I am married to one of her patients, and all she has done for him is prescribe pills. I know that there was never any communication because he was only in there for 20-30 minutes at a time. He has always told me that half of the time spent there was waiting. This past visit he relayed some information that I had asked him to confess to her. All that came of that was more medication. She didn't look at what he was being prescribed and how it could effect his depression or how it would make him feel physically. She shoved some more pills at him and sent him away. Needless to say, we are on the search for another psychiatrist.

My father set up an appointment for "me" with her. It came up recently that he needs set up an urgent appointment to get "his" own open heart surgery. My appointment with Kimra and my fathers heart surgery are basically in the same day. The front office says that we cannot reschedule AT ALL! It is a bit insensitive to me that my father could die during the surgery and that could push me to suicide regarding the mental issues that I have. They said on the phone "Sorry but you can't reschedule, her waiting list is too big", them really not caring about me, just a number I am. I have waited 5 weeks to go, this is such a disappointment.

She is the rudest person. All business. No relationship. I highly suggest seeing ANYONE ELSE but her. She also refuses to refill prescriptions most of the time. What a sorry excuse for a doctor. Someone should shut her down.

This doctor does not need to be a doctor. She does not care for her patients. She does not develop treatment plans and if you ever have to pay for paperwork, she will charge fee after fee for it. She is arrogant and cold and seems to be completely unaware doctors are supposed to care for patients. She will also be quick to tell you that your situation has no hope, what psychiatrist does that? The fact that she has operated as long as she has is astonishing. Run! Do not walk away from her.

Dr. Cook, Is a good psychiatrist. I like her a lot, just be prepared to pay a fee for most everything though. But it is worth the money. There are very few psychiatrist who are good. She is one of the good ones.

I'd rate lower than one star if I could. She's as useless as her degree on her wall and has absolutely no empathy for her patients. She refused to reschedule and charges a $50 dollar fee for missed appointments when you can't reschedule. She's a horror and her assistant is entirely rude. Would recommend basically anywhere else.

I've been seeing Dr Cook and Wilson for years... The staff and Dr's are very professional... I highly recommend them.

Dr. Cook did nothing for me. There are free services that are better than her. I liked the clinic until I had an appointment with her and will not be going back because of her.
