I went to her for years and then had to stop due to insurance and then went back to her. I went to her for just anxiety and ADHD and she refused to prescribe me adderall saying only if I stop taking CBD. I asked her what to do for anxiety since I refuse to be on SSRI's and her answer was to exercise. She is super critical of CBD and yelled at me and was saying I was high on CBD. I didn't even take any that day and there is no THC in what I take. She is ridiculous and completely out of line. She is very judgmental and critical. This was not my initial opinion of her but then towards the end it was. I was in tears and very anxious and felt like I was verbally abused by her.

she is absolutely terrible. not only is it impossible to get an appointment, you will wait over an hour in the waiting room just to talk to her for 5 minutes. she is very judgmental and doesnt portray a doctor who cares. i would not suggest wasting your time or money on this doctor.

I was going to be a new patient. Told me to be there at 345, when I got there and signed in was ignored for 45 mins then told I never signed in and my appointment was at 330, so it had to be rescheduled. Then told as a new patient I could have an appointment no later than 315. This is the worst managed poorly communicated office staff I have ever seen. I'm glad I didn't get to see the doctor if this is the staff they have. Thanks also for making my anxiety that you were supposed to be making better, so much worse.

I would not recommend this doctor. I was with her for years. I would have to wait a minimum of 1 1/2 hours before I saw her. My time was valuable also. My visits came to an abrupt end when I told her the guy she had in the front office was getting my prescription wrong. She said she had been receiving complaints all week and wasn't going to explain herself. She was too old and wasn't going to converse about his actions. Well, excuse me doctor, but when someone is getting my medications wrong in your office then YES you do owe me an explanation.

Dont ever expect to be see on time. When you call to see if they are running on schedule they tell you yes and when get there they are running way behind.

I am truly blessed to have found Dr. Boutrille and have had her as my Psychiatrist for many many years. After 4 yrs of continuous sobriety I relapsed and when this caring, compassionate physician suggested I attend IOP i was hesitant but took the necessary suggestions. I am grateful for this added resource as it was just what I needed. I have been in over 6 IOP/OP's and this one is different. Why? The small groups allowed me individual care and I was able to interact with a member of Dr. Boutrille's medical group (psychiatrist) once a week or more if I needed. The team cares like no other I have had. I feel the person-centered approach and empathic style has been crucial to me getting back on track. The therapists are excellent and worked with me to maintain a solid treatment plan that was individual in nature. I am so happy that I followed the suggestion and attended this center.

Condescending, judgmental and hidden fees and price gouging is what you'll experience if you're foolish enough to attempt to receive help from this office. The male receptionist (Ian) is far more interested in repeating the initial evaluation cost of $1,000.00 than in providing any thing that will help you feel confident there IS any possibility of getting help. There's no compassion and a requirement of the long outdated and ineffective "disease model" of addiction. It gets worse but if you're foolish enough to give this office a try you'll get what you deserve. You're pockets emptied and you'll leave feeling worse than you arrived. Hard to believe but true. Don't say you weren't warned.

I was a patient if dr boutrill for years until this addiction and recovery sol place took it over. Thy said I have to wait a month to see a student intern now cause I'm not a pill head or some sort of addict. That's how they make their money with insur companies. And then I said ok I wait then they asked my for a credit card to keep on file the girl said if I dont confirm 5 days ahead of time they charge it for a late fee! I spent an hour on the phone doing a new intake process they now have there before they told me this. Save your time and money!

My family member had a severe opiate issue. We had been to so many doctors and clinics. Dr Boutrouille has helped my relative stay clean for years, has always been very attentive to us and has saved his life. Per prior reviews, sometimes they do get behind on their schedule but when we do get in to see the doctor, she and her staff have always been compassionate and even responding to our calls on the weekends.

Doctor LaNoce is truly one of a kind. Going into the journey of living a healthier life- I felt extremely nervous and unsure. I thank the universe for allowing doctor LaNoce in my life. She has made the process so easy. She is always there. No matter the time or day she is THERE. You can’t find people like this anymore. I feel blessed. I love the staff and Dr. Jacqueline, I moved to central Florida but still continue to see her, I would never considere changing. She is wonderful and caring and takes as much time you need to take with her. Sometimes the wait is long, but I know she is giving the other patients all the time they need as well.

This doctor is completely unprofessional! Every appointment she runs late no matter the scheduled time! 1st appointment noon appointment or last appointment! A typical 15 minute appointment consists of her complaining about how hard her job is, how much the government restricts her as far as billing AKA: making money and complaining she feels abused by her patients! REALLY???? I pay you for counseling you do NOT pay me to council you! I do believe you should seek someone out for talk therapy for your own personal issues but that is just my opinion! I really don’t care how much school you have what your job is how important you may THINK you are!!! Patients time is just as valuable as yours! If all your patients showed up 45 minutes late you would and I have personally seen you charge patients a NO SHOW fee! You should by law be required to pay your patients! Bottom line.... HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES! I DO NOT recommend!
