Don't go to here, Dr Poe is a joke. He doesn't listen to anything you say. Save your time and money go to Mercy. It's sad, even their staff told me to go elsewhere!!!!!#

Horrible Horrible experience!! Review is based on the practice more than anything else. Will not see you until you have your records faxed over. Will not see you until you drive to sign a record release in person. Will not schedule you until “ the doctor reviews your file” aka, if you have any past legitimate medical problems, they will deny you as a patient after letting your file sit there FOR THREE WEEKS. Will hang up on you after notifying you that they won’t accept you as a new patient even though he has been registered as my Pcp through my insurance for over a month. PRACTICE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! Unethical!!!

Most of the Dr's are great with the exception for Dr Poe if by some chance you need an appointment at the last minute (things do pop up) and the only Dr available is Dr Poe he has a very poor disposition he will come into the room slap his paper work down and treat you as if you are slime on the bottom of his feet. Have had this happen on more than one occasion, he didn't even take the time to see if my granddaughter had UTI just gave antibiotics and that was it. I don't know how he even has a licence to be called a Dr of any kind.

I would have given a better review because it is not the doctors, actually, each doctor I have seen there was great and provided excellent care, it is the staff and unfortunately, without a good staff, the doctor loses patients. If you call the office phone number, many times will ring with no answer, and if you leave a message and it could take weeks for them to get back if you actually wait, and if you want to get in soon after you somehow got ahold of someone, you won't get an appointment until a month later- apparently that's what they think is soon. I doubt the "nurse" ever talks to the doctor and had I not gave up and gone somewhere else, I would have gone weeks without necessary medication and treatment. I have legitimate problems, MRI and everything, it's not like I just waltzed in there with no proof. I had all my medical records transferred and waited months to get in and when I finally did, wasn't worth the effort whatsoever. Waste of time, money, and gas. Go somewhere else if you can, I really hope they find a decent staff because as it stands, I feel sorry for anyone stuck with the clinic. Posting this on any site I see them on, hope it helps anyone looking for a good doctor, keep looking.

Before I start my little rant I want to say the staff and doctors are wonderful most of the time. With that being said now it is pretty sad when you go in for an appointment and they tell you that you don't have an appointment even though you called that morning and confirmed the appointment and they tell you yes and you go in that afternoon and they tell you you don't have an appointment your appointment is on this day when I went in today on December 27th of 2018 to see dr. Tuckerand I go in and they tell me I don't have an appointment with Dr Tucker that that is in January well I found the appointment cards today that states that I had an appointment with dr. Tucker at 12:27 18 time 4:30 p.m on a Thursday and I showed up on that day so they need to get their appointment deals straight and find out what people are coming in for before it gets so screwed up but nobody knows anything about what people are coming in for
