This place sucks. All they want is your money even if you have so called themselves a non profit group. In my experience I waited 3 hrs hoping to see a counsellor and when they finally called me back and I thought I was going to see one, instead it was to the financial office wanting to know how I was going to pay. They refused to even see me if I couldn't pay at least $200 up front. What a waste of mt time. Don't waste yours when all thet care about is the $$. The let me walk out the door witbout blinking an eye when I couldn't pay. I never even got to see a therapist after waiting for THREE hours!

Mrs. Sherrill is absolutely the best. Our family adores her, she's helped us through so much! My son always looked forward to their sessions and came out happier and reassured. Not only was she a big help with him, she helped my husband and I with whatever our current struggles were. We can never thank her enough for her generosity. Aside from that, the staff was always lovely and pleasant, even when we had insurance issues. Even the other clients were always pleasant, calm, and respectful of the place and other people. Never had a bad experience here.

Very disappointed that I'm getting worse than better. On issues that I need to call I've rarely received a return call back. When I do have a call returned, Dr. Salvador is not empathetic and does nothing to try and help. STATUS: LOOKING FOR A PSYCHIATRIST THAT WILL BE A MUCH BETTER FIT FOR ME.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place doesn't seem to care about helping people at all. Very disappointed. Edit: Talked to the coordinator and she was very pleasant and fixed our issue promptly. Changing my rating to 3 stars.

Dr. Salvador called me morbally obese when I’m not. They never return your calls nor care if your meds are working. I’m getting my medical records and getting the heck out of this awful place.

If you can, PLEASE find some real help. Ozark Guidance isn’t a true therapy group. Mostly meant for people on parole or probation. I was highly medicated and never monitored and was always charged randomly and then reimbursed and don’t even get me started on all of the HIPPAA violations!
