I am 17. I was sent here for suicidal ideations. During my stay, i was treated like a prisoner. I witnessed horrible things that have heightened my PTSD more than I could have ever imagined. If you are reviewing this to determine whether or not to place someone here.. DO NOT PLACE THEM HERE

The mental health techs, decent food, and phenomenal patient-to-patient support allowed me to keep a mostly healthy mindset throughout my stay, and I would recommend this place to anyone with suicidal thoughts or severe depression/anxiety, as that is what I was there for.

It's a very clean facility and they took very excellent care of me while I stayed there. My needs were met and it's one of the best hospitals ever. Reminds me of the hospital in Bella Vista. Excellent food and resources. The stads is very friendly and courteous to your needs. Mine were definitely met and learned a great deal while being there.

My daughter was admitted here for depression and etc, and the services that the staff gave was awesome. Ms. Davis the therapist was very helpful with followup and questions that I might had. The only issue that I had with this facility is that when my daughter was discharged, had problems getting the meds that she was prescribed , but besides that great service and staff. Also, I want to give all thanks to Ms. Debbie, she keeps the facility together.

This place is a NIGHTMARE to get ahold of anyone at the nurses station! I have called the last two days and the phone just rings! Then when I got through to someone I got hung up on. Maybe they need to hire more staff!

Rude nurses, my epileptic husband hasn't been allowed his anti-seizure meds "until their doctor approves it" or whatever. Again, emphasis on RUDE nurses.

They would get a five if you could get in touch with them after release. Four days of multiple people calling for critical paperwork and yet to get anyone other than the secretary. The service while under there care is great. It seems like once they get their money and your out, they are done with you.
