HORRIBLE SERVICE. I had made an appointment almost a month ahead of time, showed up about 30 minutes early for my appointment, and was not seen for another almost four hours. This was solely for a refill on my medications, and it was literally a 30 second consultation, the dr signed my refill papers, and I was done. The receptionist was exceptionally rude to me (and everyone else, it seemed). It cost me a fortune to receive this HORRIBLE "service". I will not return.

I would give her zero if i could. This "doctor" did not know how to communicate period. She had no emotion gave no feed back. She was was the worst mental health person i have seen in over 20 years. She had no sympathy no empathy nothing a robot. She askef a question and typed. Im suffering horribly and she didnt show once of caring. Gramted she refused the med i asked for. However she completely was going to ignore my issues would not even disciss them. I have had mental illness since my teens. She was talking to me like i was just diagnosed. I know my body and what works. I sure dont need to be talked down to like im an idiot. I dont know how she sleeps at night. If you want help real help sray away from this woman. She has diplomat on her card thats a freaking joke. She is as cold as the Artic. Because of her im done with mental health. When life gets to be more than i can handle and i take a bottle of pills or whatever ill be sure to thank her in my goodbye note. Cold bitch.
