the techs, cafeteria crew and house keepers will make your experience their a lot more comfortable. Which is sad because they get underpaid the most. But the doctors , therapist and VP’s will have you going in and out of treatment because they don’t care about anything but money. They have no heart. And sadly the VP and the owner puts so much pressure on the therapist that they honestly don’t have time to actually talk and find out solutions for the clients. This place has shown me that working in treatment is not for me because I obviously care way too much. I gave my all into helping all the clients, and my coworkers and they have told me that I am doing too much; “send them to group “. So they can basically bill you. The groups are filled with games and coloring and karaoke and movies. You will not get anything out of it. If you are serious about your recovery go else where or hire a personal therapist. If you care for the love ones take my advice and look else where. I was an employee for a year and I kept my mouth closed due to certain goals I had lined up. But since I part ways...And I’m writing this review with 100% honesty. Also, there are over 90 clients there, 3 techs working every shift, 4 nurses, 1 doctor who really isn’t a doctor, and 9 therapist. Do the math.

This Placed saved my life and gave me a second chance at life for a person who had no interest in being sober whatsoever they gave me knowledge on the disease and tools/coping skills to deal with whatever life threw at me. The staff was amazing from the therapist to the bhts EVERYONE seemed to care so much to where it scared me at first lol I never had anyone to care as much as they did thanx Beach house!

David Beckerman

Life changing facility with top tier staff starting from the kitchen staff, all the way up to the owner.

stephanie gifford

i have been an employee of Beach House for almost 2 years now. I can honestly say that the staff here has become my second family and the care provided to the clients and their families is unlike any other treatment center. BH understands that treatment requires more then just detoxing drugs and alcohol from the body, that is about learning how to cope with emotions and feelings in a healthy way.

Jo Gurley

My therapist, (shout out to Karen!) was very good and most of the groups were enlightening. Tech staff was so good to me, particularly Craig, Marvin and Amanda. I learned a lot and am doing very well. However, when I arrived I received NO instruction on schedules, what to do when and how. Learned from other clients. Also, a mistake was made on my medication which resulted in a depressive crash before it was corrected. There were a lot of incidents with client behaviors as well. The food was really good.

Tony B

The Chef and kitchen staff are very committed to the recovery process there. They worked tirelessly to aide with my rehabilitation to regain my strength and health. This one cafe attendant was always approachable and willing to answer every vexing question from a recovering drug addict. Very professional yet empathetic staff there....two qualities you rarely associate in a recovery center.

I have seen so many amazing things happen at Beach House. I attended beach house 2 years ago and my life has done a complete 180. Not to mention the relationships with other people I met there are still strong.

Beach house is an amazing recovery center. The staff is so kind and truly cares about each and every client individually. They are extremely professional and know 100% how to handle addiction and help each and every person who comes through there doors. They have an amazing alumni program as well, which helps clients aftercare immensely. The alumni coordinator Jared is an amazing guy and Beach house could not have picked a more dedicated, proactive, and hands on individual to handle keeping in touch with clients after they complete the program. Would recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with addiction and wants to turn there life around for the better and get healthy!

Never would I recommend this place. My wife went to Beach House from July to September. I was told lies from the initial conversation. They told me, in an attempt to get me to send her there, the only cost I would see was my deductible from my insurance. We ended up having to pay over $13K out of pocket. The counselors never reached out to schedule group therapy sessions as promised. The worst is that they allowed my wife to live in a co-ed halfway house. The rules were made clear to me that sexual relationships were not allowed. Unfortunately, this is not the case. My soon to be ex-wife had an affair while at Beach House w/ some addict named Chris S. His girlfriend or wife, Callie should know too. This place is a joke. It's a money grab. They allowed my wife to leave when she was clearly not ready mentally to handle life in the real world. My soon to be ex-wife made her own choice, sure, but Beach House was more of a vacation than about recovery. How does going to concerts while in treatment/recovery incorporate into the program?

jackson fowler

Amazing place! The staff there is professional as they come. They have a very strong knowledge of recovery and all of the programs involved with it. I would suggest this treatment center over any other ones in Palm Beach County. Unfortunately I have been to a lot of them and Beach house is by far the best facility. They have been extremely helpful for my recovery even after I've left and now have a year sober. Highly suggest this facility for anyone who struggles with addiction.

