My son who is 8 years old is a previous patient at this practice. It was never my intention for him to no longer be a patient, however, the administration gatekeeper seems to be the decision maker on who has access to Bradley, and who doesn't. My son is autistic with co occurring mental illness not yet diagnosed. We transitioned my son from DuPont to Bancroft desperate for a professional who would devote time to helping him instead of dismissing him. We immediately breathed a sigh of relief seemingly finding this with Brad. However, things turned sour when I was never allowed to speak with him directly per the orders of Karen. At one point, a simple medication addition became a nightmare to deal with, and in turn, I called multiple times to speak with Brad, but to no avail. Shortly after, I made an appointment with Brad for myself. We did discuss my son, so I was hopeful to be able to get my son back in as a patient. Again, called multiple times to speak with Brad, and was not given that opportunity. Many more weeks go by, and I try to contact Brad in multiple ways to get around Karen, and yet again, no response. My son's psychiatrist has made attempt after attempt to get my son's swab testing results so that they can help him, however, I was told by Karen that his records were "closed forever ". Brad to me is a wonderful man and professional. Either there is a big league problem with the office, or this is yet again one more person blowing the mental health of my child off. I even tried to let the office know of gaps in appointments for MY sessions due to saving up to pay cash so that I was not dropped. To this day, I have zero answers as to why this happened to my son. I would like to think that this is not of Brad's doing, but who knows with the way the mental health system is.
