He will take the time to discuss your insurance, scheduling, and any other concerns you may have, because he genuinely cares. Robert Mcfadden, is an amazing man. My experience with managing mental health has been horrible with not being comfortable to say anything due to assumptions of who I am. Dr. Mcfadden I walked in and I wasn't just another mental health patient. He's awesome and is a realist, understanding ,listens actually looks at you making eye contact not just him writing notes unhuhing you. He's my favorite ,he'll be real, honest and easy to open up to. Dr. McFadden is a highly skilled psychiatrist who has helped me in the area of psychopharmacology dealing with ADHD resulting from an injury suffered in the line of duty. Dr. McFadden has a good table side manner with patients and is able to provide top tier services for those sufferers of ADHD who are in need of medication management, among other things.

Dr. McFadden is a great doctor in many facets: he’s genuinely caring, he’s upfront, he wants to see his patients prosper, and he’s knowledgeable in many different areas. When I moved to Philly from out-of-state 2 yrs ago, I wasn’t sure who I could trust & researched a ton of doctors in the area. I called the doctors that seemed most suited to what I needed. Dr. McFadden was the only doctor who personally picked up the phone, talked to me as would a friend, and said that he wanted to help me. I could tell that he was sincere, and no other doctor had made the time to personally speak to me (a person he didn’t even know), and discuss topics other than payment & insurance. He’s always made himself promptly available, whenever I’ve needed anything. It’s been obvious since that 1st phone call that he vehemently cares for his patients, and loves what he does. It’s so refreshing to work with someone who sees me as an individual rather than a spoke on the wheel of monotony. Thank you, Dr.—your advice and service has made my life better.
