After two weeks of trying to get an appointment and giving the office my health reccods and setting up an appointment the office told me they no longer excepted my insurance, raising the price of one visit up to $300. Throughout the whole process the office was aware of my financial situation and at the last minute stuck me with a huge bill. Now I have to restart the process of finding a new doctor after this office wasted over two weeks of my time.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had to change my appointment around due to my schedule. They were very friendly and were able to move my appointment to fit my schedule. It was extremely easy and took no time at all! I would highly recommend Psychology and Counseling Associates!

Horrible. Rudest doctor I have Ever ever met! Some staff is nice to who they want to be nice too. The sad part is they don't even see it, if you don't humble yourself, God will!

I switched from looking into another practice to this one. The support staff were wonderful. They told me up front what my obligation would be and if the providers in the practice took my insurance and what my charges would be before I met my deductible. I met one therapist and the whole experience was very helpful. I had to wait less than a week for my appointment. I was told up front that if a referral to the psychiatrist was needed, it would be a longer wait for an appointment, but I knew this was to be expected. I highly recommend them.

This clinic truly changed my life. I was severely depressed for many years and never could find the strength to seek help until I heard about this clinic from a close friend. I then found out I could fill out an appointment request online and they would get back to me for scheduling within 48 hours. The office staff was friendly and helpful throughout this whole process, and my therapist... she changed my life. She helped me finally get through my depression when I thought I would never be happy again, and I am forever grateful for what she has done for me.

I give them two stars for (inadvertently) motivating me to figure out my problems on my own. For one, I had two counselors. One to talk to. One who prescribed drugs. I was told again and again there was only incidental communicaiton between the two, which, seems strange, especially when the druggist need five minute appointments to write new scripts for three drugs, one of which is schedule iv. (Further, her secretary browbeats patients about arriving early and yet is always late in her appointments. Always.) The therapist asked me the same question again and again and again and again for the better part of two years and when I asked for some other course of treatment, some insight, at least different phrasing, she looked at me stunned, bemoaned that would be really difficult for her. Autopilot. Further, money issues have precluded me (first) from continued visits and in leaving I had that questioned, which is nobody's business but my own. Monstrously cruel and unprofessional. I know other people struggle. I was in a bad place when I first went in. You might need help. I would strongly advise consider taking your concerns elsewhere, or, perhaps, considering sorting them out yourself, because that's what these people will leave you to do anyway--save yourself the money and kick in the teeth.
