The guy is condescending and wayyy off on diagnosing properly! Kept telling me I had migraine issues from my spine???? Ha,I got properly diagnosed at a reputable medical facility OUT AWAY FROM CONWAY! Lucky me... turned out to be cancer! (Sarcasm) ! I highly suggest not dealing with Conway with medical issues,go to Little Rock or out of state!

Dr Freyaldenhoven refused to even see me as a patient, because I have been diagnosed with reflex sympathetic disorder in my feet. To be clear, I experienced a sudden loss of mobility in my both my ARMS & HANDS, along with numbness, muscle spasms, and severe weakness, and he refused to even treat me b/c I have been diagnosed with a condition in my FEET. A neurologist refused to see me b/c I have a NEUROLOGICAL condition. Think on that a minute. And I'm an RN, I take next to no prescriptions, no pain pills etc, and yet he refused to even see me as a patient based on the fact that I have a history of a neurological condition. It makes absolutely zero sense. If he has that little faith in his own ability as a neurologist to treat a neurological condition and refuses to help a women who is caregiver for three children and her elderly father and desperately needs help b/c I'm losing the ability to use my own body, I mean WHAT? Who does he "help?"

I've been seeing Dr. Freyaldenhoven for about two years. He takes an extraordinary amount of time with me. He explains things in depth and has sent me research articles to further support and remind me of what he's said. I agree that his assistant is extremely rude and doesn't return phone calls but this review is about the doctor. I email him directly if I need answers to questions.

Dr. Frealdhoven is not necessarily a bad doctor. But he is really not that great. He doesn't really explain alot when it comes to your case. His assistant Melissa is seriously rude and on a power trip, you basically have to do everything your self.. She is a bully . I advise if you want a doctors office that treats you with respect, like a friend and thats happy you to have you as a patience look for a different office because this is not it.
