You can't run a state hospital with staff who come to work high and talks about how they get drunk and etc. I was in eb-02 staff there have no respect for the job or the people. It's so sad because a lot of them are really sick and have no.idea what's going on and the staff they always talk down to the patient even the social workers like come on now do you really have to treat patients like that knowing your brain is working way better than yours? They should feel sorry for them self. But some staff really care for what they do. Allen RN is an outstanding guy much respect to him...

They abuse people there, violate "patients" rights, are abusive towards inmates ("patients", cough) with use of what they so clinically call "P.R.N." shots (that's a forced shot in the but, where they force you over your bed, or in the case of what happened to me in one case of many instances of ABUSE I suffered at the hands of the DUMB THUGS who work there ( many people who work there are "ex"- cons themselves, the "hospital" hires these thugs from state ex-convict programs, in this states infinate stupidity) slam you onto a VERY HARD, WET, AND DIRTY (FILTHY CONDITIONS IN THERE, BOTH THE BATHROOMS, AND THE WHOLE PLACE IN GENERAL) BATHROOM COUNTERTOP, AND THEN DRAG YOU (LITERALLY) BY WHATEVER THEY CAN GRAB BACK TO YOUR BED WITH YOUR HEAD FORCED DOWN AND YOUR ARMS YANKED AND HELD BEHIND YOUR BACK (THEY NEARLY RIPPED MINE OFF ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS OF ABUSE), HOLD YOU DOWN OVER IT, AND THEN SNEER AT YOU "GO TO BED", IN VERY BROKEN ENGLISH FOR MANY OF THE STAFF (THE STAFF HERE IS REALLY STUPID, DUMBER THAN THE PATIENTS, REALLY) AND THEN LAUGH WICKEDLY ( WHICH IS PRECISELY WHAT MOST PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THIS HELL HOLE ARE, WICKED) AS THEY WALK OUT OF YOUR ROOM. IT'S LIKE BEING RAPED WITHOUT ANY PENETRATION (THERE WASN'T ANY IN MY CASE, AT LEAST). THE REAL CRIMINALS ARE THE ONES WORKING HERE, MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT. THAT WAS HIS NAME, " SAM HELEME"( I MAY HAVE MISSPELLED HIS LAST NAME, AS IT WAS OVER A YEAR AND A HALFS TIME I SPENT IN CUSTODY, PLUS HE'S INDONESIAN). SOME OF HIS OTHER PARTNERS IN CRIME WHO ABUSED ME IN THE BATHROOM ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION, PLUS MANY MORE TIMES IN MY ROOM OVER MY BED: MEL WEILY( I THINK THAT'S HOW YOU SPELL HIS LAST NAME, IF NOT, IT'S CLOSE), A TALL AND LEAN, BUT STILL STRONG (THEY WERE ALL MUCH STRONGER THAN ME, I'M A SMALL GEEK OF A GUY, BY THE WAY) ROBERT...SOMETHING, A TALL, BALD, AND VERY VIOLENT AND AGGRESSIVE BLACK GUY, AND ALSO A STALKY BUILD HISPANIC GUY(I'll POST HIS NAME AS SOON AS IT COMES TO ME). All of them work in the same unit of the place. I wrote it down on paper (in fact, I WAS PREPARING A WHOLE COMPLANT AGAINST THE PLACE, BUT IT GOT STOLEN FROM ME BY THE CORRUPT ORANGE COUNTY DEPUTIES WHO WORK IN THE "L-MOD" (thats what they call it) IN ORANGE COUNTY JAIL. STATE EMPLOYED CRIMINALS ALL AROUND. I was one of the survivors.

I come here once a week, cuz my church members son is locked up in here. This place rather seems like a jail than hospital. Every time we visit with korean food, they don't allow certain kind of food and spoon nor chopstick. Hey if you haven't eat the food doesn't mean its poisend

To visit an inmate, file the appropriate paperwork with the Patton State police (mail it in) for a "background check" and you can go in to see your loved one on Sundays. I know, I've been there. I recommend minimizing interactions with staff as they are "high-strung," ignorant people. Don't do it. Must be court ordered to be there so District Attorney's office (DA) and public defender/private attorneys are useless. According to my brother the "counselors," doctors and those in training don't genuinely care (less interested then DMV employees) spending a better part of their shifts gossiping about personal nonsense and out of sight in their "offices." Apparently they document progress made for the court going so far as to put their thoughts/expert opinions.. According to the state's website, the ratio of employees to patients/inmates is insane. It's like a small base employing the surrounding areas.. At least they don't do lobotomies anymore.