The doors say FIND FREEDOM and that is exactly what I did. I spent 10 years of my life destroying it, making myself hate myself and in 30 days this wonderful place with its amazing staff taught me how to love myself again. I'm now 58 days clean and I would have never been able to do it without this place. Thank you to each and every staff member, I love you all. Phillip C.

Hello! Completed 45 day's of treatment, came out went to halfway and still reside there! Have a sponsor, have been clean 5 months now, and working on step six! Regular meeting attendance, full time job and involved with my church where i have been baptized and have begun my walk as a Christian! Life is not always easy , but it is not the it used to be ! Today i have hope and support in my journey learning to live life without the use of drugs.it all began with the beach house ! They went out of thire way to get me into treatment, from the man dan on the phone, to the clinical staff, and all the techs they don't often get the recognition they deserve! I owe them my life! My liver and kidneys where about to shut down i been told by the medical professionals i had a matter of days to live! Thank god beach house didn't give up on me till they got me in there. I was about to give up on myself, but they convinced me otherwise. God bless them all ! Ive never saw a facility with the level of care and professionalism the beach house offered ! Also the facility itself was clean, maintained , and a pleasure to stay in. Thanks again, i was truly blessed to have found them!

Beach House Center is one of the best in the state of Florida. I believe 110% in what we do here. We are able to provide a level of care to people that helps them in so many areas including dual diagnosis issues. Our therapist and everyone involved in the recovery process not only do their job with excellence - they actual care. We want success for everyone. I am beyond blessed to be apart of the family here. If you want a true shot of succeeding through recovery, let them help. Its more than worth your try.

Where to begin. First and foremost this place completely changed and saved my life. I was in a terrible situation battling my addiction and decided to call Beach House Center for Recovery for help because I could no longer manage my life and couldn't beat this thing on my own. This was my first experience at a treatment center and I can say I made the right decision to come. At the end of the day it still is a treatment center and you are there to better yourself and your life. I felt a lot of people were there for the wring reasons and should be more appreciative of amazing places like this one. I can not thank Meghan, Greg, Mike, Daniel Glen, Ms. May, Sam, Ms. Coney, Sarah, Brad and all the other staff enough for all they have done for me and my recovery. I decided to stay at Beach house for 90 days and it was the best decision I have ever made. I am on my way back to a beautiful life free of alcohol and drug use. I highly recommend to anyone who is struggling with addiction or knows of a loved one battling this terrible disease to pick up a phone and call. It could save a life, possibly your life. -Hunter

I was at BH for 40 days, May 28, 2019 until July 5, 2019. Not one day did I regret my decision to go and will forever be thankful to the staff. Many days my mind wanders back to my experience and how huge the impact on my life has been. If you are ready I highly recommend BH.

Beach House is a great facility! The truly care about patients and their difficult times. Feeling isolated is part of addiction, they will help you!! They go above and beyond to make sure all the patients are taken such good care of. Loving the patients back to their normal selves is so important. The staff cares! Come to Beach House and you will get your life back!!!

Working with Danielle has been very helpful and a pleasure. She takes great care in her work! Thank you!

Unfortunately, I would never recommend this center to anyone. The admissions office made an agreement with my family (a specific dollar amount and length of treatment time was agreed to for my family member) and the commitments made were not upheld. We were charged more than agreed to, and my family member was sent home before 30 days (when 65 days was committed to). The website is filled with lies regarding all the programs they claim to offer. Do not fall victim to this rehab. In FL, they are a dime a dozen. You can surely find a much more professional rehab than this poor example of one. DO NOT SEND YOUR ADDICT HERE!!!!

I have been through a number of treatment facilities and this one was amazing. Incredible and kind staff but like anything in life you get what you put into it. I highly recommend this program to anyone seeking help with their addiction.

Sarah Gregory

Best treatment center I've been to. They go really indepth at working on core issues of the disease. The therapists and staff are incredible, and being by the beach is super therapeutic. I highly recommend this place. Not to mention the food is freaking amazing.

