The front desk people and psychologists are great. All Health Scheduling is a nightmare for both patients and psychologists.

I was referred to this practice by a primary care provider for a medication management refill - I ended up spending 40 minutes in this office to walk away so much farther from where I need to be in order to survive. I couldn't even write down my own information correctly on the intake form because of how loud and disruptive the front desk staff was behaving. Actually shrill-screaming was happening, as well as talking about which coworkers (in that very building) they don't like - extremely off-putting setting for a medical office. When I was called back by a person for a "mental health intake visit" or whatever they called it, I paused them and asked if I would either see an actual prescribing doctor today or would be able to get my RX refill (non-controlled substance). I was told no because that's now what this appointment was for, just questions today! I was not informed of that when I made this appointment, or else I would've just gone to a place that better meets my needs. Who has this kind of disposable time to keep leaving work and driving to be talked down to? I don't. There is a severe shortage of health care professionals in Colorado, and its impact has hurt so many people in our state. Even if I'd made it all the way to the prescribing doctor, I would never return solely based on the lack of courtesy and professionalism of the front desk, but also the cold nature of "Delta" or whoever it was that spoke with me behind the closed doors. I feel sad for other patients who just need and want help. We are at your mercy, and this is how we are treated by those in the position to "care". We need help and we need compassion. If you can't even pretend be kind, why would you take a job in health care?

My 4 year old son suffers from anxiety and depression. This clinic is in network for us, however when I called and spoke to the front desk to get a consultation set up for him, I was told "We are not accepting boys" which means in politically correct terms "they aren't accepting new patients, but to be exact boys." So unless you want your kid to be just a statistic I would suggest finding some where else to seek services.

Go at your own risk. You’ve been warned.

Awful! Absolute waste of time. I have called every 3 days for over a month to schedule an appointment with no success. Terrible unfriendly phone staff. RUDE.

All of the people who work here are fantastic! I have had a great experience every time I have been in. When you try to schedule a follow up with the psychiatrist they will only schedule you 3 days in advance so only inconvenient times are available. It is very frustrating because I love all the people but can't take off work with that short of notice! I read another review and didn't believe it bcause this is the dumbest rule I have ever heard...but it is true!

I know community mental health is fairly clunky with getting people in the door. Even then, I am appreciative it exists. As extreme as it sounds, I’ve been trying to get in with my provider for a year and a half or more. My file was closed out, not because I wasn’t showing up to appointments that I made, but because my provider keeps canceling them. She needs to have that time to leave notes. She needs to be in a meeting. She’s moved locations. She’s gone on FMLA. She’s gone on vacation. She’s supposed to be here but she’s not. She requires more time than what was scheduled. My appointments are routinely canceled and often without notice. It’s a complete abandonment of care in the fact that I’ve been off my meds for my diagnosed mental health disorder and unable to get the prescriptions without seeing her. The response you’ll get from Allhealth for coming to them with the concern is thanks for letting us know, and you know where the door is if you don’t like what we do. It is phrased as “you are always welcome to use another provider” however. For a system with a purpose of helping people with diagnosed and undiagnosed mental health disorders, they often show no respect or care for that purpose. I know that community mental health is the only option for many low income people and it’s so disheartening this is the system in place to help some of the most vulnerable of our community.

If I could rate it lower I would, Such a waste of time! People at the front are so rude, and this is supposed to be for mental health. The guy with the man bun at the front really needs to be fired. Some of the therapists only go on their time and aren't helpful at all!

It is beyond difficult to get an appointment here for a one hour counseling session once a week. Be prepared to wait weeks between appointments. My 8 year old son spent the better part of each of his appointments in the hall coloring pictures, while his "therapist" discussed the theory's she learned in school with me. I asked why I pulled him out of school to sit in the hall I was told it was for billing purposes. I cam to get my some some counseling and for a safe place for him to express his feelings and what I got was, poor care and and a stack of bills. RUN someplace else and get a quality therapist that does care.

The medication appointment scheduling window of 3 days is bs and has caused me many days of withdrawal but god almighty do I adore my therapist and the comforting people there.

