Really Insightful and helpful. Dr. Ambardar is direct and firm, but very nice as well. It's been an eye-opening experience so far and I really wish I'd started therapy sooner. Even though regular therapy is pricey, I appreciate that Dr. Ambardar gives superbills and that her sessions are 60 minutes long, as opposed to the standard 45-50 minutes. And I love the online therapy option which is a lifesaver when my schedule gets crazy. I highly recommend this practice if you want to start feeling better sooner rather than later and if you're looking for a holistic psychiatrist who is an out-of-the-box-thinker.