Totally confused artists!

Excellent recovery facility. Highly recommended for anyone struggling with addiction.

I had an amazing experience at Beech House. It was a very smooth transition all the way through from the admission with Danny M helping me with my flight and intake, until my discharge where I was transferred to sober living in a nearby house and am doing very well at. Yesterday, I celebrated 60 days of continuous recovery. I went through stages while I was there and fortunately the staff was very motivating and helpful. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to change their life for the better.

Beach house was there when i needed them. Even if i didnt think so. But once i got there they welcomed me and made me feal like part of the family. I would go back if i could but wouldnt want to waist someone elses spot. Beach house has changed my life extremely. Im 1 year sober. Yes 1 year i couldnt beleive it either. Im all around a bettter man. Thanks to beach house i love you all so much. Thank you

Beach House Center for Recovery is an amazing place to seek help for addiction as well as under lying issues that led up to substance abuse. The supportive staff welcomes you with open arms and walks with you the entire process from start to finish. They saved my life! Thank you Beach House!!!

David Howie

I would give 5 stars for Heather, Diana, Jack, Penelope, Olga, Bridgette, Haley, Big Sam, Myrna, Marvin, Jarred, Chef Chris and Staff, Richelle and all of the kind and caring techs. They have all made a impact on my well being and will to stay sober. Words cannot express my appreciation for each and every one of them. My first few weeks there were great! It’s the last couple of weeks that brought my overall experience to 3 stars. Once I was finished with inpatient treatment, they switched therapists and case managers on me (which makes no sense). From there it went downhill. Jacklyn was one of the worst therapist that I’ve ever had to deal with. After all of my progress, I began to feel a sense of regression in my recovery. After letting her know this by speaking from the heart (as she requests in group session) she felt I had checked out completely. Well, that was not the case. I had checked out from her sessions, due to the fact that I was distracted by her failed attempts to keep control of her group sessions. I then asked her to give me my discharge dates so I could make plans to get back into society and start making life changes. She told me that April 12th would be my last day. This also was not the case. All of a sudden, I was pulled from a group session on April 5th and discharged from the BH, 7 days early because she said I had “checked out” completely. This caught me by complete surprise because anyone who is attending 11 AA meetings a week, has a sponsor and doing everything possible to make his/her life better, is far from “checked out”. With the early surprise of being discharged, I was now 13 hours from home with nowhere to go. Nobody could help me at that point, or so they said. All they offered was a flight that I didn’t need, because I had my vehicle. It is very concerning and disheartening that a treatment center would just release someone with no heads up or even have a plan for that person. Thank goodness I had my vehicle, because I had nothing finalized with my next step after treatment and was able to drive back home 13 hours straight, after packing at 3-4 in the afternoon Also, Jacklyn failed to contact my family during 1 on 1 sessions and update my insurance company with my status (which she said she was doing daily). She made sure to call my family after I was discharged, to cover her tail. Come to find out, my insurance company had not heard from anyone since March 26th. I was very upset at the way things were handled. It was very unprofessional and a therapist should never feel like things are personal under any circumstances while asking a client to speak his/her feelings. I never had a chance to tell anyone bye or get a “coin out” by my fellow peers. I am currently keeping my head held high and using the first three weeks of great therapy, meditation and great staff to continue bettering my life with sobriety. Without them, my time at the BH would’ve been time wasted. All in all...give Beach House a chance and don’t let one bad therapist ruin your progress. It’s not worth your life.

N/A

They prey on the weak. Your put on a plane faster than you can blink. They tell you your insurance covers you for a full ride knowing darn well it’s a lie. They tell your loved ones lies to try and get your loved ones to side with them. I suggest everyone who is really considering recovery to read all of the one star reviews. Everything that is stated time and time again is very true. Addiction is an awful place to be stuck in. If you really want to give yourself the gift of sobriety minus all the madness I urge you to look way way beyond Beach House. Honestly this place should have there doors closed and every one with power should be prosecuted for the lies and the blatant money stealing thieves they are. Please don’t trust Beach House.

