I have been a patient at this clinic for 2 years now. I love my Doctor. Great building, convenient location, and the adjacent pharmacy is very useful. I have been to other similar clinics, but I am glad that I found this one.

The staff behind the counter find it difficult to put appointments in the system. I called to reschedule my son's appointment. I was given an appointment date and time. I drove an hour for this appointment. When I showed up for said appointment I discovered that the individual I spoke with failed to place the appointment in the computer. They took my time and money and refused to make it right. I will be changing clinics due to this incompetence and inconvenience.

Dr has been great but cant get anyone on the phone that can make any decisions on anything. Forced to leave voicemails that remain unanswered. Phone system is shut down during their lunch hour which the recording says is from 1130-1230 but at 5 minutes till 1, the same recording is still going. Very frustrating after just 1 visit and 1 prescription that I cant get any help to fix my medication which I was told up front would be a very easy same day process. Well it is now Wednesday(been waiting since friday) and completely out of medication and after multiple phone calls still have no answer on what is going on. DRs are great. Other staff doesn't seem to have the same care mentality.

I cannot breathe im in this waiting room and need my meds ajusted and because i was 10 minutes late they are trying to say they will have to reschedule and i drove 2 hours to get here and waited 4 months for an appointment. Awful

I had a horrible exprerience. I just got out of the hospital for depression with meds that hav÷t one controlled by a psyc dr. And this office just gave me the run around and would lie about drs not taking new pts. I was referred to this clinic for follow up and had been trying since first of Nov for an appt. I got a different story every week that I called. What's wrong with these idiots. I drove 230 hours away to see a dr. And this is how I'm treated. Would not recommend to anyone that's needs help

dr. jarvis has been a life saver for me. he is always on time for appointments. he is always polite and listens to what i have to say. makes changes only when necessary. always returns phone calls.

Horrible Clinic!! All they care about is money!!! very few doctors are good. Dr davis sucks!!! Karen is very hateful. Why do you not care about some of your patients i hope the medical board suspends your licences for a few months then maybe you would care!!!! Wake up APC WAKE UP Some patients maybe helped but not all. hORRIBLE PLEASE STAY AWAY

I enjoy my experience at APC. I've never had a problem with staff nor my physician. Definitely not a "pillmill," but not judged if meds are needed. I've never been "over-scheduled," in order for the clinic to make more money. At first I saw my doctor every three months until my meds were stablized and working well. Now I go in every six months. They would make more money of they insisted I see my doctor more often. Of course, some patients need to be seen monthly or every three months, but the doctor chooses an appropriate schedule for each patient. Remember, it is a psychiatric clinic and some patients may feel a certain way based on their mental health issues. I feel very comfortable recommending this click to anyone.

Dr. Flanigan is great! He specializes in my disorders and seems to understand proper medication for what I’m experiencing. He is very friendly and listens! His nurse is very friendly as well and always have returned my phone calls!

The office staff lacks basic organizational and customer service skills. The practice is little more than a prescription writing mill. The doctor spends practically zero quality time with the patient. Seek quality care elsewhere: a quick prescription and even faster payment processing are only important at this facility.

I've been seeing Dr. Powell for several months now and she is the first medical professional that has been able to actually treat my mental health issues. Very compassionate, sweet, and the longest I have ever waited for an appointment was about 15 minutes. Overall awesome place!

This place, namely Dr. Davis, wasted 4 years of my life keeping me drugged up on an excess meds that, it turns out, I did not need. I've been off of all medications for 2 years now, and I am doing better than ever. I am married, a mother, and finally living the life, that I knew all along, I deserved. He shamed me, ridiculed me, isolated me, and did just about every single thing a psychiatrist is NOT supposed to do. During my time seeing him, he prescribed so many antipsychotics, that by the time I went for a second opinion, they had nearly nothing left to try, which thankfully is how I was able to get off the 4 plus meds he had me on and never had to get on any others. And it was very long after that I started getting better. He is a horrible excuse of a Doctor and approach him with caution as he goes by his own guidelines and not true psychiatric standards. Hope this helps someone else seek help elsewhere before they risk setting foot in his office.

Working next door, for Genoa, I have seen and heard a lot of negativity out of the manager of the clinic. Being friends with some of the APC staff and hearing how Karen treats her employees is jaw dropping! I don't know how or why the clinic has kept her for so many years. She is very unprofessional. She stirs up drama and yells at her employees. She doesn't listen to both parties side of the story instead she chooses whose right and takes sides. Employees have to suck up to her to be on her good side. She's a liar and not trustworthy. So if you're looking for a job don't work here. Doctors are great, as for patients if you have any problems go to your doctor, not her.
