I cut my hand pretty deep with a kitchen knife and went here to get stitches. We were in and out in an hour and the staff was excellent! I'm a big baby when it comes to shots, but they did a great job keeping me distracted. I honestly could not even feel the tetanus shot. I didn't believe her when she said she was finished. Due to the nature of the business, it's not necessarily a place I want to have to go back to, but if I need to, I absolutely will.

I was there on Saturday 3/09 arrived at 2:37 pm and was turned away even though I had called to make sure they were open. I was told there were 2 people in front of me and it was too late already because they closed at 3:00 pm.

The staff are friendly and each nurse I've seen has been very helpful and caring in explaining medications, sode effects and the illness. I'm back today for a checkup and my review still stands at a 5.

I have always had fairly okay experiences coming to Karas but today I felt like I was rudely ignored by staff, which is the last thing you expect when dealing with your health. I came in a little before noon and stood to wait behind a gentleman who was having a conversation with the lady at the desk. He noticed me and politely stepped aside, to which the lady still did not acknowledge me. I asked if they were taking people right now to which she said with her face down in her desk "we're about to leave for lunch." Not once did she even look at me or let me know if I could be seen later on, so now I have to go across town to be seen elsewhere.

Absurdly high priced for a DOT physical. Unfortunately I couldn't get in anywhere else the was reasonably priced. Can you say price gouging. Do yourself a favor and look around be for it's to late and your forced to be rapped by them.

Friendly workers hard-working short wait time. Normally going to the Doctor is stressful with workers hearding you into rooms like cattle and you feel like a number not a patient. This is the only place out of four I have been to in Northwest Arkansas where the staff was nice and the doctor was knowledgeable and efficient. At the Mercy clinic in Bentonville, I waited an hour without seeing a doctor. No one even took my insurance. A clinic in Fayetteville was dirty, and I ended up waiting another hour without seeing anyone. At yet another clinic, this time in Rogers, they wouldn't take insurance, so I couldn't afford treatment there. Lowell is really the only place to go if you want good treatment, a place that takes insurance and fast healing.

Service during the initial appointment was good. I was in and out in a short time period. Their billing system on the other hand is les than impressive. I paid my co-pay while I was there. About 4 months later, I received another bill for the remaining balance giving me short notice before the due date. I paid immediately. Recently I received a letter in the mail letting me know that my account was severely overdue and they were threatening to turn me over to collections. Naturally I am not able to get ahold of anyone.

We received quick & amazing service here when my sister needed 7 stitches! The staff was all very kind & the Dr who stitched her had a lot of ER experience that definitely showed when he did a phenomenal job (I was super worried since it was a jagged cut on her face!) it healed completely in just weeks & left an almost unnoticeable scar!! It was also very affordable (less than we thought!) Thank you Karas Health Care!