Tyler Shaw

Only signed up for detox but decided to stay for the 35 day treatment after finding the program had a lot of benefits for my sobriety.

Matt L

This is not a place for recovery or sobriety, this is the place to waste your money. The staff is poorly trained and the environment is not conducive to Sobriety. Their version of staying clean is Drew coercion, manipulation and dominance over every aspect of your life. Please choose wisely before you consider using this facility to save your life, It is a very important decision. There are so many things wrong with this facility I don’t know where to begin. Please choose wisely and don’t turn your life over to them (credit cards, license, social security,) without understanding this fully. And they do make you sign a power of attorney over to them when you are admitted

A Disgruntled Client

Stay far away from this place. If zero stars were an option I would give them zero. I watched them literally almost kill two of my fellow clients due to gross negligence of medication issues. Not to mention they lost two of my own meds and had no course of action to replace or explain how it happened. Medication being lost from literally one building to another? Seriously? Myself and fellow “Residential” clients went 8 days without clean towels for bathing. Clients forced to dry off with their own shirts. We were told “one towel per week”. Viruses and flu running rampant without clean sheets or towels and good luck trying to see the “doctor” when you actually need to see one. When I told the IOP director I did not want to elect IOP with Beach House I was asked to pack my things and leave immediately with no where to go. Once I verbally “agreed” to participate in their IOP I was allowed to stay. Hmmm. Real therapeutic guys. Drugs in the offsite campus and no reprimand to the clients responsible. This place is a revolving door to anyone and everyone who has insurance. They use no discretion as to whom they accept. It’s all about your insurance money here. There are far better facilities in this Mecca of recovery in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from the Beach House.

The Beach House saved my life. I went there in mid June of 2016 and I haven’t touched a substance since before entering. The Beach House gave me a great foundation or base to start my own recovery program. Thank you so much to the great people of the Beach House.

Beach House helped change my life. All the therapists are very great and professional. The Alumni directors are extremely fantastic. One of south Florida's best rehabilitation centers. Strongly Recommend for people trying get sober and change their lives!

I'm now 81 days sober. I never thought it was possible until I went to Beach House for 62 days. The tech's, people in intake, therapists were great. Yes ups and downs but that's with anything you ever gonna do. Learning to be responsible, everything about my addiction, the tools to stay sober in this world will always be with me. Going to the beach everyday for sunrise is an amazing way to start your day off sober. I would recommend Beach House to anyone serious about beating their addiction.

After doing some research and speaking with the extremely helpful and caring intake counselor, Heather, over the phone, I decided that Beach House would be the optimal place for me to begin my journey to recovery. I spent a total of 45 days inside of the facility and felt at home from the moment I arrived there. The therapy aides were caring and made a point of inserting themselves within the community, which helped bridge the gap between client and staff and increased comfortability. The therapists and group facilitators did an amazing job in keeping me engaged while educating me on my disease and helping me process through the emotional and behavioral components of it. The medical staff, especially nursing, made sure all of my medical needs were met on a daily basis. Also worth mentioning are the meals that were prepared fresh every day. The chef and kitchen staff take pride in their work and the tasty meals and deserts they put together while I was there are proof of that. Once my inpatient treatment came to an end, I made the decision of continuing with Beach House in their IOP (intensive outpatient) program for an additional 40 days. This program gave me the opportunity to continue process groups for three hours a day Monday-Friday and individual therapy one hour a week. More importantly, this program allowed me to integrate myself back into the real world while still holding me accountable for my sobriety with daily breathalyzers upon returning to housing after being out on pass and weekly drug screenings. Onsite techs provided daily transportation to meetings, the grocery store and to the center for process groups/therapy. I am forever grateful for the experience I had at Beach House. Today, I am over 4 months sober. The foundation I built for myself throughout the time I spent at Beach House plays a huge role in my recovery and my continued sobriety. There is no magic pill, however, I had to be open, honest and willing from the moment I arrived. But, Beach House provided me with the love and care I needed during the scariest and most vulnerable time of my life that made doing so simple.