I would strongly advise against using Arapahoe Douglas Mental Health at all costs. I have had my significant other and stepdaughter both have to go thru them and both have had poor results. Significant other just had medication after medication thrown at her. The medications prescribed actually made her condition worse, which we didn't find out until we switched doctors and they went thru Genetic testing with her. They were never able to answer many questions regarding her mental health status (she is Schizo Effective/Bi Polar 1). She was never able to get in and see a therapist, only a medicinal doctor. Also, multiple times she was removed from their system, had her appointment canceled with no warning and no reasoning. For a mental health patient, this is unacceptable My stepdaughter is currently being seen at the office on Dry Creek/I-25. She is having issues in both homes, yet the doctor has ONLY listened to dad. Dr. Hannah REFUSES to contact the school my stepdaughter is attending in order to get feedback from the school counselors and social worker. Dr Hannah has allowed dad to dictate everything and doesn't seem to really understand our stepdaughter. I honestly question a doctor who takes EVERYTHING a 12 year old says at face value. When we have had a chance to speak with Dr Hannah, she essentially blows off our concerns regarding school bullying, even when there is VISUAL proof that the bullying is not happening. I would strongly suggest finding anyone else..

I have had a great experience here. Granted I have a schedule that always flexibility. Dr J changed my life when I was feeling pretty hopeless.

This place is pretty much the definition of a failed American healthcare system.

This program has partially saved me and what I've done in life, I don't know what's negative about these people but there great!! Go Bridges program!

Avoid this place. I was referred here and told them I was worried about the cost because I wasn't going to be insured for another month by my new job. They assured me over and over that there would be no charge, that the session would be covered by state funding and grants. 2 months later, I receive a bill in the mail for $357.

I've been going for 3+ years. The people are kind and helpful. Sometimes there is difficulty setting an appointment with my schedule. Some medicines are not covered by insurance, so we have worked around that as best as possible. All in all, I would suggest this place to others.

Donald is a great therapist, I absolutely think he is the best. My problem is with the 45 day waiting period to schedule to see a doctor and the 15-20 minute hold time on the phone to schedule an appointment. I usually just drive down because it's faster.

TonyTone Harris

I've gone here for about 2 years now, I've worked with 5 different people for different things and the were all wonderful. Scheduling is a complete nightmare, but the quality of work is great.

Helping patients is not their top priority. Be prepared to be inconvenienced and frustrated. Typical wait times for someone to answer the phone is 5-10 minutes. The scheduling policies were designed by a farm animal. I was supposed to meet with Christin Coffey and she cancelled our appointment twice. When I finally saw her, she was late getting me from the waiting room, we sat in silence for minutes at a time, and she ended the session 4 minutes early. Update: I talked to a friend about my experience at this location. She suggested I give it another shot and recommended a therapist. I called All Health and asked to make an appointment with this person. I was told that they would need to contact the therapist's supervisor to ask if I am allowed to make an appointment. I received a phone call the following day letting me know that I was not allowed to schedule an appointment with this therapist and no explanation or suggested alternative was provided.

DR. Jones is great, don't get me wrong. But I have NEVER had to keep calling back to get a medication appointment. I would normally schedule with my doctor 3 months in advance. ADMH uses a 3 day system where you call, the receptionist "searches" schedule medication appointments. The receptionist will then "search" for open appointments within the next three days. I am almost out of medication and I can't even work around a full time job, working 12 hour days currently as it is and I cant refill my medication because they have NO appointments. I am leaving this practice and will Never recommend their psychiatrist because they have to work with this stupid 3 day search, instead of setting up an appointment in which a person that has a full time job and a life and needs appointments a few weeks to months in advance. Not happy with this place at all.

DO NOT USE ALLHEALTH NETWORK -- or you WILL need mental help afterwards! Horribly run by "Mr. O" --the worst managed office I've ever experienced. I've gone to AllHealth for about four or five years and struggled to get basic quarterly appointments with a psychiatrist for one script. Of course all the psychiatrists are constantly leaving for better opportunities, and undoubtedly they don't have to put up with the stupidity of Mr O. I used to schedule my appointment three months in advance and always showed up on-time; I never cancelled or was late; but Mr O decided to enforce short-range scheduling, three business days in advance. For three years, I've NEVER, NOT ONCE been able to get an appointment on-time, before my script ran out. NOT ONCE. They tell me to call back??? "Oh Dr Jones isn't in on MW now..." Oh and how was I supposed to know this? I even called five business days in advance with no success. Then the poor nurse line is running around with my Dr not available trying to get a bridge, temporary 7 day, script. This has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME. The last straw is that that Dr Kevin Jones forgot to send my script in and is now out of town. Not to mention the nickel and dime practice of their billing department, where they continue to send additional bills after you pay the one, single copay (how hard is it to do the one amount, a fixed copay?); they have NO ability to settle a bill when you are there in-person. And the billing dept. never returned my calls. Thanks for charging exorbitant specialist fees for a 5-10 minute chat, or more often, in silence. Finally I got an appointment with the only other psychiatrist in my area, though I'll have to go with no medicine while I wait for the next appointment.
