Tres is definitely someone who you immediately know you can share your whole life story with; the good, the bad and even the terribly ugly. God has gifted him with sincerity. I had the highest hopes for this place. I was seeing Dr. Pack after an illness (migraines) had greatly affected my life. When that illness put me in the hospital E.R. and I inadvertently missed an appointment, I was charged $100.00. When I called to explain I was only allowed to speak with the receptionist. My husband and I thought he was invested in both of us as clients but this made us feel that it was all about money. He lost us both as clients. We didn’t receive a follow up call just a cheery “ok” from reception when I said I would not be returning. Disappointed.