Staff lied to us. When we went to Florida it was upsetting. Then we went to sober living house. The lady running it told us we had to pay her for rent before we could yake our Granddaughter to stay with for a night. Should have got a receipt, because that lady called and said that we hadn't paid and our granddaughter would be asked to leave. So i reported it. And Beach House said it wasn't there problem. We put her in another place.

Best job, best facility ever. I get to spend my work days helping people empower themselves to live the lives they were truly meant to... it's beyond rewarding. I'm honored to be a part of the Beach House team and community.

Best decision I ever made, the best facilities and staff! Highly recommend it! Changed my life!

I came to Beach House under court pressure and with every intention of completing a 30-day treatment plan and returning home as soon as possible. However, the love and respect from the staff and the genuine connections made within the Beach House community allowed me to experience a spiritual awakening. Now, 4 months later, I am proud to say I have an amazing sponsor in Alcoholics Anonymous. I am excited about life again and I have found freedom.

The experience I had was a great experience that brought me back from a dark place. My family is very thankful for the care I received at beach house. I personally would like to thank Shawna and Diane for the amazing help with looking within myself to help in my recovery. I will never forget them. Also the other therapist were great and the techs were awesome. Especially Sal. I hope to visit in the near future to see them in person and re express my thanks. Attached is a photo I told Miss Shawna I would send. Hopefully she will get it. It is also something to share with you all. Have a great day one at a time. Dano

Do not go. Two of the most helpful people were fired. They are understaffed. They hired some new female counselors that are awful. There is absolutely no confidentiality. The dr. staff is the worst. They will probably go out of business soon. Its poorly run and there are no rule books. If you pay, you get what you want. Unfortunately that's what happened to me. The only positive is that I made some amaaaazing life long friends.

I really am pleased with the environment. Yes we complained about small issues but it was for our benefit to listen to the staff. If anyone is sincere about becoming clean and sober then I highly recommend the Beach House Center for Recovery.

This is my story. On February the 7th at 4:30p.m. I received a phone call that my only son was in fact a heroin addict. I immediately contacted a very close friend of mine because I was at work and couldn't respond fast enough. He sent me several links and phone numbers of detox facilities via text. I couldn't get off work fast enough to start calling places to get my son some help. At 7p.m. in my work parking lot I opened up my text messages and clicked on one of the links and by the grace of God, Alex in admissions was the man who answered my plea for help and immediately sprung into action. At the time, I didn't realize their facility was located in Florida as we live in Indiana, "no problem says Alex". He verified my insurance and had my son booked on a flight out of Indy by 9 a.m. the next morning and my story doesn't end here! I had to find my son, get him on the phone with Alex and convenience him to go into treatment , this process took all night long until 6 in the morning. Alex selflessly stayed with me, guided me, reassured me, and answered all my questions long after the completion of his regular work shift. With all this being said Beach house is the 5th treatment center my son has been to (depression issues) . I assumed Beach house was going to be the same as the other 4 facilities, get my son and leave me to sort through all the unknowns out on my own accord. My son is returning home on his 37th day and not a day went by where Beach House left me, the parent, alone and confused . They've also suggested books, meetings and answered my every question so my son and I can be successful as a family unit upon his return. I am so thankful for Beach house but mostly Alex, the man who answered my plea for help on one of the worst nights of my life. Deena

Sell you on a bunch of lies. No yoga on the beach, no hikes on trails. No more beach runs in the evening. Expected to play basketball with broken equipment. Kitchen lights don't work. Electrical outlets don't work, hour and 45 min lunch break for a 6 in sub from sub way or a single chicken sandwich or a piddly Panera sandwich. No variety. Coloring almost every day in groups. I can go further. This rehab stinks. Detox was okay with the tapering meds bit the service isn't up to par. I was sold in lies.

Beach house for recovery is exactly what it is. My recovery started at beach house and I like to say thank you to all the staff that made me live my life the way I supposed to live it SOBER!!!!! Amazing place, awesome food, clean and very supportive. But never forget that is half the battle they help you win it.The other half of the battle you have to win it by yourself. The only advice I can give to all my peers is NEVER GIVE UP, as long as you keep fighting eventually you will win.I promise you.

