If I could give them less than 0 stars I would. Ally the physician was fine but dealing with the billing department and anyone else has been nothing but a nightmare with no respect. I have THREE insurances and never in my life have had any issues with billing them or so APC says "they aren't paying" but anywhere else I go they do no problem. All they want is money. They threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay a 200 dollar bill that I should never have been billed in the first place. So I paid it to prevent being sent to collections. THEN another 300 dollar bill rolls through and its constant back and forth on the phone with the office and my insurance companies because the office says my insurance is not paying but all 3 of my insurances says they are and there is no problem. I had asked multiple times to be called back with info on the bill being ran to my insurances and finally when I was able to talk to the head of billing after calling in time after time she says that it paid. POOF ALL OF A SUDDEN NOW THEY PAY? YEAH RIGHT. Now its a battle to get my 200 back because they incorrectly billed me. I've asked multiple times to be called back and any time I call I am told she is out of the office. I have now confirmed with my insurance that they paid as well and I have yet to receive a call telling me that I will be getting my money back. I was told she is out of office until Monday so I'm expecting a call then so lets see if it happens. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT APC. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Not to mention waiting an hour every time before being seen to only be seen for 10 min with rude people all around. Terrible terrible service. Stay far far far away from this place.

Last month I saw Dr. Daas for the first time and he was great! He was educated, compassionate, listened & trusted I knew my body, didn't try to change my current medications and solved a problem my previous pc's staff couldn't resolve in three months! I'm very happy and hope he will continue to be my PC for a very long time!

What is the point in making a 9:15am appointment and charging me $154 for a rushed 10 minute appointment if you won't even be in the office until 10:30am?

Been paying on my bill since I got statement. And then I get a call from a collection agency two days after making current payment stating that my balance is to be paid when I literally just made a payment two days before that. This office is a mess and their accounting manager should not be in this position. I should’ve never taken my medical needs here. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here. Plus they put a late charge on my account when I’ve been current without any notice in the mail. Just a confused office.

I have been going to Dr Daas office for over a year now. I am always treating with respect by the doctors and staff. Some times you have to wait a little longer then I would like but that has only been a few times. His nurse is also just as nice and helpful. Great office.

Dr. Daas was not my issue, it was his staff. Dr. Daas has refered me to go for pain management over 2 and a half months ago. I was not aware that I needed a prior authorization to get seen at The Core Institute, but his staff should have known. I went to my first appointment to see a Doctor for pain management in August, and they had to cancel it because they had not recieved the prior authorization from Dr. Daas's office. I called them while I was at The Core Institute and they said they would take care of it and to schedule another appointment. The Core Institute is booked for over a month, but I made the appointment anyway thinking that a month would be enough time to get the prior auth. My new appoinment is tomorrow and low and behold, its cancelled again because of no prior auth recieved. I called Dr Daas office and the nurse places blame on my insurance, which calling the insurance, they tell me they only do the requests put in by my primary care. To me this is poor work done by his nursing staff. They should have an idea of what to do, with anyone's insurance and get it done since it is their office refering them to a specialist. Now I have to wait again, and hope they get my authorization done. Time taken off work, and still in pain is why I am giving such a poor review for his offices! Here I am January 5th, and still have not seen my pain management, another appointment lost tomorrow because these nurses do not care about their patients. If I could give negative stars, I would. It's July 19th, 2017, and more problems with his staff causing me to miss another appointment. I have wasted so much time off of work, and I am so frustrated. I encourage anyone to not consider coming here. All you will do is waste time scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and the staff will not care that they keep their patient's from getting the help they need.

If I could I would give Dr.Daas a zero out of five. I have went to him for over a 3 years with no problems in the beginning but today was completely different. I guess in his mind it is okay to treat people horribly if they need paperwork for extended absences from work do to injury. He literally tried to put me down by telling me "there are other people hear who are dying. This a favor I am doing for you. I do not have time for this." On top of that if you need to be seen for multiple things he will make you schedule an appointment for each issue. I have never heard a doctor charging my insurance just for an appointment to fill out paperwork. I literally had to make an appointment to get stitches removed and another one for paperwork. He rushes through his patients and his bed side manner is horrid. Do not see this doctor there are others out their who actually care about people.

Problem is doctor's staff and billing department. They will never put the claim to insurance on time. They will bill insurance after months and ones insurance deny it they will send a bill to you and give threats to send to collection if not paid. Office Manager/Billing department do not even have courtesy to discuss the issue. WORST OFFICE MANAGER AND STAFF A DOCTOR CAN HAVE.

The staff is excellent, Dr. Dass and his P.A. are great. Allison (the P.A.) is one of the best I've ever seen.

Same problem I see many have. Apparently his staff doesn't know to send prior authorization for pain management and I just started work and may end up losing my job because of pain and my doctor's office STILL won't get it together I have made several phone calls in the past few months to get authorization and still NOTHING.
