Do not go to Dr. Kirby. I am recovering from a stroke and because Dr. Kirby‘s staff is so busy all the time there’s no time for personal calls or conversation I was taken off my medication immediately and was hospitalized for a seizure because I went full withdraw from my medication. Not to mention I missed more than a weeks worth of work and for hairstylist that’s devastating. All of this to weeks later and I still haven’t heard from my Doctor Who cares about me “so much.” If you just need a quick refill then this is your spot but honestly avoid any cost if you do have real medical issues because they do not care whatsoever.

This man will sit and listen and talk to me about low, self esteem since by breast cancer and and my mastectomy I spend most almost every single day crying not necessarily all day long but maybe two three four five times a day I just break out into a crying Libby whatever and when I'm there talking to Kerby pork Kerby he puts up with it he tries to help it's hard from a man's point of view you know I know it's and I get that but unfortunately I have to take all these medications to keep myself on an even Keel and that doesn't even hide or stop the depression or l or anxiety or anything else but I would definitely go talk to him if you want someone who really listeneds to what you have said.

Worthless. So my Wife and I moved to Chandler last week. We booked an appointment with Kerby today. She has been disabled and on disability for the last 5 years with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Kerby listened to her and told her she was too young to have Anxiety. TOO YOUNG TO HAVE A PSYCHIATRIC ILLNESS?!?! HOW ARE YOU ALLOWED TO PRACTICE MEDICINE!!!??

One of the worst Doctor visits I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Kirby asked if he could step out of our consultation half way through, to consult with a colleague. He never returned, never answered my medication questions, never shook my hand and said goodbye. Just gone. Had no idea our appointment was over until a medical assistant came in and asked me to schedule a 30 day appointment. A complete waste of my time.

I recently moved to the area and was seeking a new doctor who could help with a diagnosis I received over 8 years ago. I specifically chose Kirby McDonald due to his amazing profile and specialty. Unfortunately, I left in tears because of his rude manner. He told me I'm too young to be on disability, and since I was able to graduate college, I should not have the illness I have. He saw me for 15 minutes, decided to not refill my full prescription that I've been on for years. His profile says he offers therapy, but that is not the case. He told me he has too many patients to offer therapy. I will now have to go through withdrawal until I can find someone who will listen. He asked no questions about my condition, even though I filled out a complete medical form. I've been working with doctors for years, and can honestly say this is the worst I've ever been treated.

On the phone Mr McDoanld told me he did Therapy sessions. When I arrived he barely listened to anything I had to say. Then told me he does NOT do therapy. Further, he completely ignored the diagnosis I have had for years, from numerous medical professionals and told me I did not have a mental health issue. Then refused to give me a prescription I have been taking for years. He then cast aspersions on prescriptions in general, instead trying to push his holistic methods.