My loved one was specifically looking for inpatient treatment. The intake counselor was very friendly, told him everything he wanted to hear, arranged for a flight the very next day - said he would be put immediately into detox followed by inpatient recovery. He was told inpatient was a minimum of 35 days, but could be extended to 60 or 90 days. His sole focus was on inpatient treatment, & he was not interested in outpatient as there were several facilities closer to home that had outpatient available. He spent 4 days in detox & then transitioned to the inpatient program. His therapist (Jackie) called me on day 5 to give me an update of how he was doing. She said he had a tough withdrawal (he later told me this wasn’t true) & stressed to me that he needed more than 35 days in treatment. I didn’t disagree with her & we talked extensively about him staying in inpatient (the longer, the better). Jackie called me again on day 12 & immediately started talking about moving him to Intensive Outpatient. He would get an apartment in Florida & do treatment in the mornings. I was confused as he had only been there 12 days & surely was not ready for outpatient. My loved one called me on day 15 and said they were pressuring him to move to outpatient as his insurance would no longer cover inpatient. BINGO - insurance won't cover it so they won't allow you to stay in inpatient. This was never discussed prior to him arriving and he would not have gone had he known the inpatient program was such a short amount of time. We agreed that outpatient out of state did not make any sense. On day 18 my loved one called & said he had to transfer to outpatient. He was berated by the office rep, who questioned him on why he needed to consult with me, why couldn't he make his own decisions. Beach House does not care one iota for their patients or their relationships with family and loved ones. They are solely concerned about the money. On day 19, they told my loved one if he wasn’t going to move to outpatient, he needed to leave. They offered no help in getting airfare home and told him they would give him a ride to the airport. He tried to get a flight but there were none left for the day. The coordinator said he was out of luck, they would be dropping him off at the airport and he would need to figure it out. We trust our loved ones to a treatment facility to be cared for and they're dropped off in another state at the airport with 19 days clean to fend for themselves?! Nobody deserves to be treated this way. After much back and forth, they finally agreed to let him stay one more day and arranged a flight home for him. All along, they said they would help him find an outpatient close to home – they gave him a website and said to find one through that (zero help). I can’t in good faith recommend this place to anyone. They are heartless and money hungry. They attempt to overbill your insurance company. I have to question all the positive reviews and believe they are made by employees. Make sure you refine the search by low ratings and you will see the real story behind Beach House. When my loved one returned home, we discovered that several prescriptions he arrived with (that were taken from him) were not returned when he left. Beach House has avoided all calls/emails even though they're trying to make it seem like they tried to make it right. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! UPDATE: Emails sent 3/22/18 & 4/12/18 (no response)

To Whom It May Concern: I have had a close friend recently admitted to the Beach House treatment center, I am very blessed and thankful to the facility for helping me in every possible way to get my friend into the facility, I want to give a SPECIAL "THANK YOU" TO ALEX, for being there every step of the way in helping me with the process, from the 1st time I called to check into the program, to getting a room (seeing if one was available), to helping me with the assistance of insurance coverage, to the final step of getting my friend on the plane and having a person from the facility to make sure he arrived safe and sound. - All this happened in less then 24 hours!!!!.... THANK YOU ALEX!!! I will never be able to pay you back the thankfulness that I feel, you certainly have earned your wings in my book!!!.... I have spoke to my dear friend a few times that he been there less then 10 days, and he sounds like a NEW person already, I am so PROUD of him for taking the hardest step and decision to make a fresh start in life and to try to get rid of that addiction that had his soul.... Addiction DOES NOT discriminate, it is a very sad dark place that takes over ones soul.... I truly want to "THANK" Beach House Rehab Treatment Center for doing everything in their power to help my dear friend to get his life back...this is truly the BEST treatment center I have seen, & I researched over 2 months...I am beyond satisfied with the decision that was made to send my close friend to your facility, and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs the help, this staff goes above and beyond!! Truly... Beach House Staff & Alex, you SAVED his life!!!!! Thank you, will NEVER be enough. God Bless each and every one of you, Dawn M. Shreffler- Lee

Just Learned that a Tech from Beach House got fired for making the place a place I wanted to stay at. To fire someone for being kind is beyond my comprehension. I hear things have gone down hill since I was there. Please, realize that treatment is hard enough without making it intolerable.

