If it were possible, I would rate them zero stars. Their urgent care opens at 8am. We were the first ones in line but couldn't be seen until 930. Then the doctor dismissed my mothers symptoms and finished up in less than 10 minutes. We waited an hour and a half and payed a $30 copay to be seen for not even ten minutes and to receive NO ANSWERS or DIAGNOSIS. The doctor was so rude and dismal. Never going here again. They need a better staff.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Im 3 months pregnant went to there to make an appointment to start my pregnancy care there and they gave me a appointment a whole month away , so the day I went to my appointment which was today when I went to check in the lady told me my appointment is been giving to someone else NOT even apologizing to after a whole month I been waiting to see a doctor pretty much told me she couldn't do nothing for me today I had to make another appointment Im so upset never had such a horrible experience like this anywhere VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE TO GO.

I've been going here for past 7 years. Yes at times they are slow but usually have reason behind them being slow at least with adults. Now with the kids I usually get right in. I've learned to make appointments it's easier to just stop in and make the appointments rather than to try making appointments over the phone. EVERYONE knows me by name. I feel like family. Sorry to hear about those who didn't have a good experience please try again maybe it was just a real bad day.

The very first visit was alright, but all other appointments are a disaster! Why? You get an appointment and you come on time, but you still have to wait 20-30 minutes??? Right now I am sitting and waiting 25 minutes! This is not right...

Very disappointed with Some of the staff members. I have been coming to the ansonia office for 2 years and recently had an issue with scheduling because my therapist was only available one day a week & it conflicted with my schedule.. I was told to contact Julie the supervisor and when I called her she was very unprofessional and brutually impatient. She said and I quote “it is none of your business”. “It is my choice and if you have a problem I will close your case” It was very obvious that the priority is not on the care of their patient and that makes me very sad.

If I could give no stars I would. Piece of crap of place. They tell you through phone the wrong time and when you come in you need to reschedule because your appointment was an hour earlyer. This happened twice. Then they gave us an appointment for 1pm, been here since 12:30pm and its 2pm right now and still have not been called in. I think we are going to another clinic. They have a unsatisfied family. Do not recommend.

Dont even bothering to call the 503-3000.Your going to wait on the phone for someone to answer the phone. If you have to wait for an answer on the phone, can you imagine how long you will wait for your appointment. Terrible system,terrible staff and the company is all political. Worst place in West haven/New haven to receive care. If you have any sort of chronic illness it will take months to get into a specialist, and even then they will schedule you on days the specialist isn't there, even though you're scheduled to see the specialist, or they will randomly make or change appointments for you and then send you a recording informing you of it the day or so before, and if you call to try to figure out what the hell is going on, (if you can get through) 80% of the time their computer system is down! I have lupus and they did blood work months and months ago, after one appointment. I had to call nine (yes, nine) times to get the results. They miss-scheduled me three times in a row, then I finally got the appointment, the woman doctor was in my room for maybe five minutes (after I waited an hour & a half in the most ghetto, loud, waiting room ever, with people coughing and puking waiting to be seen in the walk in clinic and a constant flow of people loudly coming in on cell phones and what not, to go to the pharmacy window, and to the methadone dosing window). Now I've told them I will not be going through them for care and they won't stop calling! I work graveyard, the automated system starts calling at 8am and will call until 8pm! Saying I've missed appointments I never scheduled and that I need to call and reschedule! Or that I'm due for a check up or whatever, twice a week or so a real person calls and I tell them AGAIN that I do not want to receive care there, but do the calls stop!? Not so far atleast, it was actually another call telling me I have an appointment that I never scheduled that spurred me to write this! Also it's dirty, like the walls, the floors, the chairs all have stains and are gross. The bathrooms are beyond nasty, there was a freaking broken crack pipe just sitting on the top of the paper towel garbage can like it was nothing! They didn't even care to hide it!!! In the room they took me to there where visible blood droplets on the floor =( the nurses didn't care one bit, I actually overhead them laughing about an overweight woman whom was leaving when I came in!! All and all this medical center was the absolute most ghetto, disgusting, unorganized and unprofessional place I've ever been to, I won't be back, I'll pay more for Yale, saving money isn't worth risking going there!! Also no face masks, hand sanitizer or tissues anywhere in sight! Shame on this place, also they need to do something about the people outside in the parking lot that harass you as you try to leave, asking for money and cigarettes! I don't even smoke! WTH!

