I am shocked to see bad reviews. It appears they all are related to being late to an appointment!? My child has been seeing Dr Meng for over a year and we find him to be exceptional!! He is very kind, knowledgeable, experienced and highly recommended by other parents and professionals. I would not give these bad reviews a second thought. He has helped my child so much and us such an asset. Thank you Dr Meng!!!!

After having issues with this doctor, he refuses to allow me to call or email...I need to pay for a 20 minute appt to explain my frustration. What kind of doctor will not speak directly to their patients if they have a problem with the policies?

Worst experience we’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. On top of that, I come to leave a review and notice that Dr. Meng has asked friends to write a good review for him, in response to a bad review he received yesterday. He cares more about his reputation than his patients and instead of taking his time to speak to the patient or respond to the bad reviews himself, he tries to reverse the affects of a bad review by asking colleagues and friends to post the exact opposite of what the bad review said. People like this should not be allowed to work in the medical field. Patients deserve a doctor who cares and will take the time to listen and understand. Dr. Meng is clearly in this profession for the money and doesn’t truly care about his patients. Very unfortunate. 0/10 will not return.

Dr. Meng has been treating my young son for close to 3 years, and the care my son has received has been excellent. Dr. Meng has been thorough, kind, and compassionate. He truly seems to care about my son.

I am so disappointed with my experience for my son. Appointments are scheduled in 20 minute increments. I thought my appointment for my son was scheduled for 745, but it was actually 740...my mistake. I got a call at 745, and I informed them I was in traffic, but should be there in 5 more minutes. When I arrived in the parking lot 5 minutes later, I received another call telling me not to come in. It was now considered a no show. Since there was still 10 minutes left of my appointment time, I begged to come in for the last 10 minutes, but I was told I can not. My son was crying, and I promised I would not keep the doctor past our scheduled appt time. They could hear my son upset in the background, but still denied his appointment. I was also informed I would not be charged my 80 copay, but it would now cost 150 dollars for my missed appt. Had they let me see the doctor for the last 10 minutes we were there for the appointment, I would have only paid my copays of 80, not the 150 they are now asking me to pay. Unfortunately, this doctor cares more about policy than his 11 year old patient. It is shocking to see that a mental health provider would not be flexible( again, he could have seen him for the last 10 minutes of our appointment we now had to pay for anyway). Dr. Meng appears to care more about money and his ridiculous policies than the child he was supposed to help. He refuses to accept any calls or emails from his patients. I would have to pay for another appointment to express my frustration and disappointment. The office also called in the wrong dosage of medication, leaving me to pay an additional copays to get the correct medication. I would certainly not recommend this practice for anyone with children that need mental health support.

Don’t go and see Dr. Meng. He doesn’t care about children. My 11 year old cousin was denied his appointment for being 5 minutes late, and then charged double. You don’t treat clients let alone children like this. Give the kid the rest of his appointment if he is there and ready. These children are reaching out for help, not denial. Dr. Meng you need to remove yourself from this profession if all you care for is money and not the children YOU went to school for and studied to HELP. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. As someone who works with an AMAZING doctor and watches how clients are treated when actually cared for rather than looked at as a dollar sign, I would recommend looking elsewhere for the sake of your beloved children. The fact that you are seeking help for your child says a lot about how much you genuinely care for their well-being, and that being said, this is the last doctor to help you make progress on your child’s journey to a happy, healthy life.

He has a wealth of experience and training with children and provides excellent care to clients with high needs and complex concerns.