My stay here at Beach house was Amazing!!! I wanted for Nothing! The facility, the staff, the program is second to none. I made so many new friends there (Clients & Staff) & now that I'm back at home, I miss each and everyone of them. These people were so good to me.. I'm forever in debt to their kindness. They are well worth your time & money, I promise.. you are in great hands. I miss them so much, I wish I could see all of them soon. "Every single one of them." They are just Great people to work with. I hope this helps, All Love, Thomas K.

Wonderful place all around! The staff was AMAZING!

Jenny De Castro

This company is the worst! The owner has literally created a “score card” for the therapists that is a direct indication of how well they maximize the client’s insurance. If a therapist was charged with a CDD, which means client directed discharge, it counted against the clinician on their “score card.” A MAC 1 is when a therapist maximized a client’s inpatient treatment benefits and a MAC 2 is when their outpatient benefits are maxed out. Therapists are told that their performance reviews would be based on this score card. They treat their employees horribly and engages in unethical pressure to keep clients in treatment longer than clinical necessity.

Alls Good

Beach House Centers family weekend saved my life and brought my family back together. After my family found out about my addiction, it destroyed us. they stop talking to me, they were disappointed and felt betrayed. After attending Ms. Annas family session, it showed my family my determination to staying clean and living a healthy life, and allowed them to begin to trust me again. During my stay at BH, I met some amazing people who were going through the same things I was going through. what I love most about BH is that members of their staff, have gone through exactly what we are going through so it makes it easier to relate and for them to help us. I am so blessed to have come across this place. thank you to all staff at BH

I came here to the Beach House to get off of methadone. Due to the extremely high dose, it took a month. I did that. However, I feel the medical care was not truly prepared for my situation. For the most part this is a wonderful rehab. The staff truly care. The food is excellent. The weather perfect. The place is safe and pretty clean. I recommend this place for those that need help. They treat the body, but work with you through a therapist. They also have a great spiritual program. and work with you to plan a new future. Thanks Beach House

Beach House has it's pro's and con's. Overall, I rated it 2 stars because the nursing side of the program is ridiculous! Doctor were constantly switching meds and raising milligrams. The nurses are so RUDE and lazy. I can't tell you how many times they disappeared turning med time or gave me the entire days dose at one time. Who does that?

My son is currently there. Everyone we have spoken to has been really nice but has never followed through with what we have asked. Son is not engaged at all because of the way he had been treated. He has been there 2 weeks and had only seen a therapist once. He continues to ask to see a doctor and they keep saying tomorrow. He has been to one other facility. Now we have something to compare and I would not recommend this place. We were allowed to visit with him on Christmas day in the cafeteria with counselors present. He was taken in a room when we left and ask by a male attendant to strip naked. Then a woman came in and searched him. He felt humiliated. This is a place he asked to go to for help and is under no obligation to stay. Never did that happen to him in the other facility. The way you are treated has a lot to do with how you react to your treatment. I doubt he will be continuing his stay there. I will be looking for another facilty. Very disappointed. The admissions director never returned our phone call on Christmas eve when we asked if we could visit on Christmas Day. After making numerous calls to the regular number finally got an answer Christmas morning. The therapist assigned to him never returned 2 emails sent or a phone message left. Very poor service.

My son was just transferred to another facility from BH. I want to thank Faith for all the help she has given him. She put up with a lot from him and still did everything in her power to give him the best treatment. Thank you for caring about your patients and know when they need help beyond your capabilities!!

I was put in the hospital after 9 days and was told I couldn’t come back after being medically discharged with perfect health from the hospital. They paid for my ticket there and when I was told not to come back they left me stranded in Florida. Everyday I was there, either the police or an ambulance was there to get someone. They also charged my insurance company for 14 days when I only stayed 9. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Great team of counselor/therapists (Mandee, Micah, Faith and Shawna) - thank you to my superstar group therapist, Laura Rouser M.A., for all your help, support and guidance! I'd highly recommend Beach House to anyone considering recovery treatment for themselves or loved ones.

