It is hard to believe that I wound up in a place like this, but now that I am home I can safely say that it was one of the most formative experiences of my entire life, and I am grateful for it. I felt very well-cared-for by the staff, It was obvious to me that each staff member was very carefully selected for their role. I was treated as an equal by doctors, nurses and patients alike.
