I know my health insurance and what it covers and I’m aware of the expenses when it doesn’t cover everything. I’m aware that I go out of pocket for my visits, and that’s fine, I budget for it. I enjoy my visit, and find the whole thing beneficial overall to my mental health. I’ve been a patient to one other office before, and I’m unfamiliar to the difference in policies each office can have. Now that im going to a new location. Naturally, I asked questions to try to inform myself. That being said... The experience I had with that exchange was very unpleasant. I mean, i get it, we all have off days, but this wasn’t the first time I felt like I was being talked down to by the front desk. Maybe it’s not intentional, some folks just speak in a way that come off as anything but friendly even if they don’t realize it.

This place has been amazing and every need of mine has been met so far. The appointments are easier to get than at any other office I've tried. The offices are calm and comforting. I couldn't be happier with my Dr. Kathy Myatt. She's easy to talk to and seems to really care about your well being while getting to know you.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! Horrible, horrible place for someone with psychiatric issues! Owner Juan is the rudest person I have ever encountered in the mental health field and the doctors pay no attention to what they're doing. Everything was fine at first. Then I got a new job and the owner of the office, Juan, refused to work with my new schedule and told me they would not prescribe me any more medication and i would basically have to go through withdrawals or make an appointment immediately. Juan told me I should find a new psychiatrist and was extremely rude and unreasonable. He then had my psychiatrist, Erin, refill my medication after I scheduled an appointment. Only to go pick up my medication and find that she didnt refill the right ones and refilled a medication I dont even take. Once I called the office, Juan told me Erin would send the prescription that she said she would refill in the first place. When I went to pick up the prescription AGAIN, Erin gave me the wrong dosage. I had been seeing her for 2 months at this point and have been on the same dosage of medication for the past year. I will never suggest this office to anyone. Extremely rude owner and the doctor has no knowledge of what's even going on with her patients. I would give 0 stars if possible.

My boyfriend sees another doctor in the practice, but Dr. Dismukes was filling in for him this week. After his appointment, there was a problem with a prescription she gave him (she wrote the wrong date), and the receptionist TEXTED my boyfriend multiple times about this issue. The receptionist then mentioned something that my boyfriend told Dr. Dismukes during his session. When he asked the receptionist, Chris, how she knew this information, she said that she and Dr. Dismukes talk, and that Dr. Dismukes also mentioned that she finds him attractive. My boyfriend is looking to not only file a complaint for violation of HIPPA, but also a complaint for misconduct and unprofessional behavior. I am disgusted that medical professionals like myself could behave this way. Texting a patient and commenting on his appearance?!

Worst doctor. Never available. Changed my meds through email because my ex is also her client and told her things about me that weren’t true, so she changed them without even seeing me. Pure favoritism. I switched doctors as soon as I could. Save yourself the relapse it’s not worth it. Completely unprofessional. Find someone who actually cares and will sit down with and talk, cause you won’t find it with her

She don't even stick to her appointments. She had me sitting and the hallway for 45 minutes, while she's having conversations with her co worker or whoever. She still haven't mailed or written my letter for school and this is my second semester. She don't care about your problems. After the first appointment you don't have to explain the rest of your life experience because she's don't ask nor care. She'll ask about your symptoms so she can quickly write a prescription and dismiss you. And I don't even know whose the lady that emails and does phone calls because I haven't seen her in the office. But she acts like she doesn't want you to have conversation with your doctor. Long story short they both are nuts

Baaaaad experience! Bad experience. I made the appointment for my husband and was the one dealing with office staff to get paperwork done, appointments set etc. My first conversation with the receptionist was regarding medications that can and cant be prescribed and she assured me that a certain meds could be. The initial appointment took us 2.5 weeks to actually get into. First appointment didn't go well, we didn't even get through the initial appointment assessment and the second appointment was made for another two weeks out. We were told that the front office woman had given us false information "because she is new". In the time between appointment, the office had moved locations so we got lost on our way (I made a wrong turn) We arrived at the location at 7 after. I called the office to confirm that there was a 10 minute window for appointments and was assured by the front desk woman (Karen I think) that he would still be seen. When we got in the office there was a man working behind the desk with two other women who said my husband was sent paperwork through the portal (there was none)I triple checked, and that they wouldn't see him that day. I explained that we live 45 minutes away and that we had to rent a car to get there that day for the appointment, our jeep was in the shop and that I took a wrong turn, my husband really needed to get in and get rolling with being seen there. He showed zero compassion and zero explanation for the front office woman saying there was a 10 minute window and zero explanation as to why there was NO paperwork sent to us through the portal to do before the appointment. Straight faced and cold to the entire situation. We asked for another appointment and they offered one another two weeks out. Call me crazy, but this is a psychiatrist office. Somewhere people go for mental/ behavioral health. Thank god my husband wasn't a suicidal patient or something extreme like that. No one bothered to ask! Someone could really get hurt!What constitutes them having an incompetent staff to handle clients needing to be seen? Had he even acknowledged that his front office lady was wrong in saying we had 10 minutes, certain meds could be given that couldn't etc. or even trying to reschedule us or see us or literally ANY effort to help, not once, not twice, but 3 times, I wouldn't be leaving this review. I will be posting anywhere I can possibly post so someone else in need doesn't waste their time, energy or resources to get to this junk practice! I would do zero stars if I could!

I called on Monday and was able to get in the very next morning at 8:30. My experience over the phone with the scheduler was pleasant. She told me to complete a short appointment request online and she would follow up with me as soon as she was notified of the request. She did just that! About five minutes later I received a call to schedule an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived I was immediately greeted with no wait time. I met with Kristen willie and she listened to me and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone that is needing this type of service.

Never make the mistake of seeing this doctor. She is in this only for the money. She rarely keeps appointments If ever and forgets everything. After no warning at all and not letting me know anything when I scheduled my appointment her nurse said she is discontinuing her telepsychiatry patients and would no longer refill any prescriptions. Leaving me high and dry with no suboxone. This to me is what causes many people to relapse. She is a licensed drug dealer. Gets her money, never even spoke to me and calls in prescriptions. She cares nothing about her patients and is extremely unreliable. Hopefully the dea catches on to her. She made sure to charge my card and Act like I would have my appointment at the scheduled time. Then after I was charged she simply tells me she is not seeing patients at this time and cant refill anymore prescriptions. She's a disgrace to the medical community. And she prescribes the highest possible dose to make sure you're hooked. Don't make the mistake I did. See any other doctor but this one. She could care less about you're recovery

I don't even want to give you a star this place is bad I have anxiety she didn't take the time to ask anything about my childhood she just tried to put me on blood pressure pills and when that didn't work tried to put me on depression pills I do not recommend here she said I didn't have ADHD and two weeks later I got diagnosed with it and the psychiatrist does not take the time to get to the bottom of knowing anything about you she just says you want to go to someone else then terrible experience
