I started seeing Colleen about 2 months ago. I was in a very low place. Extreme anxiety and depression. I have never been to a psychiatrist who spent so much time with their patients. Very thorough history review, she asked me so many questions and based on that suggested a medication change and a slow transition. I saw her two weeks later and then a month later. I am feeling so much better, still a work in progress. The other thing I found pretty amazing was after she suggested a plan of action she spoke with the other psychiatrist and he agreed with her on the plan. The only thing I would suggest is to make it easier to get a hold of the staff.

They pushed my initial appointment back 2 different times. In 2 months I have still yet to see the psychiatrist. They keep canceling apts!! Don't waste your time with these clowns!

I'd recommend not wasting your time and just going somewhere else that will actually help. Unless you're looking for ADDICTION treatment then this isn't the place for you. The providers here are more concerned about making sure your pee is clean rather than making sure you're getting the proper meds/treatment you need.

Don’t waste your time. They don’t even deserve 1 star..Sure it’s easy scheduling your appointment but actually keeping said appointment and being seen by the psychiatrist is a joke. I scheduled my initial appointment over 3 months ago and have had it rescheduled 4 times...needless to say I called another psychiatrist and got an appointment the next day.

Filled out paper work on line confirmed insurance coverage made the office aware that I am the daughter of the patient who has dementia so please contact me regarding this appointment. Arrived for my Moms appointment today was told I didn’t have appointment insisted we did .i was told to have a seat while front office tried to figure out what was going on then I was told the insurance person called my Mom to confirm insurance and my Mom had canceled the appointment and that insurance person would not know about my Moms dementia even after I made the office aware more than once. I was told the appointment could be rescheduled. Will never be back. Lost time from work and the time to fill out paperwork and to confirm insurance. This Office is joke!!!!!

This place is an absolute joke. They hardly ever answer the phone, messages are supposed to be check every hour but you’ll never receive a call back and they don’t follow up on what they say they will do. You are drug tested before almost every appointment and like one of the other reviews states, it’s very much addiction centered. Good luck finding a provider who actually cares about the wellbeing of their patients and doesn’t just see you as another appointment in their day.

This is the most FRUSTRATING and UNPROFESSIONAL psychiatrist I have ever been to. I’ve been a patient here for almost TWO years and the past 6 months have completely pushed me over the edge. I called and left messages MULTIPLE TIMES that I was COMPLETELY out of medication (and one of the things I’m medicated for is EXTREMELY important) and not once was I called back. Are you running late to your appointment or do you have a question for the doctor? You better PRAY those things never happen because you’ll NEVER get through on the phone. One of the hundred times I tried to call about being out of medication and still not having received a call back I was told there was ONE patient in front of me on the phone and would I please hold, 40 MINUTES LATER I had to hang up and call back and this time no one bothered to answer at all so I was sent to a voicemail box that promised that ALL messages were listened to and called back EVERY hour.... the MEDICAL ASSISTANT actually called me back (3 ish hours later) because this time I actually left an extremely angry message. AGAIN I was promised a call from the doctor and AGAIN it never came to fruition. I finally found a new doctor and was able to withdraw all future appointments. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE.

Not a good psychiatrist office. The Dr. Didn't pay much attention when I was describing my sypmtoms, put me on trazadone without telling me of the withdraw/side effects properly, and now I'm having a horrid time tapering off.

Beautiful new gorgeous office with amazing staff. I wanted to follow up with Dr. B after my hospital stay and the staff really accommodated me into the schedule. I cannot thank Dr. B enough for saving my life when I had given up. I have had 2 appointments and am already feeling better. He is an excellent doctor and genuinely cares for his patients. Thank you so much for helping me feel better!

My husband went here for medicine maintenance since his previous dr was leaving her practice due to health reasons. It took 2 months for an appointment. This doctor refused any meds until we went for expensive testing so he could be sure that my husband's diagnosis was correct. My husband has had this diagnosis for more than 20 years and the med he takes help control it. He said that if we did not go for the testing he would not help us. Also he wanted my husband to totally go off of the med so he could see for himself. Going off of the med could have severe impact on his work and social life. We have filed a complaint with our insurance company.

My dr left town so i needed a new psychiatrist. Ive been stable and bwtter than ever for a over a year now on my medications. .After waiting almost an hour to be seen, the Dr. Sat with me about 10 mins and said I was misdiagnosed and wouldn't prescribe me my meds for bipolar or insomnia. How can you diagnose someone after 10 mins of general questions...nothing specific was asked.

I am a new patient. I met with Lisa; she was very thorough in questions and easy to talk to. I like that Dr. B meets with all new patients. I was concerned at how long I was there waiting until I learned that it’s because they spend so much time with their patients. There was some confusion when I first arrived when they did my vitals and drug test (they had mistaken me for another patient), that was worrisome being a new patient.

Colleen is just a great caring person and she takes the time and cares on your development. I just hated when my worked changed to United Healthcare but we found a way for me to make a way to pay my 100.00 office visit. Thanks Colleen you are great!
