They are all very kind, courteous, & expedient. The staff always has a smile & the doctors all seem very genuine & have concern 4 their patients. Although currently I only see a Dr. there 4 medications check (which means I am in there 4 a total of 15 minutes tops.) In the past while going thru certain times or issues in my life I have had the pleasure of being seen by a therapist there. I can honestly say, during that time, I actually looked forward 2 coming 2 a "Dr. appt." instead of that dread you usually feel knowing you have 2 go see a doctor 4 something. I so appreciate the short time I spent with her & even now, on some days, I sit & wish I could just show up & "air" my head out, so 2 speak! But with either physician I have seen there whether it was a Physchiatrist or a Therapist I have NEVER had 2 wait past my exact appt. time. It's like they respect that you have a life as well & so your time is as important as theirs. They ask you 2 not be late & they are always on time. Actually, if I go in a few minutes earlier than expected, I usually come out earlier than expected. I have been a patient of theirs 4 almost 11 years now & would recommend their services 2 ANYONE that needed their type of expertise.
They now have a full service pharmacy right inside their building. It's immediately off their main waiting area as you walk in. The pharmacists there will go that extra mile 4 you. U can even have your daily medications put into little blister packs as you take them throughout the day. So, if You are on quite a few scripts, this makes life so much easier. No more dropping pills, losing count, having 2 open/close numerous medicine bottles or taking the incorrect dose. U just open the little packet 4 morning/night/whatever & all your medications are right in your hand, ready 2 take. Once you join up, U receive all of your medicines prepackaged. (Kind of like when you use 1 of those "daily/weekly pill holders that You have 2 sit down with & fill each night/weekend with all the different things you take, except with the packets it's all already finished 4 you.) *There are a few restrictions, so I couldn't take advantage of the program. But, believe me If I were eligible, I would be opening packets today 2 take my meds.
