Therapists play power games and couldn’t care less about helping patients. Pharmacy dept. is nice but the qualified counselors are in short supply. Doctors are scared to write scripts for anything controlled so I guess they are watching too much of the evening news.

My new therapist seems great, but the first therapist I was assigned quit before I could meet them. Two stars for the therapist being helpful. The doctor was fairly curt and rude to me; also completely inept at typing. My real gripe with this place is the front desk staff are incompetent. I frequently have to convince them my appointment is real for them to find it in their system, and I always need to force my copay on them. The elevator in the building is embarrassingly slow. It's worth giving this place a try, but don't get your hopes up.

We've been trying to see the psychiatrist for 2 months now and our 2nd appointment has just been cancelled. We are very frustrated with this company. We've gotten right in with JCMH and my private practice psychiatrist.

It is very difficult to get appts esp when you are supposed to be seen every week. As self pay, you would think they would work with you more. Sometimes we could only get in once or twice a month, which is not consistent enough for therapy to be effective and after school appts are almost impossible. They are taking too many Medicaid pts and the quality of care has gone in the toilet. I encourage you to sit in the waiting room and watch all the unruly kids and parents that don't care. If you are self pay, spend your money and go somewhere else.

The company practices fraudulent billing, the individuals in the billing department also incorrectly code billing and they charge for visits that never existed in the first place. They also said I paid one thing but when pulling my debit card statements I have shown to pay more than they said. Ugh. Never had an issue like this. I would advise against this company. I need mental health treatment as the result of stress related to this company

This place has saved my life. They figured out what the best medication regiment was for me. They counseled me through the most difficult period of my life and the continuity that I've had with them has stabilized me for the last 3 years. Maybe it was too much.. I got a promotion and a raise that kicked me off Medicaid. Now I'm looking at a provider list and I'm shaking because I'm worried about the next Mental Health place that I end up with -will they want to SOLVE me when all I need is medication maintenance.. We need Medicaid for ALL...

I called this location and verified they take my insurance they stated yes they take Magellan, I saw the front desk at the Littleton location she also said yes we take magellan, and also Amanda in the intake office stated yes they take magellan. After my intake appointment my insurance called me and stated they are not in network, I called and spoke to billing Lisa L. She stated we ARE in network. I recorded this call with Lisa, I informed her she was not correct, and conference my insurance, and we got voicemail. Sherry C. called me the billign manager, she informed me they do not take magellan, and I may or may not receive a bill. I continued to inform her of her staff and the lies they told to me. She pretty much said oh well until I informed I have a recorded call and would be happy to upload this to the BBB. At that point she sated she would reverse charges if I had any. this is an AWFUL network is they are dealing with mental health, they do not even know how the billing process works, or what insurances they take. DO NOT USE THIS NETWORK there is a reason they are so easy to get appointments for.

I called the medical records department to verify if they had a patient in their system with medical records before I sent a request over to them, because I work at another physicians office who now sees a patient. I spoke to Carol in the medical records department today 10/31/18 around 4:15pm MT and she very was rude. When I asked if I can give her the DOB she did not say anything to me for about a minute and sighed as if she was irritated at my question. I said hello after a while of not hearing anything, she asked for the DOB and name of the patient still sounding very irritated and sounded as if she was smacking her gum. She was not very helpful at all throughout the process.

Dr Nguyen accusses patients of very rude insultive untrue claims, getting yelled at in a lab room while he's treating me like he's my probation officer when I have clean record all around and even was trusted in work at a pharmacy. You should be ashamed of lying about patients then putting in the records false unethical info. Karma will come soon enough for you God sees everything. Dr fisher you were the replacement I asked, now you only read and repeat his notes then you started accusing of false accusations! I will pray for these so called doctors.

OMG!!! HELL in LITTLETON! I just want to keep my medication stable! Called Intake. The guy asked what my "presenting problem" was? Said process is I'll go to intake and be assigned a therapist. I said no I have my own psych I've seen for years. I told him I had no Problem, but advantage. He began laughing. The process was consistent with complaints of condescending power Trip. I will never go to this "Joke" of an haphazard and illegitamte business. Total incompetence on a dangerous power Trip!

