I would like to first say that this is the first review I have EVER done. This is the worst facility/business I have ever encountered. I will say the doctor herself that I saw their was actually very professional and I did like her. On the contrary I should of known it was bad business from the start! It took a total of two weeks for the office to call me back to actually make an apt to see the doctor. I only visited twice & each time the staff up front I would see was friendly and again doctor was very good. My issue with this facility is how unprofessional they are after the fact. I received bills in mail saying I didn’t pay a co payment and I had to prove with a bank statement that I did in fact pay. The problem was I paid cash so how could I prove something they defaulted on their end. Now to my biggest issue of them all I received a bill in the mail and called to handle it right away. I tried getting ahold of anyone to discuss this matter (after a week and a half of calling and leaving messages) and finally got ahold of someone and she explained that they where charging me for a no show fee, WHICH I CANCELED THE APPOINTMENT VIA TEXT (let’s not mention two days after I called to make another appointment and NO ONE called me back and finally called back 2 weeks later to leave yet another message for them to call me back a week later) . I explained the issue and she said no problem I’ll look into it and if we have any issues we will call you. I never received a phone call so figured it was all out to rest. The next day I got a phone call from David about the message I left ( a week and a half prior) I explained that someone had already looked into it and he says he will have his manager look into it if their is any problem he will call me. Two weeks go by I don’t hear anything so again thinking the issue has been resolved, but again it wasn’t. I received yet another bill from them. I called yet again to leave another message in regards to the same issue (now this has been a month and a half) David calls back saying he checked his phone log and doesn’t show me calling. Well I finally called back and told him that I decline via tex he proceeded to tell me I had to show them the text to prove it. While I was stern with my response and said no this business is ludicrous he just say okay bye and hangs up. BEYOND THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE IVE EVER BEEN. This shouldn’t have even been this big of an issue but the fact that they don’t answer their phones & give you the run around it’s enough to stay clear away from this facility.

This psychiatric facility only cares about one thing - money. They definitely don’t care about their patients. I was severely depressed and needed to talk with my doctor. I called and there was no answering service. I left messages that were never returned. When I needed a refill of my medicines and couldn’t afford a doctor’s visit, they not only didn’t call back or answer my voicemail left to them, they also didn’t refill my medications. Dr. Song had an emergency of his own and cancelled all of his appointments. He didn’t refer me to a colleague of his, or let me know what I could do in a crisis. Go somewhere else!

Very helpful and supportive, had ups and downs with this place but overall very positive. Recently have been getting better and faster service. Enjoy the quick in and out. Edit: changing star rating from 5 to 4 due to how difficult it can be to get medication refilled.

Terrible! Staff never returned my calls. Had to complain on the website to get any communication. They cancelled my daughters appointment without calling andd no one in the iffuce can reschedule you. STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE TRULY IN NEED OF HELP AND SUPPORT!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would but I do recommend you steer clear of this place. My partner went here for over a year and was diagnosed with MDD and Anxiety. Was on at least 7 medications before he left this place. Nothing was helping him and he only seemed to get worse. His very last medication he was placed on almost killed him. You know why? He was over medicated, had signs of serotonin syndrome and was mis diagnosed. I knew his issues stemmed further than depression and sure enough he actually suffers from bi polar disorder when I convinced him to get help else where. They did not take the time to sit down and properly assess him. They kept pushing more and more medication on him rather than correct their mistakes. If you feel like you aren't getting better with the treatment plan they have you on I recommend you seek a second opinion and run fast from this office with no looking back. Writing this makes my blood boil thinking of all the harm they did.

I really wish I would have taken the advice of the others on here. They are not only hard to get ahold of, but don’t really seem to put any effort into their patients. If you or your loved one really needs help please look elsewhere.

Dr. Doddakashi was lackadaisical at best. Had no problem cancelling appointments at a whim with no explanation. Staff is rude and lies about leaving messages about cancelling. Wait time is ridiculous.

The billing department here is awful. On my son's last visit, I called and told them our insurance had expired and we would be paying cash. When I got here, I gave them the $100 cash payment they required and again stressed our insurance had expired. Saw the doctor, got a prescription (which ended up not being usable because our new insurance didn't cover it and it would have cost $400 to fill). Fast forward three months and I start getting bills for $220 for the last appointment. They "credited" my account $20 (which was my old co-pay) and tried charging my old insurance. I have called THREE times now and left messages wanting to know 1) Where did my $100 payment go to (yes, I have a receipt for it and you will have an internal receipt for it). and 2) Why did their billing department try running the insurance when I was charged as a cash client. Every month, I get a bill and every month, I call and get transferred to their voicemail and leave a message which has yet to be returned. Today, my son who was a minor at the time of the office visit got the $220 bill instead of me. Either your receptionist pocketed the extra $80, or you have an extra $80 in the cash drawer from that day. This place needs to return phone calls and fix your billing dept issues. This was the second billing error I have had with this place. The first time, I just paid the "no show" fee because I didn't take the name of the receptionist who I talked to when I rescheduled an appt. I will remove this negative review IF their office fixes their billing error.
