Dr. Nixon and Mr. Nichols were both wonderful to work with! That being said, I'm not even sure I'll continue treatment as I was recently discharged, but were I looking, I'd look elsewhere. Complete lack of communication between patient and office. Voicemails left apparently mean nothing, and they will not return your calls. Again, Dr. Nixon and Mr. Nichols were really great and their communication was wonderful. TLDR; Beware the missed appointment policy. Doesn't matter if your sick at the DR's office.

Great place to go for help . Clean inside staff is nice. The only downside is it may take a little longer than needed for new patients to get a call back for intake .

Please do not go here! The level of incompetence is astounding! I wouldn’t even give one star if I had the choice. The counselor I’m seeing is no problem. She’s actually leaving the practice, and I’m following her. I have been without my medication for days because of these people. I’ve been told that the nurse who is supposed to be calling in my meds to the pharmacy has been notified multiple times, yet nothing has been done. I spoke with them a fourth time today and I was told I was removed from the practice because of three missed appointments, which never happened! I just saw my therapist two weeks ago. I was scheduled to see the nurse on May 2nd and they called me yesterday saying THEY needed to reschedule to the 14th of May. Then today they tell me that the 14th appointment was cancelled because I missed too many appointments. I made it clear yesterday that I was going through withdrawal because I haven’t had my medication.... lightheaded, shakes, sweating over night, vivid dreams, and diarrhea. Yet nothing is being done. This is malpractice and my next step is calling an attorney. Please do not use this place!

My husband asked me to write this review as he is beyond fed up with the office staff...particularly the billing person. The billing office has NO idea what they are doing, and the billing manager NEVER returns calls! We have received bills where the amounts due differ AFTER insurance has been applied...we have called to follow up on these bills, but either billing manager is not in or she is busy and NEVER returns calls. We have gone as far as requesting responses in writing which have been ignored as well. We have also gone for months without receiving any bills for services...then get hit with a huge amount! It is a shame this office is so poorly run as both Dr. Nixon and Frank Everett are excellent providers! Beware of doing business with this poorly run agency!

I have been going to Dr. Nixon for years but lately he acts like he wants to push me off on another doctor. Also i need medication and i was told no because they need to take my blood pressure first and that i owed them 30 dollars. So basically because i owed them 30 dollars i was flagged from getting my meds. I am disabled and on a fixed income and live over a hour away from the office. I was very sick and could not get there for my appointment so they charged me thirty dollars and i asked Dr Nixon about it and he said you signed the agreement so you have to pay. Do not go here. If you are having any mental problems they will make them worse. Only nice person there is Ed the receptionist and he can not help. The rest of them do not care about the patients at all.

This place is a joke.Called to have a script sent to pharmacy and it needed a authorization.So let me tell you a week later still don’t have my script,called and the automated system puts you on hold then I get a live person and they put me on hold.The whole office is on hold so I go down there and they tell me that they are short of office staff and they are waiting on the insurance for authorization never had this problem with anyone else.DON’T GO TO THIS OFFICE

I wish I could provide two (2) separate reviews. I am thrilled with my therapist (5 Stars), but the back office has billing issues (1 star). I have found myself on seven (7) different occasions having to prove that I have already paid for services. It's strange that I can provide them a receipt yet their office has no record. They will claim that billing is handled by a separate company - which may be the case; however, seven times is a joke. If you go here KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS.

Very rarely will I leave such a bad review, but this place deserves it, if I could have give a negative star review, I definitely would. They have terrible communication skills, they never answer their phones, and they never return phone calls, at least not mine, if you have medication you need to call and have refilled, you better start calling 2-3 weeks before you run out, better yet start calling for a refill the day you pick your new prescription up, otherwise you'll be stuck without your medicine like I am. And this isnt the first time, this has been an ongoing issue since day 1. There have been several time where I have literally had to go down there just to have them fax over a new prescription. As soon as I am able to get refills I do plan on taking my business elsewhere. I can only imagine how detrimental this could be for someone with a much more severe diagnosis.

We have had positive experiences with Pam and Molly for treatment. I would recommend this practice. I edited my review. My children's therapist let on short notice. The psych nurse Molly locked me out of scheduling appointments because the computer said I was a no show when that wasn't true. It's a shame because I really liked them for a while.

They schedule you for appointments before they open at a separate location and there is no one there to answer nor any information about the address to other location. I would recommend going to mental edge

I love the staff & my psychiatrist they treat you like they want to be treated... Also Michele listens to wants wrong with you & gives you the right MED's that you need... She will not stop until she finds a medicine or medicines that work for you... If you explain to her your medicine isn't working the same anymore she will raise it or find a new medication that will work for you.... It's the best Psychiatrist office I have been too....

A person in my family just made a first visit here and liked the initial visit with the doctor. We are concerned about the competence of office staff after reading some of these comments and will update this rating if anything changes.