They're terrible. I waited 14 months to be transferred to a new therapist, and just kept being told that I would receive a call back, which never happened. I finally had to go elsewhere for therapy. Medication appointments can't be scheduled more than 3 days in advance, which of course can be problematic for anyone who works full time and can't dictate their own schedule. If you change pharmacies and don't tell them before your refills run out, you'll have to fight like hell to get your prescription renewed. I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 only because the therapist that I did see (briefly) was great, but she jumped ship shortly after I became a patient.

Med doctor was not helping. Im trying to get a new one (as of a month ago) still has not happened. As well as off meds and im pretty sure im gonna end back in jail because they are "overbooked". Which confuses me because i thought they were there to help. I was also told that i was gonna see a therapist but havent got one sense i was admited. Which was back in March. Ridiculous.

This facility’s inability to retain qualified therapists is flat out negligent and has put lives at risk. My friend is struggling in no small part because this terrible operation is incapable of keeping a qualified therapist on staff for longer than two months. She has been handed off from one person to the next because the therapists keep leaving. The people who most need help are unable to build any trust an rapport with a therapist before they leave, and instead have to start over with new therapists constantly. This is not how you build trust. This is negligence. This is on management and their actions have put vulnerable people’s lives in danger.

This is the first one star rating that I have had to give. It took 4 weeks to receive an intake appointment. And another 4 weeks to schedule an appointment with a counsellor. Then less than 4 hours before my appointment I received a call from him to inform me that he could not accept me as a patient. He was full. I totally understand that situation. However the complete disregard for me and my schedule is unacceptable. He then told me that I should be reassigned in a week. Not a new appointment just reassigned to wait. He then told me that this is standard practice. Stay away!!

Very responsive and on top of current mental health Therapies. I would recommend them first to anyone I know, especially if you are on a budget. However being on a budget doesn't mean that their facilities are worn out or run down. Quite the contrary. In fact they finally expanded to Parker and that has been a huge help for our family.

Pharmacy staff are friendly and so is my current therapist. This mental health agency is WAY better than Aurora Mental Health Center is and their therapists tailor their methods of therapy to each individual. The therapy is NOT a one-size-fits-all deal compared to Aurora Mental Health's is !! And they also take the time to actually listen to their clients and they suggest different strategies for their clients to use in the real world.

My doctor retired with no advanced warning. They assigned me a new doctor (something I'm already uncomfortable with) and said there was not an available appointment for 8 weeks, when I have thirty days left of medication. This medicine must be tapered up and down and I cannot randomly stop taking it, and have been taking it for 3 years. I honestly cannot wait to get out of this place. Please dont go here unless you absolutely have to.

Our family has been experiencing a very difficult situation over the last year. These therapists have been a life line for 10 of us. The communication between the therapists has been an important part of bringing each of us to a healthier place as a family. I would recommend this amazing group of people in any situation.

Intake process is ridiculous. Too much time and red tape involved. Finally did get a great therapist, Angelina Thurston. But my son was going and I had the release of info in affect for months. I was making and cancelling apts with no problems. Then all of a sudden they have no release. So, they were done with me. makes no sense. Too much red tape. Not going to All Health anymore in the future.

I called and scheduled an appointment and made it very clear what I needed. I needed to see a Psychiatrist NOT a therapist. I scheduled an appointment and waited for the day to come only to find out that they would not let me see a psychiatrist the first time I went in. You have to pay a bunch of money to see a therapist before they will refer you to a psychiatrist. This establishment wants to make sure that everyone gets paid even if you don't need therapy. They are a COUNSELING SERVICE - NOT mental health or medical professionals.

New computer program for them has meant nothing but more headaches for me. They were already such a pain to deal with. Insurance covers this but now billing says I owe. You have to wait forever on hold to get an appointment. Everytime you call you will probably be told something different. The doctor and therapist are nice. This company is awful. Oh, and you will never speak to a live person other then the appointment makers. If someone calls and wants you to call them back, they will not give you an extension and usually not their last name. So you just get transferred to voice mail. Sometimes voice mail to someone you don't even need to talk to. You can't email anyone. 12/13/2017 made appointment yesterday, asked twice about the time, wrote down the time. Arrived early to be told I had missed my appointment.

since they had gotten new staff about year and a half ago..they really went down hill. the last 5 to 6 therapy sessions I have had I walked out feeling worse and worse each time. I would not recommend this place. I hate to give them a bad rating. the first 2 years were great. I do appreciate what they did for me between 2015 and 2017. however i do not appreciate the disrespect among staff presently nor the last year and a half. time to move on
