Horrible, no one calls back. Someone close to me is SMI. She uses drugs, (they are OK with this), and with her pysch meds, when she takes them. Attempts suicide monthly, rarely goes to appts, no dbt, CBT, killed animals, inflicts self harm and makes up stories that she got attacked. Usually blames those who dont do it her way. Set her apt on fire twice. Threatens to kill and harm others and does. BTW, they are all OK with this behavior. They say she is an adult. WTH, she has an adjusted mentation of a 7yr old. Please look for another place. Ask them what their job discription is, lol. they do not know . Seriously, sad, under skilled people playing with others lives. Good luck.

Not smart leaving your medically trained peer support client that is 6 class away from being a licensed therapist in crisis for 2 months with out help due to a computer error and and a case manger that doesn't even give out his correct phone number. I happen to know it far more effective to bring you in one by one to the license board. The are very fast to remove licenses and make make people retake ethics and bed side matter classes.

They have a great staff and will do their best to help you out with any problem you are having!! As to the people who are complaining these people are case managers not baby sitters. Nobody can force someone else to do something they don't want to do. If you are having problems like I've been reading why aren't you having your love one committed to a STATE HOSPITAL. OOOOOPS!!!!

This place is great, they have always been respectful and honest with my husband's care! Kristen is a great family mentor and we have had no problems getting the help we needed.

They are always very helpful. I make my appointments on time. Sometimes I wait a little longer to get seen than other times. It's never as long as it seems.

Well my nurse michelle Carlin was great. However the blue team dropped the ball.I had a case worker women who had real attutide issues stressed out making a big deal to pick you up from the hospital always talking about what she's having for lunch but I finally got a nice guy named Eric who calls to see what's going on. Hi Eric I moved right across the street from the center I'm staying with my son randy vanmeter I'm supposed to be moving into my own place 3420 w rose ln apt 27 phx az well Eric thank you for being a,nice guy even if you were forced to perform as a counsler. This place is really not good for, people who have mental issues. They don't have phychratrist on site, they don't even check on the patient to see if there alive or where there at.there is no phychratrist only nurse practioners and she's booked for 2 months. If you miss your appt your screwd.well perhaps they should take some lessons from colorado on there mental care because Boy this needs to change debra vanmeter

I rate this two star's because I haven't been here long but for the most part it's kind of ok case manager returns most phone calls but needs to be more helpful with resources and making better sujestion . I don't think she has all of best of my interest in the best priority setting but I have to keep up with myself if I continue to wait on case management all the time I will be waiting forever or a mighty long time. Like and share your own thoughts and or experience's.

They started out fine, but honestly they do the bare minimum. Their helpful services are a joke. Their DES representative or whatever she is does nothing, and four weeks after calling them (he had been going monthly) they call asking to do a home visit. They're just covering their asses at this point against liability. Glad to see another assist for the mentally ill is all but pointless.

The one on bell and 55th ave is just as bad!! Very poor service!! And the case managers behave the same way!!

These people openly ignore their patients! They never answer phone calls or return messages. Ever! This place seriously needs to be shut down and restaffed with professionals who actually know what to do. DO NOT GO HERE! Malpractice suit in the making!

I've gone here 2 times as a client 2 years apart. Had an amazing case manager up until today. After I switched case managers due to my original case manager, Angela, always saying IDK to everything I asked, never calling me back and etc, I flipped on her and her supervisor which got me transferred to Devin. Man he's the best case manager I've ever seen and I've dealt w case managers for almost 20 years. This guy had an unbelievable case load and still managed to make time for any and all my needs. Then today I call to speak to him and they transfer me to some woman who says "oh they disbanded your team and I'm your new case manager, didn't anyone notify u? .... " hell no I was not warned or notified. Furthermore if I can't go back to Devin I'm transferring clinics. I've been asking for counseling for 6 months and have signed multiple referrals for something I still have not gotten. Honestly if it weren't for Devin I would have left long ago. The place is a zoo. Trying to get someone to answer the phone to connect u w case managers nurses and etc is like seeing a blue moon. You'll spend all day calling before the phone is answered. I don't recommend this place at all. Run run run from coming here!

This place is a joke....

These people are completely useless. My mother has been "under their care" for years and they never check on her, release her early, and have exacerbated her mental illness. They have caused great pain to my family and damaged our lives because of their inaction and incompetence. They really do not care at all about their people. They just tske your insurance money and do nothing. They almost never answer their phones and have an attitude when they finally do. They never call back even if you are reporting serious problems. Truly awful organization. Never go here.

I went to Partners In Recovery, I have SMI status that has been verified by several Doctors mostly in Florida, I am currently not receiving any treatment due to the dismissive arrogance of those employed by PIR. My conditions are; Aspergers, Fragile X, and Discalculia and all of the symptoms that go with these conditions. I am by no means a stupid or ignorant person in regards to my needs as a person with these complex issues but I was met with suspicion, derision and outright ridicule by the Case Managers and Doctors employed by Partners In Recovery, mostly by one poarticular Psychiatrist by the name of Larry Wade. Dr Wade was more interested in having his miserable 1% ego fortified by treating me with arrogance and derision, which meant that the medications that have been proven to help me were not prescribed because naturally the Doctor knew everything about me after meeting with me one time. I am a 53 year old man who needs help but I cannot receive the help I need since Partners In Recovery has this business all locked up, patients have no choice but to accept the shabby treatment of PIR. The Case Managers were irresponsible as well, they would make appointments with me knowing that they would not be available and they refused to accept my social anxiety and my need to isolate myself from new situations. If you or a loved one feels the need to stroke the ego of some miserable rich fat cats then by all means go to PIR, otherwise you are screwed and left to your own devices.
