Amazing and friendly staff. Every doctor and nurse practitioner here are extremely educated and excellent with their patients. They really take the time to listen and do not try to rush the patients out the door. Would highly recommend to anyone needing mental/behavioral health treatment!

Doctors are great, and the front staff is very nice and helpful. Insurance can make going to the doctor a very annoying experience, but the staff understands this and is on your side.

The doctor was Amazing HOWEVER-- The staff was incredibly rude. The lady argued with me and kept repeating herself over and over. Not compassionate or helpful. Wrong field for her when dealing with critical life situatons. So much so that I got off the phone hysterically crying because they couldn't get me in after having an appointment that they couldn't find on the books. When your mental health rests in the hands of inadequate staff it's scary. Thankfully I was able to call my primary care to assist with the medicine I needed. I would never recommend this place because of this one horrible lady that always seems to answer the phone.

Dr Antoine is the BEST doctor, and I have had many!! He saved my life, made me happy, able to live a better quality of life, and learn to live one day at a time!!! He is a WONDERFUL, LOVING, CARING, & YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE TALKING TO FAMILY!! Staff is excellent as well always nice, and helpful on the phone as well-- GO TO DR ANTOINE YOU WILL LOVE LIFE, AND HE REALLY CARES!!!!

Just moved back to town and saw Dr Jean Marie here. He wrote a prescription for a month of 50 mg Pristiq which I've been taking for a few months. It is now 2.5 weeks later and the office has still failed to complete the pre-authorization with my insurance company. I called about 1.5 weeks ago and the lady on the phone told me "It's not my job to do pre-auth, it's the other worker", I gave my number so the other worker could call back, and she never did. I called again 3 days later, the person on the phone told me "our office is too busy to take initiative with pre-auth" (I was the only patient in the office when I visited), but the doctor would be in Friday (call was on a Monday) and could sign if I had insurance company fax them a pre-auth form. It is now Saturday and I'm at CVS and they told me the pre-auth hasn't been completed and I'm currently paying out of pocket for another 3 days supply (after paying for 4 days on Monday). ZERO STARS, avoid at all costs, they don't do their jobs.

Excellent Psychiatrist office they treat everything from ADD, Axiety, Depression, and all types of mental illness. I give the doctors 5 stars. They listen and actually accommodate medications that are Psychiatrist related. All doctors are incredible and understanding. There goal is stabilizing Psychiatrist medication. They are easy to talk to and I am proud to be a patient at the office.

The most condensing and money hungry doctor I have ever meet. His staff do not give full information nor do they check the files. I was a patient and had not been back for a long period of time. When I called to make an appointment, I told them that I needed some paperwork signed for a new job. Rather than check how long it had been since my last visit and inform me that it had been too long for the doctor to certify my condition, I was just scheduled for an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff began to question me about when I last saw the doctor. When I gave them the amount of time, they said I can't see him. I refused to leave until I talked to the doctor even though the staff was yelling at me to leave. I approached the doctor at the time of my appointment and told him my situation. He said come into my office and proceeded to scold me for thinking he could do the paperwork. I left there upset, angry and mentally exhausted. The way he talked to me condescendingly as if I was a child that did something wrong was inappropriate, unprofessional, and almost put me back into a depression. My time was wasted and I needed to have the paperwork in order to have a start date. All this would not have happened, if his staff spent more time doing their jobs correctly and not try to shift the blame to the patient. I have seen them be very rude to other patients as well. Unfortunately he seems to have a monopoly since there are very few psychiatrists in Fort Lauderdale and most don't take insurance. If you can find another psychiatrist do yourself a favor and don't go to him.
