As a medical supplier trying to help a patient make sure that they get the continuation of care that they deserve when they move to a different state, I would NOT recommend this facility. So far I have talked with 2 different people who do not seem to care about the service and care that a patient receives. I personally heard the office staff yelling at a patient because he did not know how to word what was needed for his insurance. I was then met with the same rude manner when I tried to explain it to the staff. I was told that the doctor does not have the time to sit with a patient when he is trying to find the answers for the staff. (note: I had already called and told the staff what was needed once already) I then called to confirm that they had received some paperwork on said patient and was told that they would NOT go through the faxes to confirm that they received the paperwork.

I have had the worst experiences with the office staff and referral department. Doctors are pretty good which is why they get 2 stars but the office is terrible. How could you not know who you referred someone to??? Seems like your files are unorganized and my daughters medical file is not something I want unorganized. I will be switching my daughters primary office to another. Good luck with this office if you are stuck there.

I was told on more than one occasion that a visit with no insurance was a $75. I paid that price at the visit. But then received a bill for $50 more + labs (which I paid in office but received another bill for). Upon calling, they said I had only paid a deposit, the doctor coded it as a level 3 visit which cost more! They already knew it was a diabetes management appointment beforehand. Please be upfront about prices or at least say that you don't know how much it will be!
