A licensed clinical social worker shouldn't be the decision maker of if a patient is entitled to have an appointment or not. Horrible attitude by the woman at the front desk and this just starts the downward spiral with the poorly managed staff at this joke of hospital.

I take my aunt here once monthly so she can get injected for her schizophrenia her nurse who i am not going to put on blast by putting her name but it starts with an M she was my aunts nurse for over 20 years injecting her for her condition on her upper arm my aunt now has what it feels like hard balls in the injection site idk why she cant inject her in another part of her body and she is disrespectful to my aunt she says she stinks and she needs to take a shower and dress nicer because of my aunts condition she is like a little kid and ever since i can remember she has always been this way she walks alot outdoors and sweats but i dont find it professional for her to say things like that when you are a nurse and psychiatrist!
