Dr. Fiori has been a godsend. I suffer from medication-resistant major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder, and she has been so patient as we explore possible treatments. She and her staff are warm, caring, and compassionate. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Fiori is exceptional at what she does. Even with the limited amount of psychiatrists in the Fort Smith area, Dr. Fiori exceeds all expectations and I wouldn't consider treatment from anyone else. She is willing to listen, non-judgmental, and thinks outside the box. Dr. Fiori has a wonderful staff as well - Stephanie, the front desk clerk always has a smile and uplifting sense about her, and Eric, Dr. Fiori's head nurse is incredibly kind and great at helping one make sense of their symptoms. Plus, he's can be funny and playful which is needed in a facility such as this. I recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone in need of seeking treatment for psychiatric or behavioral health issues.