One of the most loving, empathic, and professional facilities ,I have honor of working with. I would highly recommend and gladly continue to refer my patients there.

Maybe Not

Wonderful drug rehabilitation service. I wish there were more exactly like it. But there's not. My life has improved greatly.

My wife's experience was bad overall. The first week in detox was okay but it went downhill from there. Starting the second week she was given a drug in error that made her very sick and little was done to help her. As a result she developed some health problems they were little equipped to treat. Overall there were too many clients and you feel lost in such a big group. She came home early and is still trying to deal with her experience.

I was the 3rd person to ever check into beach house!! I was there 3/28/16 the 1st day it ever opened!!! Me and another girl had the whole place to ourselves (I’m sure it’s grown since) but they let us lay on the couches, with these massisve blankets and watch tv and we had unlimited snacks!! The 1st night with just us was a blast!! My experience was so/so! Some good days some bad but hat all depended on me not on he program, they do encourage u to get out of bed and be productive. Go to groups, eat, go to meetings, church, work out! Which Drew Ewer (Ewer fit) was amazinggggggg!!! The chiropractor was nice, the massages were great. It was amazing staying in such a beautiful place. Once more people started coming in the next day we had the “original 7” that were the 1st to ever be in the facility, and without them & other friends along the way....idk how far I would’ve made it! I was a mess. Mess isn’t even the word! DisasterX10 and they really wanted to help. I would love to go back and see how different it looks now! And see who all the same staff is still there! I’d like to go back and tell my story!! Loved Florida also

P. S.

I experienced Love and Connection within myself during my 35 days at the beach house. Find spiritual connection, let go of your resentments and find you Freedom, purpose, and passion. The therapists are inspirational and the best I've ever worked with. Learn to love and accept yourself again and live in the here and now, clean and sober. Thank you Beach House family, I wouldn't trade my experience for any drug in the world. Patrick S.

Great place!! They really set me up to be able to do the right thing when I left. I took advantage of everything they had to offer and I’m so happy I did I would recommend this place to anyone looking to break the handcuffs of addiction.

Let me start this off by saying I am a former employee of beach house and independently decided to part ways due to my lack of trust in the facility. If you or a loved one is considering going to the facility RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! They preach love and compassion however are the furthest thing from it. BHT’s, Nurses, therapists, admin, etc are ALL BURNT OUT. They look at patients as if they are just a census number and a dollar sign. The patient safety and care is disturbing to say the least! They pile as many patients as they can on each nurse and claim “but we follow guidelines”. There is zero respect for any of the employees and certainly no positive moral anywhere on campus other than fake supportive emails that state “beach house has the best team around”. There are so many mistakes that happen on a daily basis due to the fact that patient care is not a factor if it means they have to pay for additional per diem employees. They’ve been open 2.5 years and have had such a high turn over rate that it’s scary. Employees slander other employees daily and it feels like a real life junior high with middle aged women and men that act like children. Patients are constantly overhearing employee drama and even sometimes get involved. Do you want to deal with grown men and women drama while you’re trying to fight your addiction? There’s only a handful of employees that actually give a damn about the patients and the rest of them complain all day about YOUR loved ones to other staff, patients, etc. They lie to get patients through the door and then tell them that what they heard from their IC was never said. The worst part is when they find out half of the things on the website aren’t even current it’s every employees job to block that AMA now. So, you lie to the clients to get them here and now we have to convince them that half of the things that made them choose beach house in the first place aren’t even true? Cool . *side note* paying for patients flights is illegal and basically a form of human trafficking. They claim to follow all the strictest guidelines however THATS A LIE and honestly someone should call and report them to the insurance companies. I’ve personally heard the owner of this facility say some of sickest statements yet preach love and compassion. He alone is the worst reason to work at BH. Honestly I could go on and on about how repulsive this place is. It looks great on the surface but it won’t take you long to see how terribly this place is run. You can throw a rock in any direction and find a treatment facility better than this one.

I originally signed up with Beach House for 35 days once that time came close by I knew I needed more time here I am going home completing 70 days never felt better.
