Absolutely terrible place to go if you are looking for help. First, she was 15 minutes late for my appointment. The psychiatrist that I saw was rude and very forward. Wanted to tell me about me before I even told her anything. DO NOT GO HERE! I think they are trying to lose patients.

As I begin even thinking of writing this review, my eyes begin to well up. I have been coming here for many years. Dr Shishodia has helped me so very much! She is a busy lady, and when I was doing well, our visits were brief, and I would pick up my RX's and be on my way. I was fine with that because so many times I was not doing well (I suffer from Bipolar2) and she would devote the necessary time to help me along. Awesome Dr!!!! And here is where my tears fall ...Wendy Cohen I consider a large part of my HEART! I've seen her for many years as well. Not exactly sure how I would have made it all these years without her. If you suffer from depression, childhood trauma, parenting difficulties, etc you will be blessed to be in her care. My ONLY complaint is she would not consider moving to OH when I recently did. hahaha Besides, after helping me all these years, she should be a master at helping you!!

If I could give no stars I would. Staff and drs are extremely rude. Had no regard for my rights and complaints. My children complained every time they attended stating that they are not being listened to. Highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Dr. Cynthia Bradley it's one of the most competent and helpful therapists I've ever met. Nothing pretentious about her. Says what she's thinking. Compassionate without doubletalk or psych speak. Gets to the point and starts helping right away.

(minus 1 * ) Let me help you....Don't even bother with this place. Poor customer service, bad communication ( they charged me a fee for an appointment I cancelled which I cancelled with enough notice and apparently one department didn’t communicate with the other). Then, I tried to make another appointment and they never returned my call. Good thing I'm not suicidal. On another occasion, I took my son and they immediately wanted to prescribe medication. Really?

Dojuana D Hairston is a disgrace to the Transgender community. Her toxic views and opinions are not what people dealing with gender dysphoria need to put up with. I went to multiple sessions with her and never felt any help. The office is mainly a mess and secretary guy there was visibly stoned wearing gauges at work. If you are transgender and struggling, DON'T give these hacks your hard earned cash. if you are in the Transgender community and are recommended to see Mrs. Dojuana Hairston, DON'T she is very misunderstanding and shouldn't be qualified to work with our community. She told me the first day I took my first Estrogen pill I transitioned and should not complain/say that I will feel better, and do feel better, the more I transition on hormones. She's wrong, I'm not so disillusioned that a pill could make you appear feminine overnight or give you FFS or SRS or BA, ect. transitioning is and long and hard process. It's the pain we go through to feel better.

I’ve never felt so judged in my life. Dr. Chundu is a terrible doctor, not a good listener, he wanted to take me off meds I had been on for a year just because he felt like it. I told him I didn’t think my diagnosis was correct and he asked me what I wanted to be in a condescending way. I was in tears and he didn’t seem to care. Go somewhere where people will listen to you and actually want to help you.

Dr Bradley really has my back. I am upset because my sister treats me like a child she says things along the lines of "I know you are but what am I?" or... The typical playground mentality, and she always has to have the "last word". She is childish and very offensive. She calls me "paranoid to my face. I am not paranoid as I believe I am rational. I need to have another few sessions with Dr. Bradley. My sister is a bully.

Do not go here. When you call and the medical receptionist/Rosa answers you will be greatly disappointed. She is extremely rude and abrasive. Attempting to speak with a supervisor to discuss her behavior and attitude towards me a client and she will inform you that they do not have one on duty and hang up. I will not accept taking my child to a place and pay them when they treat me so horribly. I am filing a formal complaint complaint with my insurance regarding her also.

I have met with dr cohen for therapy a few times, and she is a dream. The secretary staff is kinda meh... but dr cohen is very nice and polite. If you dont need meds, she is a wonderful person to see. She helped keep me from quiting my job by giving me a great outsider perspective. And now im being converted to full time! I will try to make more appointments with her through the year as she is a great therapist!
