The receptionist has zero ability to deal with anyone with a behavioral health issue. When treated with respect people do not tend to be upset by a lowly receptionist but she is an apathetic person with no ability for that job. People who don't know what they're doing have no business talking to patients and Jennifer should be replaced because she doesn't know anything at all about behavioral health and a receptionist that works for Behavioral Health should.
