They do not answer phones. They have no courtesy whatsoever. Frustrating would be 2-3 stars, this clinic should reconsider their position on patient duty and professionalism

If I could give it less than one star I would.....This is one of the WORST groups I have EVER worked with! The doctor was late to both the initial visit and recheck, spent 30 of the first (45 min that was left) appt talking about how horrible hospital billing was and then spent 20 min of the 30 minute follow up visit trying to get a price from a local pharmacy for a prescription he gave me... that after 2 weeks I had to stop taking because it has so many BAD side effects.... I didn't even bother to come back to talk to him about it because he obviously couldn't care to actually TALK with me about the reasons I was having such a hard time and needing a prescription for anxiety and depression. After I finally did get my bill I tried calling to speak to someone about it and was directed to speak to my doctor... who only worked Mondays and over the last few months almost every other Monday was a holiday.... I called several times TRYING to get a message to him hoping to get an email or call back at his convenience.... none came... I just called the office and was informed that the doctor SAID he would get ahold of me, and never did.... AND that, even though I was actively trying to stay in contact with them, they sent my bill to collections yesterday without bothering to call me back. I went in for help with my anxiety and depression and came out with not only a higher level of anxiety and depression, but a large bill With nothing to show for it... I basically had to flush a huge chunk of money down the toilet. I will NEVER work with this group again and will advise anyone I speak to to go elsewhere.

wish I could give less than one star. I was charged for a 60 minute appointment when I was there for less than 25 minutes. I spent 5 months trying to fix this and no one would help me, and Dr. Iqbal would not call me back because he wasn't required to. The office is unorganized and covering for a man who clearly committed insurance fraud against me.