I called to make a appointment at 8am. Was told I wasnt in their system so I would have todo a walk in. Okay no biggie. I was told by yale hospital to go there to have a follow up so I can return to work after a small work injury. At 10am I walked in asked the guard where do I go for a walk in who didn't answer my question till he was done sending a text. I took a number (I was 30 the screen was on number 5.) I took a seat in the waiting room when is was my turn at 11:50am I told her I needed to be seen to get a note showed her all my paper work. She asked me why I didn't make a appointment I told her they said I wasn't in the system and of course she found me and said I could have just made a appointment to be seen. That made me a little upset but it was a small mistake no biggie. I asked if they can just give me the bill and my employer would pay it so I didn't have to pay out of pocket she said yes and told me to be back at the office for 1pm it was now 12pm and I would be seen by 2pm. I went to my car and called my job and waited to walk back in. I was under the impression that everything was clear sailing from that point on. At 12:50pm I went to the next hall way to see the next person. The women there then told me that in order to get seen for my note it would cost me $194. I told her that the walk In nurse said they would just give me a bill for my employer. She told me that's not how it works. She said she would call the walk In nurse to ask what was said I called my boss so she can hear what was going on, as my boss was on hold with her C.C on hand to pay for the visit the lady at the desk was talking to the walk In nurse, I could hear the nurse explaining she gave me the wrong info. But instead of saying, I'm sorry she gave you the wrong info she said that " youn must have heard what she said wrong". My husband who was in the room with me then spoke up and said no we heard her what she said loud and clear she must have given the wrong info. The lady behind the desk responded with well pay the $194 Or you don't get to return to work. My boss over heard it and told me to leave and find a doctor's office or walk in that knows how to treat people. I'm writing this review from the waiting room of fair haven clinic who was more then happy to see me and give me a bill to take to my employer. It will only cost $100 to be seen here. They also said they get stories like mine daily. The Waiting room here is also a lot cleaner and the staff wasn't full of attitudes. I will never go back to the Hill health center not even if I was bleeding to death at the front door with injuries from being in that part of town.

This facility is a total dissapontment!!! I had two patients referred to this clinic by a very respectable M.D. to come and realise that this place is a waste of time. They make you wait an extensive amount of time even though an appointment was scheduled weeks in advanced. They do not provide behaviour health nor pain management prescription/treatment for the patient even though you provide medical records as well as x-rays. "JEFFREY PELLENBERG M.D." did not provide thorough examination, requested unnecessary lab work/prescriptions.This facility ckearly does NOT focus on the level of care of their patients. The M.D. refused to provide an interpreter during the check up when clearly there was staff on the premises that could have helped. Go somewhere else for the sake of family/friends/Patients.

The receptionists are the rudest people I've ever met in my entire life. Don't know how they still work there. Seriously considering switching dentists because dealing with them is HORRIBLE!!! Every time I go they have horrible attitudes, are impatient, and not helpful whatsoever. For example, my dentist gave me a paper to make a follow up appointment (he had offered one the next day but I couldn't make it). I give the paper to the receptionist and she says, and I quote, "we don't have anything open for the rest of the month. Can't see October yet either. Call back in a few months." And turned her back to me. MIND YOU: this was a FOLLOW UP requested by the DENTIST. It was so urgent he wanted me the next day. She didn't offer me to be put on the cancellation list or anything. I am disgusted with this place.
